We had an amazing time here. The location is perfect, and the owners provided an incredible selection of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys) including a nice wagon for the short (~8 min) walk to the beach. The house was in good condition, and there was plenty of space for our two families to spread out. Point Pleasant Beach has everything you could want for a summer family vacation and this house made it easy and fun to enjoy it all. The owners were great and easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay on the property. The house had everything we wanted. Great location, very quiet street and so close to everything in the area. We walked to the beach and rode bikes to the boardwalk and local stores.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked with necessities, complete with beach needs, and easy to communicate with the very friendly hosts. Walking distance to beach, close to great shopping and restaurants, and overlooking lake filled with gorgeous swans. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was equipped with everything. The only issue was the stairs but we knew that going in.

The house overlooks a beautiful lake preserve teeming with swans. It was just as advertised with many places on three levels to sit, read, play games, eat, watch TV or just hang.
I have never stayed in such a well-stocked home offering high quality beach chairs and umbrellas, cruising bicycles and a nice wagon to shell your gear to the beach, a short 5-minute walk.
There is a lot to do, nearly all of which is close enough to walk or bicycle to. Tony Leona’s was our go-to for awesome Italian provisions and amazing sandwiches, and we also enjoyed trivia night at The Ark and lobster rolls at Red’s Lobster pot. The Poached Pear is a great spot for elevated dining if you desire.
We really enjoyed bicycling to Bay Head and beyond, while also driving over to Manesquan and Brielle to enjoy the seaside hustle and bustle. And as luck would have it, we were able to catch a favorite band in Asbury Park at the Stone Pony outdoor summer stage.
What a great time we all had!

The owners of this property are very welcoming. They are extremely organized and provide a ton of info regarding the area and the house. They were available quickly for any questions ms the house was also stocked with many items. The lake across the street provides a beautiful backdrop for rhe stay. The walk to the beach is also quick and easy.. using the provided bikes was also a bonus. Close to shops and a quick ride to the boardwalk.

We loved this house and our hosts Greg & Sue. They went above and beyond to make my family feel at home, from a gift basket to a few signs throughout the house welcoming “The McElroy family”. So kind of them.
The bikes were awesome to have and this house is a perfect distance from the boardwalk (15 min walk, 7 min bike ride).
We had a blast and would love to stay here again. Enjoy to those considering! Home Run week!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Sue is a great host - she has all of the details covered with numerous extra nice touches throughout and very responsive with any questions. The house itself is very spacious located in a beautiful quiet location that’s also close to everything (private beach, boardwalk, aquarium, etc) and has a large deck with private views of the fireworks on Thursdays. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice getaway!

Loved this awesome house right across from a lake full of beautiful swans. Had plenty of areas to hang out, from balconies to game rooms. The game room level was perfect for any age, our family had a blast! Even our pups enjoyed this house and while we were out there was a perfect windowed front area with rolling gate to keep them in and safe. This house was also in the perfect location close to beach and boardwalk. Our hosts (Sue and Greg) are incredible. Very attentive prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. We had a great week!

This was a wonderful rental in Point Pleasant
The house is very roomy…a living area on each floor! Bedrooms were nice size with comfy beds
As well as air hockey. And ping pong table in the house and corn hole for outside…let the competitions begin!
Plenty of bathrooms with the basics such as hand and bath wash and toilet paper
The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking and baking.
There were two refrigerators which was great since we had lots of drinks needing to be cold.
The owners of this house went way beyond most…they literally thought of everything
We had a sixteen month old with us and they provided a real crib in the bunk room as well as gates and tons of beach toys, umbrellas and chairs
They even had dog bowls and poop bags! Who does that?
The view from the upper deck of Lillie’s of the lake was delightful to hang out on after a day at the beach…must be 5 dozen swans as well as ducks floating ..enchanting.
It’s an easy walk to the beach…which was rarely crowded..if you are carrying a lot of beach stuff (with a 16mo we had a lot) you could even drive …lots of free parking
Walking my dog I met a lot of dog walkers and just walkers…everyone is very friendly..a real family town…this area is very quiet yet only a mile from boardwalk if you want to go
I would love to stay here again…if only they had a pool in the backyard( we were jealous of the neighbors! Haha)
Communications with the owners was a breeze…very responsive and helpful in making our stay easy
Thank you Sue, Rudy and Greg!

