Eccellente!!

Struttura dotata di ogni comfort e moderna. Appena arrivate abbiamo trovato cibo acqua.. Posizione ottima! Basta fare una strada e si è al centro! I proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili per ogni cosa! Avevamo l’aereo di ritorno tardi (oltre l’orario del check-out) ed i proprietari sono stati così gentili da fornirci una piccola stanza dove poterci lavare e fare tutto! Consiglio pienamente!!!

Alloggio top e proprietario disponibilissimo

Appartamento nuovo, dotato di tutti i confort necessari per la vacanza. Posizione ottimale a pochi passi dalla movida con bar ristoranti e negozi a portata di mano. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, ci ha anche messo a disposizione attrezzature per la spiaggia (ombrelloni, maschere, racchette da spiaggia)

Consiglieri di aggiungere un piccolo ferro da stiro alla camera (preciso che non l abbiamo chiesto, probabilmente c'è l avrebbero fornito anche solo in prestito)N.b. il nostro appartamento affacciava sul cortile interno dove sono i parcheggi e dove e presente anche una discoteca, quindi da considerare che talvolta fanno serata fino a notte fonda e del rumore è udibile in casa

Very nice accommodation! We recommend it!

It was clean and there was enough space for everybody. The location was pretty good too. It was fully equipped with everything that you might need (coffee maker, pan and pots, plates etc). They gave us water and some snacks and we arrived. They also changed the towels once.

The shower had a curtain which didn’t help much. Every time we showered there was a mini lake in the bathroom. However, there was a mop and a bucket which helped.

Just perfect.

A small but simultaneous beautiful and clean apartment just in the heart of Ayia Napa’s heart. The stuff is friendly and willing to help you. I recommend it 100%. We will be back next year!!

Amazing, great services and very kind hosts.

We were greeted by an amazing host. He offered us some welcome snacks and showed us some good beaches and spots on the map which was very helpful as it was our first time in Ayia Napa. The apartment was very clean, with modern appliances and a very comfy bed. I will definitely recommend this accommodation for any future visits.

Mr. Andreas is the best person you would like to deal with whenever you’re booking an appartement. He’s so kind and helpful Most importantly, the apartment provided was super clean, newly renovated, and fully equipped! The check in was at 3:00 pm but he allowed to check in at noon since we arrived early He kept the room available till 5:00 pm knowing that the usual check out time is at 11:00 am ! Wifi so fast. All the kitchen utensils you might need are available, Highly recommended !!!!!!

Mr. Andreas is the best person you would like to deal with whenever you’re booking an appartement. Great studio in the heart of Ayia Napa.

Clean studio, but I wished to have more space. Good location and available parking near the studio, since the parking places within the premisses were alreaty taken. The music from the next door bar was not very disterbing but we could hear it. Easy access to the beach by car. A frappe mixer would have been great to have. I recomend it and for sure I will be back.

It is a very comfortable hotel. We liked the hospitable host. Our room was separate and had its own yard, there was a small table and chair, and the dryer was in the yard. In addition, there was a closet from which we could get various items useful for the sea for free, which was unexpected and we were happy.

The location is very good. It is near the center of Ayia Napa with very good restaurants near by. The apartment was very clean. Even though we arrived at the location after midnight, we were awaited by the host's father, who led us to the room. We had free coffee for the morning and access to a closet full of umbrellas and toys for the beach (it was useful for us). In addition, the host allowed us to make a late check-out, without extra costs. For five people staying in the apartment, we felt the need for more towel racks in the bathroom and a larger clothes dryer in the balcony

In the heart of Ayia Napa

We liked the size of the apartment, for 2 adults and 1 child, the parking lot, the smart TV (especially for the child), the ironing facilities, the AC in every room, the beach toys and the comunication with the owner (who helped us a lot).

The noise around and the other guests behaviour, but this has nothing to do with the accommodation.

It's a nice to stay in Ayia Napa

The hosts are very nice, I would like to thank them for all. It's in the upper part of city centre. If you stay for a longer period you have it all near you: Eleana Supermarket is 1 min. away, the laundromat is practically in the same building and the bus stations are 5 minutes away. If you visit during winter you might want to pack some slippers, the floor is very cold.

Lovely apartment in Ayia Napa

We had a little trouble finding the accommodation as they were digging up the centre of Ayia Napa, this will be fixed when the roads reopen! Beautiful and well-appointed apartment with free parking. Great restaurant the Hungry Horse just down the road and a lovely supermarket and laundromat as well.

Might be better to place a couch in the lounge rather than a day bed. It would be more comfortable to sit on.

car park a bit small, one day somebody parked his car in front of the main entrance and we could not go out . we almost miss our boat tour .

close to the road. sometimes vehicles doing noise, but it’s fine. also neighbors from the other apartments doing noise and it can be heard. my recommendation is to minimize the noise with an acoustic window and acoustic door. thanks, wonderful place to stay. Oz

New and clean! Very kind owners.

The property was completely new and spotlessly clean. Also, it had all we needed, especially in the kitchen. Hosts were very nice and kind, helped us a a lot with the information about services in Cyprus. Absolutely no complaints! I totally recommend this property!
