Football and holidays.

The location is good and the apartment is clean and just renovated.

When we were going there, the door code didn't come. Had to send a message, then came a request for a £150 deposit??? had to pay and we got a code. This was not agreed upon. There was no frying pan or cutting knives in the kitchen. The kitchen chairs were dangerous.

Didn’t stay due to unfortunate sewage issue. But not the place for a group to spend time together

From what we saw the bedrooms looked to be nicely decorated

The sewage flood (got full refund after sending photographs). The lounge/kitchen area was not like any of the photographs. Only a two seater settee for 6 people. Only four chairs around the table. Not enough bowls had we stayed. Small double beds. No windows.

Great, would recommend

Very clean with lots of room, nice bathroom and all the amenities for single or couple

Sofa was a little uncomfortable and bed was basic but overall very good value for money in a good location on the edge of the main town.

High-spec apartments in the centre of town

The apartments are finished to a high standard have good amenities. They are tucked away on a side street which means, while it's very central to town, it is away from the noise of the nightlife.

The £150 damage deposit is understandable but a bit steep. It was a little unclear at first, as the payment link sent takes you to a stripe portal with a different name to that of the Booking.com listing. The return of the deposit took longer than expected but arrived in the end. This created a slight anxiety over the booking, but otherwise the process was very smooth and comfortable.

Superb

The apartment was really central and very clean and spacious. Our apartment actually had 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, one en suite which was a bonus as only looked like one from photos and description

We couldn't get blinds to work in bedroom so very bright in the morning. And we were fine with door to apartment being out onto the street but had thought it would be reception area then individual appts. We had single person travelling with us so this felt less secure for them

Well the place was very dirty floor wasn't moped or hoovered kitchen was dirty and he bin was full of rubbish and the bedding wasn't fresh very poor hygiene.

Carpet stains

The apartment is in the centre. I have been here before and i really liked it. Which is why i booked again. Unfortunetly the expeirence was not as good as last time.

There was stains all over the capret in the bedroom. The back of the sofa was missing which they have tried to cover with cushions and wasnt comfortable. I dont think it was worth the price i have just paid for.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable but the cleanliness of the apartment overall was very poor

Excellent location

It needed to be thoroughly cleaned. We ended up cleaning all window cills, which were covered in small dead flies. Cob webs with dead spiders in the corners. We had to mop all the floors. The mop itself was very dirty and smelly. The mop head needs to be changed regularly. Not enough cooking utensils. No sharp knife, kitchen towels. No cloth to wash dishes with.

We’ve stayed multiple times, always lovely and comfortable, the only place I will stay in Huddersfield

I’m not sure if maybe our apartment was missed during house keeping, but it wasn’t very clean on arrival, we gave it a quick once over everywhere and then everywhere was perfect and cosy as usual

Clean, beautiful apartment in the heart of Huddersfield Town Centre. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops and takeaways. All amenities are provided for a comfortable stay

It can get a bit noisy with traffic etc.

Spacious apt

Fab location. Heating was on when we arrived so nice and warm. Really spacious for 6 people.

Needs a frying pan for cooking breakfast.

I was not happy because of the way the lady from the office presurised me to pay a deposit of 150 P

There is no car park in the apartment which was promised when booking the apartment. The mandatory deposit of 150 pounds collected from me as a customer on the check in the day was not encouraging and not good. Customer suppose to be inform and calculated with the booking fee about the deposit when booking at the beginning.

Location.

The property hadn't been cleaned for some time! I found a babies bottle in the bedroom draw with mouldy milk in. Behind the bed was no better. Dust all over the window sill.

The apartment was clean, decor was modern,bedrooms were lovely,beds were comfortable.. close to all the amenities

There were stains on carpet in one of the apartments bedroom..toilet was not flushed when we arrived and no tea towels also iron board was broken which was very small..

Pls improve the cleanliness and send the email in advance

The host request an Id to verify but they just send the email on the day itself in the morning, please send it earlier at least for 3/5 days in advance. So without the proof of ID we cant get the code to access, we have to ask the nearby hotel staff for help and call the owner since there’s no reception available that’s really bad experience, and the cleanliness part they didn’t ask the cleaner to clean by the time we check in, dead insect on the bed sheet and the bathroom

Unclean.

Good location. Good communication. Very newly refurbished. In good condition.

The apartment was filthy. A real shame as the place has great potential. The bathroom could not have been cleaned. There was poo stain in the toilet. I found long black hairs all over the apartment in kitchen, in bathroom on sofas. I can't understand it as the place is decent otherwise.

All you need for your stay

The apartment was lovely, with brand new essential furniture and all appliances needed for an independent stay. It was clean enough and very near the university and the city centre.

The location was quite dodgy and the fact that no face-to-face interaction is available in the check-in/check-out procedure makes things a bit more difficlt. I am still waiting for a text back about how to work the heating.
