Das Aparthotel ist, nach einer Verbesserung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Das Zimmer war mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Wir konnten das Frühstück selbst zubereiten. Kaffeefilter und Kaffeepulver hatten wir von zuhause mitgebracht. In unmittelbarer Nähe war ein REWE-Markt mit einem Bäcker, bei dem wir frische Brötchen usw. kaufen konnten.

Der Kühlschrank war relativ laut. Wir haben den Kühlschrank nachts ausgeschaltet. Das Geschirr im Küchenschrank war zusammengewürfelt. Die Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden. Das Doppelbett stand in einer Ecke, das Ein- und Aussteigen über die kurze Seite vom Bett ist unbequem.

A reasonable place to stay for an overnight. The rooms are okay, but basic (e.g. little cooking amenities). All in all a bit overpriced, but it is an expensive region. Staff was friendly and the location is quiet.

Comfortable and well-located hotel stay for a reasonable price

Close to the Stralsund main station and nearby to stores and supermarkets. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The room was clean and as expected - going by the pictures

Quiet spot in a lovely city. Kitchen was part of the appartment. Near a shop, not far from city center (approximately 2km).

I would recommend the place if you are passing by or planning to spend one night in Stralsund only.

Comfortable bed, clean room, TV with smart TV functions, fridge. We could park the car near our window.

Rewe mall was on the other side of the fence. We've heard some loud noises in the midnight when either the groceries were being unloaded to the store and the bad ones (I mean groceries) were loaded back to the truck. But it didn't take very long. They do have short check-in times, however, we did manage to agree that the landlord leaves the key in the apartment (so it was kind of ok). The place is quite far from the city center.

Excellent and professional staff

We didn't get to stay at this place as when we arrived the door to our room was broken and we couldn't get in. The manager came over even in the after hours and quickly booked us at a different place. Unfortunately, everything was fully booked during this time so we were booked at a different and much upgraded hotel. We were very surprised and impressed that it was handled with such care and professionalism by the hotel manager. I'm sorry I was too tired at the time and felt uncomfortable for such generous gesture from the hotel manager and wasn't able to say thank you. Thank you for helping us with such care.

Awesome Offer for a Weekend Trip!

Good location (not center but walkable distance to main sightseeing areas), very calm and perfect for families. It is not a fancy place to stay, but totally fine for a short weekend trip. It offers cooking facilities too. Price was good for what we got. We would gladly stay there again.
