The area and it was a unit in a block of flats with permanent Tenant's. Noisy and messy.

It was a very wonderful experience.

I really appreciated that there were single beds.The complex we stayed in was very quiet and it almost felt like we were at home as well as the parking space availability. There was no difficulty driving in and out of the complex.

The Wi-Fi was poor and slow. This intervened with my progress and the urged work I needed to get do. I also had a problem with the fact that there wasn't a mop and a broom.There wasn't enough chairs as well, there was a lack of dish washing soap as well.

room neatness of the room but improve the bed comfort and install wardrobe and mirror in bathroom

location is fine, the room is clean

the bed, the grill door and the mattress is fine but the bed was supported with the board under and it really hurt my back, and perhaps consider installing cupboards or wardrobe

We had a good stay!

The place was good for the money we paid. It was affordable, on the way to where we were going, Wi-Fi was good and they waited for us although we got there late. It was hot and they gave us a fan to help with the heat. All the rooms were well prepared for all of us and we were a big group. It was a good stay!

The shower wasn’t working but there was hot water.

I enjoyed the stay

The room was environment friendly,clean and neat!!! The lady assisted me very well. She was very polite and friendly. The environmental was very peaceful.

Hot and uncomfortable.

Place advertised WiFi, there was none and the username did not appear on device as was stated on the fridge. The place stated secure parking, however the gate was open and it was a very restless night. The arrangement of furniture in the room , can surely be improved and there was only one fan, with the beds so far apart- it was not nice at all. There is also only one plug in the room. No night stands or night light, the bulbs are bare and that gives it a glaring light. The bathroom, can be improved by just a few mats on the floor so as to prevent slipping on the floor. However, it was clean. Also, maybe before travellers arrived, it night be a good idea to switch on the appliances when their arrival have been confirmed, just a suggestion.

Booking 30 minutes before arrival brought me the advice to book earlier next time .... (??)

At Urban. GREAT.

We paid R500 deposit and when we arrived at Urban the owner didn't receive the deposit and had to pay another R750. 1 owner. We haven't received any back pay yet from Orban. Will never make use of Bookings.com again. Bad service after all the enquiries.

Absolute value for money.

Value for money, Bare essentials like MW, Fridge. Beds are very Comfy. Secure parking. Owner and reception were very helpful

Permanent rentals / Occupants and their visitors on same premises. My credit card payment was processed on the website, but Booking was not processed or paid on arrival.

No rubbish bin No mirror Curtains not covering windows Towel rail off on one side Curtains and shower curtain not hanging properly. Cockroaches
