Estancia agradable

El servicio del café y del agua, la disponibilidad y amabilidad de los empleados, la ubicación y el silencio pero interrumpido por algunos vecinos, La limpieza en la habitación y el resto. La cama bien. La ubicación perfecta si vas a usar a menudo el tren tanto para Venecia como otros lugares.

La almohada, el resto todo bien. La señalización tanto en el mapa como el letrero y señalización, que tuvieron que ayudarnos unos vecinos, el precio lo veo un poco elevado

privacidad y buena ubicación

El anfitrión solo habla Chino pero se comunico lo justo para nosotros, cuando le pedimos algo mas complejo utilizo un traductor y nos pudimos entender, la ubicación perfecta para moverse por venecia.

Mestre, a un paso de Venecia.

Maravillosamente ubicado a 50 m de la estación de tren de Mestre -donde el tren lleva a Venecia en 10 minutos. Hotel limpio, muy tranquilo y bastante cerca de un supermercado grande. Lavabo nuevo, agua caliente abundante, luz natural. Resultó mejor de lo esperado!

Estuvo todo ok. Como no es un hotel convencional hay que seguir las indicaciones del personal para llegar.

Localización y precio. No se puede pedir más por lo que vale la noche. Por 1 noche y para estar cerca de las estaciones es perfecto

Lo del dueño chino ya se comenta. Solo habla chino. Sin agua caliente para la ducha por la mañana

Very good location next to the train and bus stations. I guess good value for money given how expensive everything around Venice is.

There was no blanket cover in my room. Thankfully I had sleeping bag, but for 50 eur I would have hoped I wouldn't need a sleeping bag. The owners were (very loudly) arguing with someone on the phone for like an hour in the evening. This was in the apartment, right next to the rooms. Couldn't this hotel business be taken somewhere private, where guests wouldn't have to listen to the shouting?

Great value for money and good position!

Very good location, close to the train station. All the facilities necessary! The host was very nice to let me do a very early check in! Great value for money for a short stay!

Everything was good. The host doesn’t speak English, nor Italian but is very helpful and uses Google Translate.

Very nice place, cozy and clean room, it's a sure bet!

The room was very clean, cozy and well-organized. Bathroom and shower were great. The location is perfect, very close to where you take the bus to venice. Lots of places to eat and drink in the surroundings.

Staff does not speak english very well, but with google, there are no more excuses to not be understood! Also, staff was very nice and considerate, and a little misunderstanding is always part of these international trips (or maybe you're traveliing with a butler and don't have these problems because you're not enjoying the real thing!)

Bad host , bad experience

The host very rude and asking for more money when I arrive late night I accepted only because I arrive late and I don't have more options and I'm traveling with my girlfriend , dirty walls , ac broken , btw the host is a Chinese guy who communicate with Google translate can't speak in English or Spanish , finally don't expect an hotel is more like an old apartment where the rooms where renovated to looks like a ,"home studio"

I would not coming back to this place.

Good localization.

The communication with the organization was through Google translator because the person did not speak English or Italian. The room was totally different from the photos. There were no towels in the bathroom and we heard noises the whole night.

Superb

The facilities was good. There is tv, private bathroom, etc, and it was really clean. The location is also near the venice mestre station, so it makes me easier to reach the station in early morning.

Short break near Venice

Room clean and tidy, and the ensuite was fine. Bed comfortable and lots of space. Owner is very nice and very helpful even sent a message via booking.com to say room ready and picture of buzzer to door. There is a small lift (2nd floor) Will take cash for local tax. Perfect location for bus from airport (no 15 or aerobus) and near train for short ride to Venice or elsewhere in Italy. Several nice resteraunts nearby It felt safe

Nothing really, we did miss having a kettle for tea, but that's being British for you. Some say its difficult to find but had looked on street view before we visited so knew where it was. Cars can be a bit noisy but expected as close to main road.

Very fast internet connection; kind staff which uses a device for the translation from Chinese to other languages. Nice stay..
