Je recommande ! Appartement avec le personnel de l’hôtel delfino

Appartement avec une grande chambre et belle pièce à vivre . Cuisine équipée qui donne sur un balcon. Proximité bus pour Venise. Nous avons préfères utiliser le train à la gare à 5 minutes à pieds car plus confortable. Supermarchés à proximité.

Il manque une bouilloire et des mugs pour le petit déjeuner. Seulement de petites tasses à café.

Very bad experience. No hot water and possible to downgrade the room.

To be honest the room is good, but there is no hot water in the room! And they didn’t solve the problem. We stayed there for three days without hot water.

The clients ignored our requirements. We said that there was no hot water in the room at the first day. Yes, they checked it and got the conclusion that it was truly no hot water. On the third day, they finally changed our room, but downgrade our room. We choose the apartment-style room and downgrade to a small room next to the street without compensation.

Great location for a quick visit to Venice

The apartment was really spacious, big bathroom, with lotion and everything needed. Good light due to the windows and even a balcony. The kitchen was also nice, but there was no detergent or anything at all, so in case you want to cook you need to buy salt and everything really, which depending how long is your stay might make sense or not.

The missing items to use the kitchen properly. And even tough the room was clean, there was a really strong smell when we arrived which is not super nice. Also, we find only one friendly guy at the reception but the rest, were not as nice (maybe tired or overload but still). I think the deposit it cash doesn't make any sense if you are tourist from another country/dif currency! they could take it from a credit card which makes more sense. But they do not accept it all. So we left our last day with Euros that we didn't need. Basically you loose money in the exchange, in the extraction (since when the bank account is foreign you get the ATM fee) and then to exchange them back when you leave. AND if you leave before 8am, they refund it to you trough wire transfer! I find it not customer friendly at all.

Wielkie rozczarowanie.

Nic mi się nie podobało.

Wszystko. Byliśmy zimą, ogrzewanie nie działało, nie mieliśmy kołdry. Po poprzoszeniu w recepcji żeby ktoś się zajął zepsutym ogrzewaniem, dostaliśmy w zamian 2 koce, żadnej dodatkowej inicjatywy żeby dać nam jakiś inny pokój w którym by było ciepło (podkreślę mieszkanie było na parterze, a na zewnątrz temperatura bliska 0 !!). Samo zakwaterowanie kompletnie inne niż na zdjęciach, brudne, izolacja elektryczna- a raczej jej brak, otwarte gniazdka zakryte ręcznikiem papierowym, żeby czasami nie porazić się prądem. Brak czajnika. Naprawdę dno dna.

Es war sehr groß und geräumig. Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer, Klo, Küche und ein Durchgangs Wohnzimmer.

Nice stay

Modern appartement, infront of the appartement a busstop to venice. The mattress and pillows could be better. Very thin and hard.

A little difficult to turn your car around in the parking. Riding out you have to be carefull since u drive over the sidewalk. A huge trashcan blocks ur view to the road so it can be dangerous if you're not careful.

meets expectations

There are so many buses stop in front of the building. It's near train station. In short, good location. It was big enough to stay for people of two. Washing machine helped during our stay. The balcony was also big enough. Each room has AC, it helps a lot in a hot summer day

Be aware with the hot water, it can run out and than you'll need to wait for it. Would be nice to see some tablets for dish washer. It doesn't make sense to buy tablet to use dishwasher a few times. A microwave would be perfect since this is an apartment.

Perfect stay

Lot of space. Perfect location. Bed is big and very comfortable. Everything is new and modern. Bathroom had plenty of space. Shower was powerful and really really lovely.

Good for accommodation, not for retreat.

- Semi-modern designed apartment and furniture. Seen nicer, but it's OK. - 2 large supermarkets nearby - 24 hours reception desk (located at the hotel across the street) - bus stops right outside - spacious balcony - plenty windows, providing lots of air and light - sofa - luggage room available in hotel at no extra cost, very practical for early arrivals and late departures - friendly (English speaking) reception staff

- no proper blanket/cover, just a single thin sheet between the person and the blanket (like old primitive style) - narrow beds - no kettle (wrong described under facilities) - no microwave (very much lacking) - lift is very old and small - no real dustbin/garbage (just one tiny bag in a box) - no instructions how to use phone and no information sheet if you need any help - weird toilet, splashes water out on the floor when flushing - bathroom tap much too low, can barely fit hands under it - no decent/adaptable socket near bed to recharge phone - weird air-conditioning, difficult to control or not seeming to function properly

Cozy Beautiful Apartment

Exceptional apartment. Basically an Airbnb without the excessive fees. Roomy with balcony and some kitchen appliances. Sofa bed, small refrigerator, and washer were a plus. Venice is a short train ride. Train station is 8 blocks away.

Comfortable apartment with all the necessary appliences with an easy commute to the Venice.

Great location, easy connection to Venice (bus stop is literally under the building), big grocey store and many bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Apartment is very spacious with all the necessary appliences. It is also convenient that reception is open 24/7.

It looks like smokers were staying in the apartment at some point, it still smells a bit, aspecially from curtains. It was not possible to fix shower head in the inclined position which was a bit of discomfort. The elevator door has to be closed manually in order for it to move further, had to walk up the stairs once because someone forgot to do close the door.

Everything was excellent, spacious apartment especially for a couple but would be great for even up to 4 people. Great location - bus stop and supermarket just across the road. Quick and easy to deal with staff. No complaints.

Location was one of the strengths, bus station in front of the apartment. Train station was also near, 750 m approximately. Apartment was big enough even for a family trip, well equipped.

Inside, the temperature was a little bit lower (it was cold for us) even though the air conditioner was working all day long.

Really lovely and helpful staff, all amenities were excellent. Gigantic spacious flat!

The staff were great, huge room, suite. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure.

The room was quite cold and took a while to heat properly with the type of heating installed.
