Charming one bedroom beach cottage in Codfish Park, Siasconset
Local Realtor says "You have climbing roses and hydrangeas in the summer, you can walk up the shell path up to the Sconset Market — it's Norman Rockwell at its finest, a really magical Sconset spot," he said.
"Wake up in the morning, walk up to the store for your coffee and the paper, then take a little stroll down to the beach, which you can see from the property!”

Loved this cottage & the town around it! Magical little spot close to the shore with a teeny town center, perfect location, and amazing walks right from the doorstep. My hubby is about 6’5” and i was worried about the size - it was great! Great comms from the host- and they’ve added cute details to make it an even easier stay. Thank you!

Great little place! A couple minutes walk to the beach. Also a few minutes walk to the bus stop. Which was very convenient for me. There was a little snafu in the beginning but the owners are very responsive and it was taken care of right away. Great folks to deal with. If I’m back next year, I’ll check them out again

While snall it was quite cozy for the two of us.
We truly enjoyed it and look forward to a return trip

Nick and Kristi were such wonderful hosts. I had an amazing four nights stay at the cottage in March. It was nice to enjoy the quiet time of ‘Sconset off season.
Walking into the cottage, I immediately noticed how clean it was and how nice it smelled. The use of the small space is clever and feels so much bigger than you’d think. There was everything you’d need and more for a stay. When I had a couple of questions Kristi was so quick to respond and so kind. I would love to come back and stay again any time!

Nantucket Cabin
We enjoyed our 5-night, January stay in this tiny cottage in Sconcet. It was very cold outside, but incredibly cozy inside. This little house is a well-thought-out space and it includes things that made us feel we were in someone’s home — umbrellas, a fishing rod, insulated grocery bags for shopping, a partially stocked pantry, extra pillows, binoculars, and refreshments that can be purchased. We read several of the Nantucket-themed books they provided. We are very pleased that this cottage was available for rental during the off-season! There were days when we didn’t see another person while walking on the beach. That is hard to imagine! We think this cute cottage is perfect for a couple. Next time we will bring our dog… a dog bowl was available, too!

Beautiful location. Well furnished with great use of the cozy space. Everything you need for a restful stay. Loved the outdoor shower and sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the lawn and watching the ocean glisten. Hope to return in the spring.

It may not be for everyone, for me was just prefect. Every detail was as it supposed to be. Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I had a nice enjoyable anniversary celebration. We needed to contact the owner and overall he was very responsive. The only issue, the tv quit working the last night. While it would act like it was going to work, it would not ever allow access to watch a program.

Beautiful cottage!
A perfect spot to spend a few days listening to the surf. The beach is literally steps down the street, and in March it felt like having almost the neighborhood to myself. Very quick responses to any questions I had, easy check in, very affordable for the area, can't recommend highly enough! Thank you for a really wonderful long weekend!

Excellent
This cottage, a former candy store, is so cozy and sweet! Its steps away from the ocean! We had such a wonderful time and look forward to returning. Nick was very easy to reach when we had questions and was gracious and accommodating. Thank you Nick and Kristi!

Perfect Solo Getaway
I had an incredible stay at Nick & Kristi’s sweet cottage! I was looking for a relaxed getaway and that’s exactly what I found…
The cottage was PERFECT for just me or even a +1. I had everything I needed to stay in and cook or head out to town. I even worked from the cottage for several days. I loved the Sonos speaker - great touch!
Staying in Siasconset allowed me to relax away from the crowds, enjoy the beautiful beach (steps away from the cottage), but still be in town in just a few minutes.
Nick and Kristi were very kind and made everything so easy! They were in contact early and often and made the entire experience so lovely. Highly recommend and would rent again!

A perfect stay
We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Amazing proximity - just steps - to the sand and the beautiful beach. Comfy bed and pull-out, new bikes, amazing coffee, short stroll to market/Summer House/Beach Bistro, and kind, helpful hosts who were always available.
PERFECT!

Lovely cottage steps to beach
This cottage is ideal for a couple or young family. Very well kept and appointed and Nick and his wife have really maximized the space and layout. As a result, the cottage lives bigger than its size would suggest. Nick was always available if we had a question. And the electronics and amenities were a nice convenience. Super outdoor garden and bench for sitting and watching the world go by. We sure hope to be back.
