Well run hotel, with reasonably good facilites

First day the service was excellent, with a floor manager bringing my wife tea. I like that there was a gluten free offering - seems to be rare in Namibia

On the second day when she asked for tea she was told to get it herself - not a problem but a big contrast

Toller Aufenthalt in einem aussergewöhnlichen Hotel, das durch seine wunderschöne Lage besticht.

Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich: Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Zimmer direkt am Wasser, mit Blick auf das glitzternde Meer. Die Zimmer sind sauber und verfügt über eine gute Grösse, einschliesslich ein Swimmingpool. Das Hotel verfügt über ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit toller Aussicht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Resort-stay hotel in Lüderitz

Clean and secure hotel. The morning staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great (loved freshly made omelet)!

The lady at the front desk in the evening. I was traveling solo and didn’t have a car, so I asked her about the transfer service to Kolmanskop I saw on the website and was told just no, without any further information, in rude and condescending tone (I asked different staff about it in the morning and was provided with the service right away).

A Great Place to Stay in Luderitz

This is the best hotel in Luderitz located at one end of the town. It is very well signposted. I enjoyed my meals at the restaurant and there was a very pleasant verandah overlooking a jetty for guests. Staff were very friendly and helpful with sightseeing tips and information about the region. The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a nice view of the harbor.

The restaurant was very busy on a Sunday night as it was the only one open on a public holiday. Some guests waited a long time for their meals. It wasn't as busy the following night.

Maybe one of better hotels in Luderitz (but choises is not big). However sufficient for eat and sleep. Price power ratio is not good, too high price for night and not corresponding quality ( f.e. black dirt (mold) on seal in bathroom/bathtub ) but otherwise clean room. Food in restaurant was very tasty

Best place in Luderitz

Stunning location on the seafront. Room doors open up onto crashing waves on sea rocks. Rooms are nice and private. Big green lawn and private beach plus kids play area.

Stunner hotel, stunner stay! Very happy clients

The staff were so friendly! The hotel Manager, Tom, whom I believe was there on a working holiday was so attentive, and checked in with us whenever he saw us. I'm not sure where to begin with the food, the chef and her team clearly know what they are doing. The food was fresh, amazingly delicious and the portions generous. I'm from Cape Town and not even here have I had calamari that "melt in your mouth" soft. Marvin, one of the barman, was full of funny stories and kept us well entertained; we saw the new year in at the bar with him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we would return in a heartbeat. I loved the view from our room!

There's nothing I didn't like, though I would ask for hooks to hang my towels in the room/bathroom. I don't like to use the rail for wet towels, they're too close together. This hotel is worth a visit.

Very nice place, with its own small beach at the outskirts of Luderitz. Very clean, parking behind a gate, possibility for a nice dinner in the restaurant on site. Ocean view was also great.

The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant clean and on time.

I did my reservation through booking.com and made a mistake by selecting two travelers and want to change this at the hotel but with no possibility to change I paid for a double room for one person. Not the first time happening to me at the same hotel.

Gem on the waves

Our room was on the rocks almost felt like we were on a boat. So special. The buffet breakfast was also really good. Enjoyed the fresh brechens a lot. Geat place to stay.

The orange two tone colour. The yellow will look better combined with a tone of grey instead of the orange. I almost didnt book there because of the colour scheme on the photos. Really silly but this is how people make decisions...Also please consider dropping the price slightly.
