Misleading ad, poorly maintained. Would not recommend.

It was very inexpensive and centrally located.

The pictures on the listing were not of our room. The room was much smaller than expected. The listing said we would have a separate bedroom and living room. It ended up being a studio with an extra bed crammed into the living room area. There was no couch or anything. The pictures also showed a nice little table and chairs on the terrace just outside the room but there was no outdoor furniture there. The listing said the kitchen would be fully equipped and with coffee maker. It was very basic, pots and pans were minimal and damaged, and there was no coffee maker. I asked the staff and they said there are no coffee makers in those rooms. Later I saw that they had coffee makers in their storage closet. I asked if I could use one and they said they are all broken. There were no kitchen towels or rags but I asked for some the second day and they gave some to me. There is only 1 window at one end of the long and narrow room so it's quite dark. There are some nasty fluorescent lights and no lamps. The shower is curbless and probably not sloped enough so the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you shower. The place was not very clean, there were hairs everywhere in the bathroom and dust and dirt in all the corners The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, we both ended up with sore backs. It was pretty hot in the room and the A/C has a lock on it so it won't go lower than 24°. The fan switch was damaged so it would only go on slow. There was a lot of noise on the street.

Alberca genial

La alberca y el jardín , además no había mucha gente durante nuestra estancia por lo que fue tranquilo y casi que para nosotros la alberca , además está cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes por lo que era fácil conseguir alimento y bebidas

Los objetos en el cuarto ya se ven muy viejitos, Las toallas están viejitas y con manchas :(

La limpieza deja mucho que desear

La cocina del bungalow tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar en una cocina y eso la hacer muy funcional

Durante los primeros 3 días de mi estancia no hicieron el aseo hasta que fui a hablar a recepción y me dijeron que para el aseo tenía que dejar la puerta abierta (porque según no tienen llaves), además tenía de dejar las camas limpias y ordenadas y solo hacen el aseo de 10 a 12 del día. No me gustaron las condiciones porque no me sentí cómoda dejando la habitación abierta al salir desde temprano y que si no me salía antes de su horario de aseo no lo iban a hacer. En una ocasión me desperté y una cucaracha iba caminando en mi pierna. Tampoco me gustó que el wifi solo llegaba hasta la puerta.

Close to Airport, you can walk there. Quite area in general. Nice family Taco restaurant open on weekends. Located just behind the hotel in a back alley.

Poor place to stay

Pool was clean and well maintained.

Staff seemed to not want to take the time to work. Rude. The beds were full of sand. Not clean.

Lovely, helpful owners, quaint bungalow, 1 min walk to groceries,food,beach(fun safe atmosphere)

The owner and her daughter spoke very good English and were always helpful with any of our questions. A translation app was used to communicate with the front desk staff. The location is close to beach, groceries and restaurants but in a quieter area. Nice pool area with a lot of trees and flowers to provide atmosphere and shade.

Taking into account that it is a trailer park, the outside ground area can be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.(tripping hazards). Could use handrails in the shower and near toilet. One comfortable reclining chair would be a bonus. Request ground floor if mobility issues. Availability of renting a shower chair could be helpful. The streets are made of cobble stones and many potholes, watch your step!

Bungalows are badly in need of renovations.

Location was good. Pool was good. There was a coffee maker but no filters.

There were 2 bathrooms. One sink had no faucets but the tools were underneath to fix it. Toilet in bathroom leaked onto floor, so it was wet all the time. Kitchen sink was full of sand when we came in. The cleaner must have thrown the pail of sandy water in the sink but did not clean it out. Outside balcony floor was not clean.

The trailer park had lots of shade. The rooms were old, dirty. The sheets were horrible,

it was very noisy all day and night. Sewer trucks pumping out all hours of night for hotel across the street. Vehicle engines roaring all day and night. Car alarm systems sounding off all day and night.

love staying there though. very comfortable.. will keep coming back..

you feel very safe at night.. beautiful plants every where, close to beach… wonderful pool. easy to walk everywhere. Staff were nice and helpful. and excellent for families with pets.

hard to get , or hold a good internet WiFi connection, almost impossible. if your camping in the middle sections all the people cut through your site they don’t seem to think to walk around .

Disappointing.

The location is about the only thing it has going for it.

The place is VERY run down and in need of a lot of maintenance. e.g. Dangerously broken glass in the door between the kitchen and bedroom and a badly cracked kitchen window. There was barely a dribble of water out of the cold water tap in the bathroom. The very biggest problem was the awful bird mess everywhere from the many hundreds of grackles in the trees. I arrived in the dark in a heavy thunderstorm and no-one bothered to tell me not to park under the trees on the road Senor....suffice to say my originally 3 hour-old rental vehicle was covered ENTIRELY in bird guano. This took over an hour to clean off before the following day's sun baked it to an immovable mass.

unkempt property, a young lady managing that had a very poor demeanour. my toilet did not work. no attempt was made to fix it until departure time. overpriced for what I got.
