There were lots of positives about the property, outdoor spaces, sea views and pool. Well located close to a large super

Great outdoor spaces that were private. Nice shared pool with lots of varied seating areas.

There was far too much clutter for a holiday home. I really struggled to find a space to set things down particularly in the kitchen. Who needs a cake stand on their holidays? It felt like I was staying in someone’s home as opposed to a holiday let.

Gorgeous clean spacious 3 bed apartment, great location for centre with sea views and small pool

the place is quite hard to find and our taxi driver got lost despite a google pin location given by wonderful Italy. We were met by their friendly team who kindly bought us some milk on request for the baby which was so kind. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment which was beautifully decorated and was gorgeous. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped...apart from we could have done with more bowls and the large cafeteria was broken. The air con kept the place cool and didn't give you a sore throat which was a bonus. The location was excellent for Ostuni and we hired a car to get around to see the sights. the apartment has beautiful sea views and lots of trees so MOSQUITO spray is a must.

The 2 umbrellas were broken by the pool and near the table so there was no shade which wasn't great for the kids in the Italian heatwave. We did tell wonderful Italy who told the owners but we didn't hear back from them.

Great stay in an excellent location.

It was self catering. We stayed in the Mediterranea which was large and airy our friends stayed in a couple of the other properties on site which were smaller than expected. It was a five min walk to supermarket and a 10min walk to beautiful Ostuni town which was great. Any problems were resolved by Wonderful Italy immediately.

We could have done with more towels.

nothing…. totally oversold with phots of other units. The one we were offered was “glamping” plain and simple. Totally inadequate for two adults unless you’re both 4’-11” …. you could not stand up in the shower. we left after one night as my wife was claustrophobic…. and not a word from the Management of this property or offer of a refund. Buyer beware!!!!…. DO NOT BOOK unless you take the ability to cancel.

Everything… you can do much better for the same price

Totally relaxed after 10 days at the Relais Patriarca

Location was excellent. Within a short walk of town square, large supermarket and a multitude of restaurants and bars. The relais had a calm serene air about it. It is absolutely a perfect base to relax and unwind

Lighting around the premises could be better at night, the path is quite uneven

Trulli amazing

The Trulli was fantastic and stayed cool inside despite very hot weather outside. The pool was lovely and clean and the view over the trees and towards the sea was magnificent.

A really lovely place!

The whole apartment was decorated so lovely, every corner of it had it’s own charm. It was very well equipped, I don’t think there was anything missing. The garden and the terrace were full of nice sitting areas and sun loungers with a beautiful view, especially at the pool. The location was perfect for a stay in Ostuni, (which is a really picturesque town) but you can also reach the surrounding places easily. To me Relais Patriarca was the prettiest apartment that I’ve ever booked and I can totally recommend it!

There wasn’t much I could complain about. Two of my friends didn’t like their bed and the fridge was stinky, but I think that’s it.

Passable

Great place in Nature, right outside the busy city center of Ostuni. A large terrace with the view towards the sea makes it a nice place to hang out through the whole day. A shared swimming pool and wonderful well maintained garden make the place pretty unique.

Despite the beauty of the place we were partially dissatisfied by the management as they were friendly but just ignored our complaints. There was quite some mould in the bathroom, below hygienic standards. As the house was tiny, the smell was present the whole time and unhealthy to breath.
