Tutto il personale era estremamente gentile

Albergo che ha bisogno di manutenzione urgente: moquette sporca, finestre che non si chiudono… ascensore trappola… mi spiace perché era un posto delizioso

Διήμερο χαλάρωσης στο πανέμορφο Κεφαλάρι.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ασφαλώς ένα μεγάλο ατού. Από κει και πέρα το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικά ευγενικό κ πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει στο οτιδήποτε, κάνοντας τα πάντα πολύ καλύτερα. Το πάρκινγκ έξω ακριβώς από το ξενοδοχείο που ναι μεν δεν παρέχεται επίσημα αλλά θα βρεις πάντοτε μια θέση πρωϊ - μεσημέρι - βράδυ. Η απόλυτη ησυχία της περιοχής και το πολύ γρήγορο wifi. Το πρωινό έκπληξη στο δωμάτιο σου ότι ώρα επιθυμείς. Το να έχεις την αγορά κ τα καφέ της Κηφισιάς στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Τίποτα σημαντικό άξιο αναφοράς.

Rien a dire sur le personnel mais je n’ai pas pu dormir de la nuit

Le personnel était très aimable

Extrêmement bruyant. Ma chambre se situait juste en face d’une boîte de nuit. La suite donnait sur route et j’entendais également les voitures. Le Petit déjeuner n’était pas super.

Good base in Athens (if you want to avoid the centre)

Nice building in a great location close to restaurants and shops. Very easy to get to from the airport via Attiki Odos motorway. Generously sized suites with balconies which are bigger than the average room in neighbouring hotels. Also it doesn’t mention it on the booking.com page but the hotel also provides breakfast boxes for each guest every morning (juice, yoghurt, bagel and croissant) which is a nice bonus (double check via message to confirm)

Tiny antique elevator which only fits one person with bags/suitcases and not really convenient for travelling with large/many suitcases. Also if you are driving, you need to be lucky with the parking nearby, as Kefalari/Kifisia are busy areas, especially on Friday nights and weekends. Hotel itself needs a bit of a facelift, especially the carpets. Sometimes on weekend nights the streets can be a bit noisy in the evening, but not during all the hours.

Passable

It’s a really great boutique hotel but has not been maintained so for the price it is not the value one would expect. They are currently under going refurbishment but then they should not book people into the run down rooms until they are redone. The state of the bath definitely needs to been seen to the grime is extremely visible and off putting because when you the carpets your mind goes rouge. However this place has huge potential to be incredible. Just some super honest feedback.

Charming Hotel

It is a boutique hotel, located at a high end neighbourhood. Greenery, picturesque villas surrounding the hotel. Staff is beyond helpful. We received breakfast at the comfort of our room. The room was spacious, AC working properly despite 42 °C outside. Metro station is a 10-minute walk that goes directly to Athens city center.

The street where the hotel is located has many restaurants. At night, the music and shouting was very loud, we woke up for the collection of glass bottles despite closed windows. If you book, I would advise to be not on the streetfront with the restaurants.

Amazing location and place, very polite and helpful staff, balcony with great view, all amenities and daily cleaning, interesting minibar
