Welcome to The Grand Oasis! This beautifully decorated 6 bedroom 5 bath home is nestled among the oak trees on a quiet street in the charming village of Grand Beach and just a short walk to the beach. A truly special place offering all the amenities one can imagine. From the 9 hole golf course, to the tennis and basketball courts, to the laughter on the playground, the fun is just a block away. Walk two more blocks and you're at the beach.

This home boasts multiple living spaces so there's plenty of room to spread out, relax and enjoy. The main level has 2 separate living rooms, both with fireplaces. The spacious kitchen is well appointed with luxury appliances and granite counters. The kitchen is open to both living rooms and the dining area, making it easy to interact with your guests while preparing your meals. The dining area seats 10 people, with space for 3 additional people at the breakfast bar.

The large expansive master suite is conveniently located on the main floor with views of the serene landscape and a walkout to the hot tub. Also on the main floor is another guest room and full bath. The second floor is the perfect hideaway for the kids! They can enjoy playing games or watching TV in the loft where there is also a sleeper sofa.
The lower level is home to two more guest rooms. The first one has a queen bed and a fireplace, the second has a twin over full bunk bed. Both rooms share a large bathroom.

As if there wasn't enough room in the main house, the garage has a full suite above with a kitchenette, living space, desk area and large deck overlooking the pool. Below this fabulous suite is an incredible workout room with a sauna and bathroom, perfect for those early morning workouts.

We LOVED our long weekend with our family and friends weekend. The house offered several amazing amenities that created several forever family moments. Grand Beach is also a wonderful community and the house location provides access to all!

What a beautiful property for a family getaway. The amenities were perfect! The kids and adults enjoyed relaxing by the pool and fire pit. Hours of entertainment in the backyard and the neighborhood was wonderful for morning walks. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Gina!

Such a great place! Very spacious, loved the private quarters for the grandparents, super comfy beds, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, pool area was amazing, we loved walking or golf carting to the beach and golf course. Screened porch was great for playing cards / games at night. Owners were wonderful and very responsive. Can't say enough good things about this place. We would rent again in a heartbeat!!

This was our second year renting this home. Our entire group still loves it. Great for families, lots to do in the area and on the property itself. Our communication with Gina is always wonderful and we hope to stay here again next year. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to feed a group. The outdoor space is perfection! The gym is a nice touch for those who want to get in some exercise. We absolutely love this place!

House was amazing! Everything we needed was there - and more. Beds are comfortable, lots of space, only three steps to get in front door for Grandpa and the babies. Pool was perfect. We thought the distance from the beach would be a little disappointing but it wasn't at all - we walked it many times and rode our bikes - the beach felt way closer than when looking on a map. Gina was very responsive with a few questions we had during our stay - thank you, Gina!

The house was perfect for a family vacation. It was huge, clean and had everything you needed. The pool and hot tub were an extra bonus and a short drive to New Buffalo, which had a great beach!

Gina was there when we arrived and gave us a tour and showed us how everything works. The home is large enough for everyone to have their own space and when we're all together hanging out there is no one complaining about being crowded. The outdoor area is so great. The pool was a HUGE hit, the hot tub and the fire pit were used daily. If you're traveling with a large group this home will not disappoint.

My fiancé and I brought both of our families together here for a weekend getaway from Chicago, and it exceeded our expectations! The house is huge and absolutely gorgeous! It has everything you could want for a fun family getaway - nice big pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and it is a short walk walk down to a beach. The check in and check out process was super easy, and Gina was super quick to respond to every message we had! The place was clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed. It’s only a short drive to both New Buffalo and the Warren Dunes, but the property was so fun and entertaining that we didn’t even venture out! If you’re on the fence about booking this house, definitely do it; you won’t regret it! We definitely will be coming back, would love to make this house an annual family destination! Everyone loved it and had the best time.

Our four families - eight adults, two teenagers, two ten y/o's and a 5 month old baby - found Grand Oasis to be perfect. The kids slept upstairs in the bunk room and some were in the ground floor bunk bed bedroom. Our son, his wife and baby made good use of the coach house apartment - baby could sleep away from any noise or disturbances. With two great rooms, there was plenty of space for conversation, TV watching, game playing, doing jigsaw puzzles. But given the high temperatures and sunshine-y weather, the pool was a big hit! The screened porch was delightful for relaxing and still cooler than the outdoors. The grounds, while a bit overgrown, had some beautiful flowering shrubs, unique metal sculptures and a relaxing water feature/pond. The kitchen worked out well for our meals when we weren't out exploring New Buffalo eateries and the beach. We had a great time and Gina was an excellent concierge. We would come again in a heartbeat!

We visited the Grand Oasis for a family vacation and we could not have been happier with the property. The house was the perfect set up for a large group with adults and children of various ages. There were toys for the littles and areas where the older kids could escape when needed. The pool was beautiful and the slide added to the fun. This property is by far the best equipped VRBO that we have ever rented - kitchen ware, toiletries, pool gear, etc. Our family plans to rent this home again and most likely will do with friends at some point as well. Thank you, Gina!!!

The house and pool were wonderfully laid out. The house itself was a great fit for our group. So much space that everyone felt like they were able to be together when they wanted, but also very spread out. The pool was perfect for the kids and something We used daily. Very clean and well kept/appointed. Would absolutely recommend this house!

This is our second year of having our large blended family take a trip like this. Gina was an excellent host and available if/when we had questions. We loved the pool and it's proximity to the lake to view the sunsets. The house was clean and had plenty of room for 9 adults and 2 children. Nice neighborhood, close playground etc. We will be back.

We had a blast here last week! Gina (property manager) was amazing! Mother Nature decided to rain down her wrath upon us last week for a few days and nights and Gina was there to help with any problems we had. Very nicely appointed, updated property, that is well maintained and managed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The ONLY improvement I would suggest, would be to have a second refrigerator/freezer. We were a party of 15 for a week and there was just not enough fridge space for all of our food all week....luckily we brought lots of coolers!

This house was an amazing place to spend our family vacation. Great house to spend a week with family ranging in ages 4 months to 83 years young. Loved the layout of the house giving everyone plenty of room. The pool was great. There is a easy 3 block walk to a playground and just 4 more blocks you are at the beach/lake access. Gina the property manager was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely go back!!

The property is gorgeous and very comfortable for families. There is room and living space for all and the accommodations are very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well appointed and there are many games and little touches that make the VRBO feel like home. The outdoor spaces are great with wonderful seating for all and a beautiful pool.
