This super clean second floor Carolina Beach condo is located in a Pleasure Island sweet spot: one minute to the beach accessed by a private boardwalk, a five minute stroll to the Town of Carolina Beach boardwalk, shops, restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to Freeman Park.

Watch the sun come up from the newly renovated deck overlooking the ocean, spend the day on the beach, and then be awed by a beautiful sunset over the canal with the view from the front balcony.

All beds have new memory foam mattresses and rooms are perfectly appointed for your vacation. We provide sanitized linens and make up the beds so you can arrive and start enjoying your vacation right away. The master bedroom with queen bed has a balcony overlooking the canal side and a private full bath. The large second bedroom has a twin over full bunk. A second full bath is right off the main hallway.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. The dining room table has four chairs, plus two bar stools at the kitchen bar.

The bathrooms have just been updated for added comfort. We provide bath and hand towels. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We provide ROKU smart TVs in both bedrooms and in the large living room. There are also games and books for you to enjoy.

There are also four beach chairs and other beach supplies located in locked storage closet in the main parking area. This comes in handy to store items without the need to drag them up the stairs. There is also a shower to rinse off after your day at the beach.

Everything is ready for you to have a relaxing vacation here on Pleasure Island!

We had a great stay at this 2nd floor condo. Great views of the beach and sunrise. Easy access to beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Condo owners are very nice and responsive. Would stay again if back in Carolina Beach.

Exactly as advertised and even better in some ways. Place was super clean and comes with all amenities. Lots of little touches which made the stay very enjoyable. The view is amazing! Wpupd highly recommend!

It was our first time in Carolina Beach and we had a great time. This unit was perfect for our family. The area is so quiet. We were worried that our bedroom next to the street would be noisy but it was so peaceful. The covered parking spot and Beach locker has spoiled me. The view is amazing from the balcony or living room. You can see the Boardwalk fireworks from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and it’s the easiest access to the beach of anywhere we have stayed.

This was an excellent place to stay for our family of 4 (two adults and two teens). Location is amazing with a private beach access. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk but also no neighboring large hotels so the beach wasn’t ever crowded even though we went at peak season. We also had an excellent view of the Thursday night fireworks from the unit’s balcony. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. It was also ready prior to check in time- and the owners kindly gave us to opportunity to check in early. Neighborhood and condos were also quiet. Will absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, well organized, and within walking distance to the boardwalk. Oven and microwave are on the smaller side. Ocean views were good. Beaches were not crowded, and easily accessible. Great view of fireworks on Thursday nights. Many good places to eat within walking distance too. Make sure you hit up Squigley's for some really good ice cream!

Gorgeous ocean views from second floor balcony. Loved watching surfers and seeing pelicans flying across the water. Condo was clean, bright and cheery. There are several stairs going up. Conveniently close walkway to the water. It’s a short walk to shops and restaurants, although not all were open during the off season. My husband and I enjoyed the quietness during the time we were there. We are in are early - mid 70’s. Owners were good with communicating.

The whole family took in a collective breath upon entering the condo. We were in awe of the beautiful view of the beach and ocean just after entering. Our 1 week stay at Andrew and Joanne’s condo was perfect. The condo was very comfortable for us parents, a 5 year old, and a 3 year old. It was so convenient to have the beach just steps away while donuts and tacos were a pleasant 10 minute walk away. Thanks to our kids, we never missed out on a sunrise from the comfort of the living room or the deck. At night, it was so nice to have the back door open and listen to the ocean. We will certainly return to this condo on our next visit to Carolina beach!

Our group of 4 adults and a child under 2 found this to be the perfect location for our visit. We found everything to be very clean and well stocked. Beach was very close and accessible and we enjoyed breakfasts on the deck, despite the chilly and rainy weather. Location was great - very close to the aquarium and shopping (small shops, Publix). Host communication was awesome and we will definitely be back when next in the area.

We had a great time at Carolina Beach in late Dec 23/early Jan 24. We selected this property based on the excellent reviews from others and it lived up to those reviews: extremely clean, great location, beautifully furnished. The owners provided a long list of amenities, which added to our overall satisfaction. The owners were extremely responsive from the time we booked the property through the time we checked out. Five stars across the board and we would not hesitate to book this property again.

We stayed in this 2nd floor condo for a long weekend. It was fine for us, two women, but I think might be a bit problematic for two couples given the bed situation in 2nd bedroom. Perfect for a family with kids. Right on the beach with easy access and a nice deck to sit and watch the waves. Cushions on the chairs on the porch would be a nice addition! The kitchen was well equipped, though we did not cook, and the condo was clean and airy. We had a minor issue which was quickly resolved and communication with the owners was great. Only real complaint was the noise and parking stress from the outside construction, which I realize the owners had little control over. Kite festival at Fort Fisher was an added bonus!! I definitely would stay here again in the fall!

First time in Carolina Beach for a mother/daughter weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Phillips’ condo met all our needs. Great location, easy access to the beach. Liked being able to park underneath condo. No worries about loading or unloading in rain. Condo was very clean, simple and nice. Beds were nice. We could have used more towels. But the condo itself was great. Only negative to add, that had nothing to do with the individual condo, was the first impression of walking into the condo complex. It’s six condos and they all share an indoor carpeted stair case and the entrance door is very dirty and the carpet on the stairs is very dirty and it smells in there. Again once you get to the condo it’s great but the first impression was a little off putting.

Great place for a family holiday, I have only positive impressions. Have to admit that Carolina Beach is getting better from year to year, more places has been opened since last year, better service, more new and renovated houses. Planning to came back again next year.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The view was breathtaking and the easy access to the beach was incredible. Watching the pelicans dive for fish from the balcony was a favorite of mine. We loved being able to have a short walk to restaurants and the boardwalk shops. Enjoyed the fireworks on the beach (Thursdays), a trip to the River Walk on Cape Fear, and a visit to the UNC Wilmington campus. We spent most of our time enjoying the surf and sand. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean and well appointed. The parking under the unit, in the shade was also appreciated. The car was never over heated when we traveled around town. Andrew and Joanne’s place will not disappoint!
