The location of the property is just brilliant. stunning. the design of the hotel itself is also very beautiful and the breakfast is good.
In general, our stay was brilliant. few small things ruined our experience at the end. I told the staff that the room was full with ants. yes, the hotel is in a middle of a forest, however, for 1300 shekels per night, a spray against ants in the room is possible. Also I told the staff that I asked at breakfast a proper coffee after seeing the waitress making it for someone else and I got the response that it’s not possible . again, for the price of 1300 shekels per night, I think it could have been possible to make for me as well a proper coffee. we were told that someone will come back to us regarding these complaints. a week has passed and nothing. I’d like to emphasise again the fact that because the price of this hotel is so high, these tiny complaints should have been addressed and not ignored.

I would give this place a 9 or even 10, if some of the hotel staff were more attentive, i.e. towels and items lying around at and around the pool would get picked up so new guests could sit down and make themselves comfortable ...dirty plates and cups in the sit-down garden area not getting picked up for over 12 hours! It's a shame I cannot rate this place better as it is a truly awesome place. Some people (a waiter for example) made sure everything is right, but to have such a place let certain areas get so messy and dirty is not right, and does not deserve a high rating.
The food and buffet are excellent, the rooms are spacious and beautiful and their beds are super comfortable. The hotel itself and the area around are magnificent and it is so easy to get to the hotel and to visit places nearby. Sadly some areas don't get much attention and some of the staff or hotel management lacks the heart and will to make this a great place. A truly 'boutique' place, this is not (anymore or yet).

nothing
The hotel is located in the middle of the forest, which is a beautiful thing, but it's incredibly scary. especially when You arrive after dinner outside and find yourself stuck 45 minutes outside the entrance gate with no answer, and what's worse is that the hotel didn't bother to apologize... Horrible permission

The facility itself is beautiful the staff leaves a lot to be desired
1) The restaurant (dinner) had no English menu and none of the staff spoke English well enough to explain the dishes
2) There was absolutely no information in English as to available activities, what's in the area, interesting points to visit, interesting tourist attractions, etc.
3) The staff was not at all helpful in trying to help us understand where we were and what there was to do in the area.

This specific hotel has its own magic… It’s built beautifully, has vintage vibe and the staff is amazing in any way possible.
Liat, Sasi, all the staff is amazing..
Honestly, absolutely nothing.

Nice location, nice concept
Mediocre- rooms are big but nothing too fancy, balconies small and overall too expensive for these sort of facilities. The jacuzzi is interior and works poorly, not too clean. expected that the jacuzzi would be outside.

One of our favorite hotels! It's like a homestead in a coniferous forest on top of a hill. We love coming here in winter when the fireplace is lit in the lobby and you sit in a comfortable chair and look at the fire with a cup of tea or coffee. Large comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, a quality fitness room and an excellent spa. Cleanliness, comfort and excellent service.

The location is great and so are the views. The hotel is beautiful.
We booked an upgraded room with a jacuzzi, but we did not have hot water in the room at all. The water were medium temp that could hardly allowed a shower. We asked the reception, that promised a technical support, but no one arrived. Eventually we were told he was not on the premises at all.

The Lady at the reception didn't understand a word in English... Bad attitude, not nice at all.
A guy from the kitchen tryed to translate in English...
We really can't understand how a hotel like this don't apply hospitality at all.

The location and the view.
The cost for dinner at Friday was quite expensive , and not reflecting the quality of the food which was served .

Location is great. Pool is nice. Massage was good.
We stayed here pre-covid and it was a wonderful experience in every way so we came back but were very disappointed. We got the garden suit. The room was very noisy to the point of not sleeping. There's no garden, just a wood deck with a bush covering the street beyond it. The replacement room was also noisy due to the AC unit so no sleep the 2nd night too. Staff fight loudly within earshot of the lobby and guests which is very disturbing. Breakfast is extremely basic for the level of the hotel, not even omlette service. No service at the front desk to checkout through 830 am. We waited and waited and then had to leave credit card info behind with security. We recieved no consideration for how badly this went.

Clean, relaxing, nice staff
They give you the option to have dinner at a what is supposed to be a great meat restaurant but:
- they dont serve every day and you can't know in advance so out of 2 nights we had to go out of town to have dinner!
- we paid in advance for 1 night. They served us but it was a ready made menu for a group of tourists. We were not asked what we want to order and had to eat what they cooked for that group. They gave us the left overs from the group.
The food was of good quality but it was not worth a third of the extrenely high price we paid!!!! Its a big joke, I am very upset at them and hope to get our money back!!!!
Regardless, the room was clean but the bed was not perfectly made, not like a 5 star hight standard hotel.

The suite was a wonder, big, spacious, a very comfortable bed, large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Very good breakfast with large variety dishes, salads and custom-made omelets. Dinner is exceptionally good, personnel are gracious and professional. Very nice and large outdoor swimming pool. The view is amazing.
Somehow, ALL the electric outlets were very very low on voltage. All of them.
That meant it took a very very long time (actually, all night) to charge phones.
Also, a note to management: the faucets are very very short. That means one has to wash hands over the marble countertop and not over the sink. It's uncomfortable for the guest but also expensive high maintenance for the management.....

The hotel atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious. The grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was good but not great. The pool was a little old. There was no bath in the bathroom.