We loved our stay here. The home is well-kept, spacious and lovely—and just a block from the beach! And there’s a view of the lake across the street (filled with swans when we stayed) from the kitchen, dining room, entry room and upstairs game room and deck. This was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The downstairs suite has a bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchenette with its own entryway. My parents stayed here and were able to retire early without being disturbed—even with kids playing air hockey and ping pong on 3rd floor—and have some time alone when they needed a break from the activities.
The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space. The game room area is almost like another apartment with couches (including a comfortable pull-out), a dining table, a bar with mini fridge and freezer, desk, and full bathroom. The teens spent most of their time here or on the top floor, playing ping pong
We gathered for meals in the dining area (which can comfortably seat 8 if you bring over bar stools), watched movies and played games in the main living room, made s’mores around the fire pit and watched the Thursday fireworks from the top deck together.
The hosts are so thoughtful. Not only did they have beach passes, plenty of towels and beach chairs and umbrellas, but they had a cart to carry them in, as well as extra bottles of sunscreen, beach toys, even beach books to choose from.
Sue responded almost immediately to any questions we had. They left us a lovely welcome basket and a very comprehensive binder about the house and the area. They even printed out a list of local activities happening the week we were there and stuck it on the fridge. (And we actually took part in some.)
All of my family—young to old—raved about their time here. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories for my family and me.

The house was spectacular, VERY CLEAN, comfy, cozy yet spacious and the location can't be beat! Quiet at night and beautifully relaxing during the day. Looked exactly like the photos. Susan, one of the owners, was an absolute gem. She answered emails and texts immediately and even allowed us to drop our items off and pick up beach badges at 11:30 on the day of check-in so we didn't loose the entire beach day. THE BOOK she has compiled had everything you need to know even down to the appliances. Sitting on the upper deck looking at the lake filled with beautiful swans in the morning with a cup of coffee was so relaxing and a great way to start our day. On Thursday nights when there are fireworks you have an upfront view from the upper deck! The private beach is beautiful, has a lifeguard, has someone checking badges and was never over crowded. You can always find parking on the street leading up to the beach so you don't have to worry about carrying everything on the walk, but the house is close enough to walk back and forth to for lunch and refills. I cannot say enough about how well stocked the house is! Lots of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, tin foil, saran wrap, ziploc bags, seasonings, O&V, sugar, splenda, coffee pods, dish soap, sponges, garbage bags, laundry detergent, bounce, cooler, lots of umbrellas & chairs. You literally don't have to bring anything from home - there was plenty of everything. The beds were very comfy and well made and all bathrooms had hand soap, shower gel, febreeze, new toothbrushes and toothpaste. Nothing was overlooked. We had our three children 18, 20 & 22 who loved the fact that they could walk or take a short uber to the boardwalk at night. During the week we had visits with friends and extended family and there was plenty of room for all between the downstairs living room, the main level living room and top living room .
We will definitely be back next year - thank you Susan for making our vacation memorable.

My wife and 2 kids (ages 12 and 1) along with another couple and kids (ages 14 and 6)… adults all in 30s/40s range recently rented this beautiful beach house in point pleasant beach, nj for the last week of July 2022, and we all had a wonderful time. The set up for the house allowed for plenty of space to hang together as a large group as well as to break off and do our own things. We had a lot of fun playing air hockey and ping pong along with some of the board games the house provided. Coming to the house with a 1yr old can present challenges, the owners kindly plugged all the electrical sockets, set up a lovely crib, and had baby gates for all of the stairs made available so we could relax more peacefully on our vacation. We made frequent use of the bbq grill for steaks and burgers from colonial ranch market and live lobsters from point lobster co. all short drives away. We also made frequent use of all of the beach gear and free passes provided to the private community beach that was about a 5-10min pleasant walk from front door to the ocean. We enjoyed the pretty views of swans on the lake daily and fireworks on summer Thursday’s viewable from the top floor living room. We went to Hoffmann ice cream twice which is excellent and easily walkable, and chose to drive a few times to Jenkinsons boardwalk with the kids even though definitely walkable if so inclined. There we enjoyed the aquarium, castaway cove minigolf, lots of rides, food and games. Back to the house, the home was very clean and furniture very comfortable. The owners were very pleasant to interact with and everything delivered was as promised and then some, up to a generous welcome basket of wine and treats. We had to miss the first day of checkin for our trip and the owners were kind enough to offer us a free additional night if we choose to stay with them again in the future which I would very much like to do based on the wonderful time we had here.
