The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The condo is very spacious, tastefully decorated and accurately represented in the description online. It has everything you need for a short term or long-term stay. The host April was very kind and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend this property and will most definitely rent it again. The resort amenities are great, and the location of the property is very convenient as it relates to all the parks.

Loved this condo! Nice touches with Disney decorations but not overwhelming. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our vacation and would stay again! Pool & slides were busy but not overcrowded.

We had a great stay at this property. Worked out for our first visit to Universal Studios. The kids enjoyed the last night swimming and sliding at the on site water park. Would definitely stay again.

I took 4 middle schoolers to Universal and this property was perfect! All 4 of them had a nice large room, each with their own bed, plus a game table and TV. Large en-suite bathroom for them as well. Nice large master suite on the other side. Nice guest room next to the bunk room. Spacious living area/ dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Washer & Dryer if needed. Balcony. Easy access to Starbucks and gas station….easy to get on interstate towards the Disney/Universal properties. Lots of nearby restaurants. Host was very kind :)

April has such a cute condo on a great gated community with so many amenities. We loved our stay there and how much space we had as a family of 7 ♥️

We have stayed at WH several times before, but this property is completely updated and so tastefully decorated for this avid Disney family. We also appreciated having a full stock of some of the necessities such as TP and dishwasher tablets. Not a big deal, really, but sometimes it’s the little things. Thank you for a great stay!

The location is fantastic for all the parks and in the local area there are many places to eat, if you don't want to cook. The pool area is great for the kids. The condo is really we decorated and supplied with all the utensils. Thanks

The condo is everything described and more. It’s is nicely decorated and very clean. Little details like pool noodles, a step stool in the bathroom, towels for the pool and cooking spray are never a deal breaker for our family but just made the place a step above the rest. We had a quick question for April and she quickly responded and was very helpful. Stay here! You’ll be happy you did!

Our stay at Aprils unit was more than we expected. From the beautiful furnishings to the complete availability of essentials in the unit, it exceeded our expectations. The unit is exactly as pictured in the photos and the water park and activities in the visitors centre were great for the kids. They especially loved the glitter tattoos. The location was perfect and was close to everything and minutes fr Disney. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo and April was so quick to respond to our questions and check in was so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful. It was tastefully and stylishly updated and very clean. Well appointed with games and kitchen essentials. TVs were very new. We really enjoyed our stay at the Condo (9 nights). It’s tastefully decorated providing a nice homely comfort feeling and with very good attention to detail. Location is superb, and quite close to the parks.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was just as pictured/described. We booked with very little notice, which we appreciated very much. Most importantly, it was very CLEAN!!! The location is great- quick drive to the Disney and Universal properties, plus stores and restaurants nearby. It is obvious that the owner cares about the property. Great experience!

Our stay in April's condo was amazing from the check-in, to the beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and wonderful location with close access to everything, yet in a quiet, away from all of the traffic of Orlando. We all enjoyed the comfort of stay from the beginning until we left. I would recommend April's condo to anyone . I know if we are back in the area, we will most definitely book it again. Very satisfied travelers!!!!!

I can not say how incredibly impressed we were with this property. From the time of booking until the time of checking out, April went above and beyond expectations. The condo is very well kept, and April helped make our stay stress free! The amenities were great, the pool was very nice, and the convenience store was also an added bonus while enjoying the pool on a hot summer day. We stayed in April’s condo for 5 weeks. Best vacation ever. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very clean. The beds are so comfortable. Everything provided in the kitchen that we needed to make our meals. So much room. April responded quickly to my texted. Loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. The resort is so close to shopping areas and to the theme parks. Just a great place to stay. Can’t wait to stay here again.
