About this house rental

Our newly remodeled three bedroom, two bath third floor condo at Pebble Beach is everything you are looking for. Beautiful ocean view from the back deck. Cook in the kitchen while watching the waves roll in. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has full size bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own access to the deck to sit out and enjoy the ocean. Two outdoor swimming pools and one indoor swimming pool are available for your enjoyment. Also enjoy the tennis courts and the fitness center. Ramp leading to the beach has easy access for walking with your beach cart. Pebble Beach is within walking distance from many restaurants, shopping, go carts, and bars. Check us out for your vacation and "Rest Ashored" you will be glad you did.

We had such a lovely time! Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. We loved our view and how close we were to beach. Stephanie was wonderful when I forgot how to check in. We had an excellent vacation and would definitely come back!

This is the best place that my family has stayed while on vacation. The home was very clean, the decor was beautiful, it had a great view, and our big family fit perfectly. We will definitely be trying to book another stay there. 10/10 would recommend anyone to book here.

We knew it was on the third level but would hesitate to repeat the three flight walk up. If one plans to cook bring your own frying pans. The unit was convenient to the pool and ocean walkway. The top bunk is not suitable for very young children due to the low guardrail and steps were tricky to navigate. The unit was comfortable and fine for 2 nights.

This condo was in the perfect location. We stayed here with my family one other time because it’s proximity to the beach and the pool. Very convenient location to all the other fun activities such as go-karting, putt putt and restaurants. My only gripe is that they only provide enough toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags for the first night so you have to provide the rest. I don’t remember that being the case the previous year we stayed. Also there were no beach chairs which I thought had been there previously. Overall it was pretty clean and comfortable but you really can’t beat the location.

As a stop over until our normal stay at EI this place was amazing. Between the pools for at night or on the way back to the beach or with the workout room in the the morning or the short walk to pizza and ice cream. This place had it all. The only thing that would get 5 stars all around is knowing it was on the 3rd floor however the walk up was better than other places and easy to move the suitcases up and down as well as groceries for the story. Would definitely stay again as the owner was very easy to deal with and have all question answered.

We loved that it was a private condominium. There was very little traffic, and it was extremely quiet! The views were great and the short walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! The layout was perfect for our family!

I am the type of person that thoroughly looks into reviews before we rent a vacation- hence, I thought this property would be fine. Turns out that was incorrect! Upon arriving, the hall closet door was open which included a terribly disgusting air filter that had fallen out of place. I texted the owner and detailed a photo- I got a response stating some one would be over to deal with it… however no one ever showed up! The shower curtains in all the bathrooms were completely molded. The mattresses (in our opinion) were awful and so was the couch. We all left with back pain. When we stripped the bed to leave the mattress covers were stained. To top it off, we are fairly certain that there are rats. We woke up with a hole chewed in our bagel bag and our children’s snacks. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt on this one, but the oven mits were chewed upon arrival so surely someone knew. So yeah… you may want to just keep on looking! This ain’t it.

A great location in a wonderful neighborhood. Beach access just across the parking lot! It was a rainy weekend most of the time, but we had access to the indoor pool on site, which really great for the kids! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our week at the beach and this condo had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was great with a nice boardwalk and bathrooms. We also made use of the lighted tennis courts. Teresa answered all of our questions and was a great host. We look forward to returning.

This is an amazing location and the indoor pool was perfect for the kids in the cold weather. The condo was clean, spacious, and had the supplies we needed. Beach access is great and it was wonderful to have views of the ocean. Host was extremely helpful and responsive! Definitely recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed it all, the large space of the condo including each room, location on island, beautiful views, short walk to beach, absolutely anything and everything you could need or use available and personal favorite the coffee bar! We had a large crew with us and this place really felt like home! We stretched out and was very comfortable! Owners were so kind, we arrived late and really appreciated the patience, if at all possible we will for sure be back.

The condo was everything it said it would be. We had a slight issue accessing the property but it was all resolved quickly and efficiently with the property manager in less than 5min. Teresa was quick to answer any questions I had. The place was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. The views were lovely too. The property pool was great, the kids loved it and the beach was so close, very easy to get to. Overall I loved it here

Convenient location. Security pass was cumbersome. Common areas of condos were well thought out. Stairs to 3rd floor were not plumb. Nice getaway. Unit was charming. Wash in machine was noisy.

I brought my parents, daughter (5 yrs) and niece (6 yrs) for a vacation at this condo. The location was great for the children because it offered variety with access to a pool and beach as well as a pickle ball court. There were rainy day activities within a short drive (The NC Aquarium, Bowling/Arcade, movie theater etc.). The only negatives were that the mattresses were soft for my liking, two burners on the electric stove didn't work, the outside of the condo appeared weathered and we were on the third floor with no elevator to bring up heavy bags . The best parts of the condo were the outside balconies on the front and back. It was wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds! Overall, we would highly recommend this location.

It was great overall. The stove did not have a vent of any type & the eyes did not sit flat. For most this is no biggie. We cooked in every night & I set off the fire alarm one night. Also there is no place to store beach gear we left it in the trunk of our car daily. It is a 3rd floor unit with steps only. Overall we had a good time & it was a great location.

Loved the condo, decor and location. Listing should give specific info about what is provided......and then have it! Initially got good response from owner but petered out. Also, even though this apartment is numbered 301......it should state clearly that it is a 3 floor climb - no elevator! Overall, had a GREAT stay.

Rest Ashored was our first condo experience and we couldn’t be any more pleased! The condo is in a good location on Emerald Isle with an easy walk two minute walk to the beach, it’s clean and well kept, and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in.
