Ausreichend. Fehlende Privatsphäre durch Kameras in Küche und Flur.

Gute Tramanbindung.

Kameras in den Fluren und der Küche. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit in der Küche. Bad ohne Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Bad mit einzelner Toilette ohne Waschbecken.

Trotz gewöhnungsbedürftiger Umgebung würden wir wiederkommen. :-)

Sehr freundlicher und entgegenkommender Besitzer. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Klimatisierte Zimmer. Aufzug vorhanden. WiFi vorhanden und gut nutzbar. Besitzer hilft bei vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten. Eigentümer ist sehr bemüht das es seinen Besuchern gut geht. In Anbetracht der Gegend wo sich die Unterkunft befindet, ist das sehr verständlich. Ich hoffe die guten Bemühungen bleiben lange bestehen. Respekt dort ein Zimmervermietung anzubieten. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Ein negativer Punkt ist leider der nicht wirklich gut gepflegte Gemeinschaftskühlschrank (Gefrierfach war leider überhaupt nicht nutzbar( vlt. war es aber auch wegen anderen Gästen)). Ansonsten war die Gemeinschaftsküche okay. Irritierendes Überwachungssystem im Gemeinschaftsflur. In der zweiten gemeinschaftlichen genutzten Toilette ist leider keine Möglichkeit sich die Hände nach dem Toilettengang zu waschen, wenn das gemeinschaftliche Hauptbad besetzt ist. Gern hätten wir auch noch einen Spiegel in den Wohnzimmern gehabt.

Very affordable, well connected comfy location at the rim of Nice.

The staff was very friendly and we felt very good all the Time. We were surprised about the rooms. As we have paid only 50 and 56€/ Night (2 Persons, 2 Nights) we didnt expect a lot. But we had a comfy room and even a kitchen to use! It takes you 5 minutes to the next railstation (L1) and from there you can reach within 15 more minutes the main station or beach. Overall you get a very friendly and a affordable place to sleep in Nice. We would visit again!

Very bad experience.

Close to the city center by tram 15 mins.

Bed sheats were very dirty there were some body hairs in both bed and pillows. The lady didint knew english. Its not a hotel but a apartment in building complex far away from center. Too expensive for its worth.

It was cheap and there was own minifridge in the room.

Appartment was not new, it was from 1970 and unrenovated. "Air conditioning" was tube out of OPEN window so the room was hot in the heatwave. No curtains so it was toi bricht to sleep properly. No shower holder and the was not warm water coming at all from shower. Frying pan was scrached and everything got stick to it. Appartment was upphil, so coming from the tram station with heavy luggage was a pain.

It was an ideal property for two nights and very cheap compared to most places in Nice

It was very out of the city and we had to hold the shower bed. The air conditioning unit was not connected to anything unusable

Recommend for budget travellers

I chose an inexpensive housing option and I liked everything. It must be understood that this room is in a four-room apartment with 2 toilets and 1 shower. We were lucky with the neighbors, so there were no problems. A comfortable tram goes to the city center.

The location was good because you are very close to the tram line which takes you to train station and cbd. We were happy for the price but make sure you bring ear plugs. I would recommend for price and location regardless of our issues

You hear every noise from other guests and toilet. This might be ok if you had respectful people there with you which we unfortunately did not (multiple people slamming doors all through the night when using toilet. Showering and blow drying hair constantly between 3-4:30am??). We had very little sleep here due to this rudeness. Shower head also doesn't fit the hook for some reason so you must hold it

The staff were amazing and helpful. For the money I paid didn't expect much Close to the tram so it's really easy to get around, also there is a free parking in the tram from 4am to 2 am just you need to buy a tram ticket and validate it at tram station to use it when you get your car out.

The bathroom smelled bad. we had bugs on the bed.
