Located at the Point of Emerald Isle, Here Comes the Sun is ready for the 2022 beach rental season. Whether you choose to sit on the porches listening to the waves or watching the deer that ponder throughout the property daily, the home is filled with entertainment for adults and children.
The Point offers privacy to beachgoers with its large sandy beaches with plenty of space. Public beach access to the ocean is a short stroll away, approximately a 5-minute walk. Enjoy basking in the sun, fishing, or collecting seashells, The Point is an excellent beach for it.

Sleep up to 12 people in this 2077 sq foot home with two separate living quarters. Outdoor stairs to lower-level apartment.

The main level and top floor has:
Master bedroom (Q) with a full bathroom. TV w/ dvd player
Second bedroom with 2 full beds, full bathroom in the hallway.
Upstairs bedroom with 2 full beds, a full bathroom and outside deck. TV
Upstairs loft area (twin)

On the ground floor is a separate apartment area with
Living area w/ sofa bed (Q) and TV
Dining area
Kitchen
Full bathroom
Master bedroom (Q)
Side bedroom (Twin)
Laundry room with a washer and dryer
Note that the side bedroom and laundry room must be accessed through the master bedroom.

The garage has an extra refrigerator for whatever occasion it is needed.
Additionally, the garage has:

fire pit and wood rack; please replace wood that you use.

Cable TV with 100+ channels and hi-speed Wi-fi throughout the home.

No Pets Allowed.

Linens are be included with the booking automatically. The linens include bed sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included. The booking cost will be decreased by $175 if you wish to remove the linen service from the rental. Just let me know and I'll remove the charge.

We had a great stay at this house. It was a lot of room for our family to spread out. The house was fully equipped with beach toys, beach chairs, grill, fire pit, etc. The house was clean and decorated well.

"Here Comes the Sun" is a wonderful home to stay in on Emerald Ise. The place was very clean and met all of our expectations. The garage is full of things for the beach and things to have fun with at the house. My fiancé and I stayed in the bottom living area while my cousin and his family stayed in the top. We found both living areas to be more than adequate for our total of 7 guests. The walk to the beach is minimal, though crossing the dunes can be hard on your knees! The beach at The Point is the biggest beach I think I have ever seen, and the crowd is very minimal even in mid June. I would highly recommend this property and would love to go back myself ASAP!

Plenty of room for 3 generations to have space todo their thing, and be together for meals, movies and games. Lots of wildlife and quick walk to the beach. We love it here.

The house was well stocked and was just as listed in the pictures. It had everything we needed and more. It was a super easy walk to a great beach! We did not mind all the stairs; we enjoyed some separation between the youth boys (downstairs) and girls (upstairs) - only thing to add is bring your own K-cups for coffee. Would definitely recommend

We had a great time with three generations spending quality time together. The house was clean, well stocked with everything you need, and with plenty of room (4 bathrooms plus the outdoor shower)! We highly recommend this house. Its in a more quiet neighborhood within 7 min walk to a beautiful beach (2 beaches). Its by the bike path as well. The owner was super responsive and we had an amazing time. Thanks Jessica!

Wow! Great place to vacation with family! Loved the location, the property manager is amazing and friendly, and there are a lot of games and stuff at the home for family's and their children to use. We had a lovely time there!

This is a great spot to avoid the beach traffic farther north. The walk to the beach shouldn't be a deterrent for anyone with a cart to pull chairs or beach gear. It's only about 100 yards from the beach access a block away.

This was our second stay at the property. It’s the perfect multi generational family getaway. Very short walk to the beach and amazing sunsets at The Point! Huge lot with lots of wildlife! Bike path close by. Amazing kitchen and great room with an adjoining screened in porch. Definitely planning to return again next summer!

We loved Here Comes the Sun at EI! Jessica is so friendly and prompt with communication. The location of the property is fantastic, in a quiet beach neighborhood with close access to a wide beach. One major perk of this rental is the large yard which was awesome for our little ones to run around and play in the afternoons after going to the beach. Our kids loved the tree swing! The property has a main house upstairs and then a second space with a small living area and kitchen downstairs which was great for us since we had two young families visiting. Everyone could be together upstairs or have some extra space spread across both areas when needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Emerald Isle is our family's favorite vacation spot. This was our first visit to this house and it probably will not be our last. This house was very nice and perfect for our family's vacation. We were especially impressed with the hot water heater on being able to sustain our large family with too many teenagers- no one ever took a cold shower! So thankful we found this house. We will be back!

The house was nice and was close to the beach. The kitchen was fully set up, which is always helpful. Everything was clean, though we were surprised that we need to purchase our own toilet paper. Lots of games available and comfortable furniture.

Loved the decor, love the huge lot! Short walk to the Point and a short walk to beaches. Lots of deer grazing in the yard in the mornings and evenings— it was quite the sight!! We hope to book the house again for a week next summer.

Our family loved Here Comes the Sun beach house! It was big enough for our family of 9! I love the separate living area downstairs! My brother's family stayed in that area & loved having their own space! The house had everything we all needed, including baby gates for our 8 month old grandson! we will definetely consider coming again for our family vacation to Emerald Isle, NC! Jessica was awesome with communicating with us! thanks again Jessica!

Great time at The Point

We were a family of 8 adults and 4 children ages 4 to 15. The house was clean and well stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of parking for 4 cars. The beach is about two short blocks away - an easy stroll. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded. Jessica responded promptly to any questions we had. Our experience was very positive and we would highly recommend this rental property.

This house was super clean, with plenty of room for our large group. We had 6 adults, three teens (one has mobility issues), a toddler and an infant and everyone was able to have their own space. The steps up to the main floor of the house were a minor challenge for our special needs nephew, but were manageable and the lower level was another option if he couldn't do the stairs. There was one minor issue with the a/c but the owner was very accommodating and had someone there immediately and the problem was fixed quickly. Its less than a five minute walk to the beach,, but My only complaint was that there are no handicap accesses to the beach nearby, and it is a very wide stretch between the boardwalks and the ocean so not a very easy walk for anyone with mobility issues and without a beach wagon or beach wheelchair the trek to the beach would be nearly impossible for any who is disabled. But the homeowner again was very helpful and referred us to some areas with handicap access ramps and a fire department that has beach wheelchairs to loan out. Altogether we had a great time and I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

This property was the perfect size for our group of 13. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. We enjoyed use of the bikes and beach cart. It was nice to have a yard and yard games for the kids. The mattresses were comfortable. The walk to the beach was very manageable. It was also easily accessible to the bike/walking trail.

We really enjoyed our stay at your house but wasn’t aware of the house being divided. We assumed there would have been stairs inside rather than outside. It wasn’t listed on the website, at least nothing I could see. But other than that we had a wonderful time at your beach house.

This property was extremely clean! The kitchen was well equipped. The separate downstairs apartment worked very well for our family who visited with babies. We loved the beautiful sunset view on the beach at The Point. We would highly recommend this property!!
