Very nice stay in Epernay for a Champagne hopping vacation

Great location right next to Avenue de Champagne so easy walking access to many Champagne tasting rooms. The three bedroom unit was a nice size with great common area space.

Great location, spacious apartment, but is missing some basics

Location couldn't be better. Room was nice, bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was also super big. That was all good.

they let us walk through the rain, cause they didn't inform me properly about the parking, even when I phoned them. Then they let us walk with our luggage all the way to reception and then all the way back to front door. That was not logical. The kitchen is very spacious.....but also empty. Not enough plates, cups, cutlery, not even een bottle opener. So the kitchen is great, but useless cause all the cupboards were empty!!. Mattresses were ready for replacement; big dip, therefore uncomfortable.

Large comfortable suite with kitchen with great location

Newly refurbished large suite in very central location. Very comfortable and clean with kitchen facilities. Just around the corner from the Avenue de Champagne.

Check-in process and communication could have been clearer.

Quality stay at Epernay!

We enjoyed our short stay! Quality rooms! Nice big comfy beds, rooms are very clean and spacious, air conditioning was very useful since it was kinda hot, great kitchen with refrigerator, 2 pits cooker, Nespresso machine, microwave, great walkin shower and for those who need there is an elevator! Private parking for only a few cars, 2 for electric (slow charging for free), be sure to make a parking reservation! Dinner was very tasty with great wine! The location is perfect at Avenue de Champagne (restaurant exit)

if I really need to make a complaint, the wine we wanted to order was out of stock :( :)

Great stay in the Champagne region

Fantastic location at the corner of Avenue de Champagne. Easy walk to everywhere in town. Free car parking. Nice apt, with 2 bathrooms which is so convenient. Latest toilet fixtures, great breakfast. Very helpful staff, they gave us the room early upon request .

An exquisite stay in one of the most beautiful properties in Epernay.

We stayed at the spacious rooftop apartment with a beautiful view and lots of sun. The location was perfect & so was the parking. The service was amazing and the breakfast was everything you could expect. We will come again. It was truly exquisite.

Wonderful stay 10/10

Perfect location on Ave de Champagne, close to all the champagne houses and easily located as a first time visitor. Free and secured parking in the city centre was also a big bonus. We arrived early but were given the keys immediately to allow us drop the luggage while the cleaning was still going on - which was spotless - thank you. Very comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom, extremely quiet at night as well. There was even AC in the bedrooms which was helpful in the summer. It was perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was served in the adjacent restaurant with an excellent selection and the host was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay and will return.

The actual property exceeds the photos. We were very pleasantly surprised. Apartment with an enormous roof terrace. I would have described it as the Penthouse.

Bizarrely there were no champagne glasses, although if we’d asked I’m sure they would have been provided.

Location at the beginning on Champagne Avenue. Parking on site. Dog friendly

it wasn’t actually the place we thought we’d booked. previously we had visited A Bergere champagne house half way up Champagne Avenue for a tasting & notice it had rooms. When we booked we were a little disappointed it wasn’t where we thought it was

The location is excellent and the room was exceptionally clean

Key pickup hours were odd - I understand the restaurant is closed from 3-6pm, but I arrived in the area at 3:15 and had to wait hours to pick up the keys.

ok, but we wouldn’t stay again…..

the location excellent, the parking is good. the apartment itself is spacious and the staff helpful, when needed.

the bathroom in the apartment has a plumbing issue which needs addressing. It smelt of bad drains coming from the basin and shower. we did report this to reception but the problem persisted the entire stay. the facilities in the kitchen are poor, for example no sponge, no cutting knives, no corkscrew, no dishwasher tabs. we were given two half bottles of water on arrival for our entire stay - they were not replenished, nor did we receive a complimentary half bottle of champagne or even a glass - which we have always received when we stayed with Abergere on the Avenue. lastly the check in times are quite prohibitive and it’s unclear what the process is to park or check in, if you hadn’t stayed before.

This was a great value for our big lovely space.

Lovely big space, huge patio area and great bathrooms.

Brand new so had a few glitches like communication and another guest might have removed a few things that probably should have been in the room. Also a few glasses put away used without washing. I am sure all would have been taken care of if we had said anything. Not much available for included breakfast but I did notice other guest had taken an unreasonable amount of items.

Worst check in arrangements ever encountered

Beautiful rooms, lovely air conditioning. Limited private parking. Good breakfast though cooked choices were not explained.

Absolutely appalling check in arrangements. Couldn't access room or parking until after 6pm. Paying guests are obviously a complete inconvenience outside of bistro opening hours (and who knew the bistro, under a different name, is part of the same establishment?!) Terribly disappointed given our happy stays at Andre Bergere's main site in the past. The one member of staff at the main AB site was completely overwhelmed running tastings and manning check in. No staff at all at AB Bis. Put your hands in your pockets and staff your establishments if you want return custom - disgraceful.

A lovely stay in the heart of Epernay.

Excellent location for Avenue de Champagne and within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. Staff were all really friendly and continental buffet breakfast was good. Apartment was really well furnished and perfect size for a family of 4.

A lot of things shut in Epernay on a Monday including shops and restaurants so this made it a little trickier to get food on our first night.

a spectacular apartment in the centre of Epernay. immaculate decoration, and great interior design. the outside photo of the property doesn’t do it justice… we will recommend to all our friends and definitely be returning

Perfect stay for touring this quaint town as a family. Xx

The room was very clean, new and spacious. We were so close to everything and the hosts were very nice. They also include a lovely breakfast. We enjoyed some delicious small plates for supper one evening in their beautiful court yard. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

When we arrived it was a bit confusing how to get in, but our taxi driver was able to help and the hosts were very nice.
