Superb

Jeanette was lovely. Walked me around the corner and pointed out the quickest route to the station so I could get a train to my brothers wedding on very little sleep. I will stay here next time I play in Lincoln.

We didn't stay. Walked in and walked straight back out and booked another hotel!

The door on the way out!

The smell of urine in the street. The row of bins, shopping trolleys full of rubbish littering the street. I did 22 years in the Army and have stayed in a few hostile places and my guts were telling me not to stay in that neighborhood! I didn't stay and opted to leave. Prior to booking the information you get is not quite accurate! For my wife to go to the toilet you have to go down stairs, through the dining room, through the kitchen and you will then get there. It couldn't be further away! It states 'Free parking.' Not quite true. Park in the street if you can find somewhere. Nearest we could find was outside someone else's house 3 streets away. Don't waste your money like we did.

Clean, comfortable and nearby every commodity.

The house was super clean, full of commodities and a plus for the nice backyard. Ten minutes walking to the station, twenty to the Cathedral Quarter and there were lots of shops nearby for groceries or fast food.

Lovely stay - would definitely recommend

This is a lovely house and we really enjoyed staying here. It's homely and comfortable, kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Also has tea & coffee and milk. Bed is comfy. Everything is clean. We stayed in rooms 2 and 3 which over look the back courtyard which is a lovely little outdoor space with table and chairs. The two reception rooms are really nice and have so many little extras everywhere. The shower is hot - nice spacious bathroom. There are a couple of small corner shops if you need essentials. But it is only 15 minutes to walk into Lincoln centre. Taxi in the evening was less than £7 which we were happy with. Parking - you do have to park on the roadside nearby, we went one or two streets down to find a space but this was not a problem for us.

The owner communicates activelly and the client feels taken care of.

Room No 1 - very comfortable and beautiful! It is much moree bigger than usual standards.

It has to be taken into account that WC and bath is located downstairs, for elderly people it could be hard to manage the stairs!

-beautiful house, very cozy -10 minute walk from main street -fully equipped kitchen (though oven had been damaged by a previous guest and was not available during our stay) -room are large with plenty of storage -house is warm and lovely to come back to after a wintery day

-shower is a bit temperamental, setting it to just under 50°c was a bit hot but manageable anything below 40°c and the water wasn't heated at all

Lovely stay in a lovely house

The whole place has a lovely welcoming feeling to it like you've never left home. It was clean and tidy with a few bits of food too which was a nice surprise.

Absolutely nothing, it was a lovely stay through and through.

Nice comfortable home from home, we walked into Lincoln doesn't take long to the city centre, we went to the engine shed in the evening, perfect location, around 15 min walk away. Host was helpful and responsive, would stay again

The street seemed a little dodgy and the parking is a bit of a nightmare, it's street parking first come first served and its packed with houses, we did get a spot after driving around the streets a few times
