The accommodation was great! Very central location, the beaches are just a few minutes walk away and many breakfast options are nearby. The owners of the accommodation are super friendly and helpful and are always available if you have any questions.
Staying with a dog was really great! Highly recommended for two people and a pet.
The only thing we would personally change would be the arrival times. Since St Ives is completely overcrowded with tourism at midday and it takes about 25 minutes on foot to get to the accommodation from the train station. You then have to walk through crowded streets. So next time we would go early in the morning or late in the evening to avoid the crowds.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful place and location stunning.

We had a room on the 1st floor with 2 beds; one double and one single, which was as needed for the 2 of us. Our son loved his single bed with half wall/separator from the main bed and his own lamp and tiny storage for a book and glasses. The beds, pillow and beddings were clean (we checked for bedbugs) and comfortable. The built in "wardrobe" to hang our clothes was cute and fit for purpose. Under the single bed was enough space to store our empty luggage, shoes, etc. The bedside tables of the double bed have 2 deep drawers each; so useful for extra storage. The small fridge was useful to keep our drinks cool and we found a bottle of fresh milk for our coffee! That's a nice touch. On top of the fridge there were small kettle, 3 sets of mugs and coffees/teas. The location is perfect; 5min walk from porthgwidden, 7min walk from porthmeor, and 2 min from the harbour. Also 10seconds away from a cute café just outside the door! Bathroom was clean, rather new, and enough towels for the 2 of us.
The "perfect" location means seagulls were around 24/7; they were super loud even at night! I woke up tired after the first night, but learned the lesson and wore earplugs the nights after; then I slept better! The management didn't clean the room during our 3 night stay, and our cafe/tea/milk stocks were not replenished. Most of the extra plugs were not working, so we sacrificed one bedside lamp's for our charger. The room windows overlook the neighbour's wall, and the bathroom's one overlooks their window (but it seems no one was ever in the other side).

Fantastic location and very cute
Our room was damp sadly, which was a little tricky because the weather was a bit soggy so we felt damp for most of our holiday

I loved this little guest house! It was very very central and a short walk to the town, beaches.

Location was good
Cramped room and no additional facilities. Proprietors weren’t on hand - only saw them at the very beginning.

Lovely location and very clean
Hosts friendly and helpful
For the price I do think a simple self service breakfast should be provided which would not incur employing extra staff

fabulous location . lovely helpful friendly hosts. clean modern room
nothing . you need to park at the long stay & taxi/bus in but this was very easy and much better than negotiating the narrow streets.

A really warm welcome from our hosts. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The generous supply of tea & coffee etc was really appreciated and having fresh milk is a great touch. Having the fridge meant we didn't need to rush out to find breakfast.
Well, there was nothing that we didn't like so suggesting anything would be really picky!

The owners could not have been more hospitable. We got drenched on our Coast Path walk and they tumble dried all our gear. Also very happy to restock milk and tea bags in the room.
Nothing to not like.

No breakfast offered, but that's fine as we knew that.
The location is matchless, between Porthmeor Beach and the harbour and the town so easy to walk anywhere in St. Ives.
The fact that fresh milk was in the fridge for us rather than long life.
The rooms are very stylish and have clearly been carefully furnished.
Two tiny things: the fridge was optioned right next to the bed, but makes quite a noise sometimes, so I switched it off at night.
The handle on the kettle was a little broken, and if you hold it in a certain way, it could burn, or at least feel very hot. This was in 'Jeanne' room.

Lovely shower, comfortable pillows. Tea and coffee making facilities good.
I was extremely disappointed that no breakfast was provided . Trip advisor was very complimentary about the food and, even their own website ( review June 22) praises it. If it had been advertised as room only, I would haven't even considered it.
The bed was not the best for me, but that can vary by the individual using it

Francine and Chris are very lovely. They allowed me to check in early. The place is perfect and not to far with the areas you want to go. The room was big and comfortable. Thank you so much❤️

Was a little noisy, but I think its the same with all guest houses.

Amazing location very near all three beaches and St. Ives Head. The host was incredibly kind and went out of her way to assist us during our stay.
My mom was disappointed that this bed and breakfast did not offer any breakfast as she’d read an old review that said they did and it was delicious.

Chris made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. Spotlessly clean and excellent location.
Will definitely return and highly recommend this little gem of a guest house!

The cottage was well located near the beach and restaurants. The road was quiet and not too many people walking past.
The style of these cottages is small. The bathroom was very small so turning around was a bit tricky and the lock did not secure well.

The location was amazing, in the heart of St Ives but away from the noise. The room was so tastefully decorated! Communication for check-in was great, and amazing value for money. I will definitely return to Cornerways next time I need a place to stay in St Ives.

Great location, comfy bed and nice shower. Lovely and v helpful giving directions and recommendations
The walls were quite thin so we could hear other residents quite clearly. Parking was extra in a private car park but totally understandable given the layout of St Ives.

Central location in St. Ives, dog friendly accommodation. Francine & Chris the owners were also lovely.
