Centrally located hotel with easy parking, but very very basic facilities.

Free parking, lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Friendly staff. Solid breakfast.

Beds weren’t very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit smelly. Room was very hot, no airco or fan. No staff for most of the day (only during breakfast). Overpriced during high season.

Quiet clean hotel in Kaufbeuren

This pretty hotel is just outside the historic area in Kaufbeuren. The front desk is largely unstaffed, so check in is do it yourself. The room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was good. Nice place to stay.

Initially, I couldn't find my pre-registration form at the unstaffed front desk. It was my fault and with the help of a staff member, it was located. Bike storage door was confusing to open. Again my fault!

Warm and Cozy stay

The breakfast was excellent. There're so many options to choose from. The room was also very clean. Hotel is close to the train station and the park.

Pleasant room, good location for town and fair price.

Good location, ample size room

Breakfast just OK and coffee was luke warm, coffee machine makes too much froth regardless of chosen type of coffee.

Excellent accommodations for an overnight stay in Kaufbeuren

clean and a great shower location was excellent to train station and shopping as well as restaurants

Check-in is not the smoothest Have to carefully and fully press the buttons on the keypad but once we got inside and located our envelope, it was fine It was the most unusual check-in I’ve experienced There were two couples outside when we arrived and they couldn’t figure out how to get in, so they entered with us

Perfect place to stay

Good equipped hotel in central location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast - and all for a really good price

It took us a bit time to set the functions of the TV, but this is nothing important

Pleasant stay in a convenient location.

Breakfast is really good with lots of selection. Room is spacious with a large TV. Generally felt comfortable, clean room, good stay.

no worry of the contactless check-in it is much easier than u can think of cute bunny deco my kid loves them very much the room is kept in a very good condition very clean room cleaning were professional and considerative they had switched on the warmer for us when we were out restaurant staff are extremely helpful

Easy handling with check in, since you get a code for the door. And there is an envelope with the name on it, with the keycard for the roomdoor in it.

The parking is pretty confusing if you aren’t from the area, since they don’t have parking spots. I ended up, parking 10 min away.
