Pam and Jules were both very welcoming, friendly the room was above expectations the breakfast included was out of this world.
I recommend this guest house with the highest standards absolutely a home from home any time needed

The breakfast was amazing. Pam and Jules were brilliant hosts.
The facilities were great and the bathroom was very nice.
I would definitely stay again when I return to the Isle of Wight.

The best English breakfast ever and the location was good as it was close to the bus stop, ferry station and close to the town centre

The breakfast was exceptional. The garden was lovely.
The bathroom wasn't ensuite, but just outside the room.

Great quiet location for a relaxing stay close enough to everything with fabulous hosts who looked after us from the minute we arrived off the ferry. Breakfast was an excellent feast.

We loved the exceptionally warm welcome, being able to leave our luggage at the property, the fabulous garden, Delicious breakfast and the spacious bathroom.
Minor point - unfortunately we couldn't close the Roman blinds in the room.

My parents had a great time, the owners made them feel like friends rather than customers. They were very accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, couldn’t fault any of it. Also do a great breakfast selection. They will definitely be visiting again!

Hosts very friendly and helpful. Garden very nice.
The room was very dark being below road level. The view from the room was of a stone wall only a couple of feet away and not of the garden and terrace as was intimated in the description. The private bathroom: This is a wet room not an en-suite and is accessed by exiting the room and crossing a corridor which not only has the passage to the front door but also has doors leading to an office, lounge and kitchen. The word private only relates to the fact that we had sole use of the bathroom, not that private at all in our opinion. The property is accessed by very steep uneven stairs which would cause an issue for anyone with mobility issues. My advice to everyone is to read ALL the reviews. Had we done this we would NOT HAVE BOOKED. All in all a disaster and couldn't wait to get home, in fact it has put us off from visiting the IOW altogether.

A fabulous breakfast and a beautiful house and garden. The hosts were very hospitable and are gardening enthusiasts.
We needed a car to get to the town centre.

Our hosts, Pam & Jules, could not have done anymore to make our stay at Osborne Lodge a fabulous one. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As a base to explore the Isle of Wight, we could not have chosen a better venue. Pam & Jules are FIVE STAR, professional, warm, friendly. The bees knees. The breakfast was superb - delicious and there was plenty of it!! The bonus was breakfasting in their beautiful garden - something we won't forget for a long time! The bedroom was cosy and the bed was superbly comfy and we slept really well every night.
Nothing we didn't like - we loved everything. The bedroom is cosy, but we were able to use the garden to 'chill out' in the evenings - perfect.

Very friendly, quality B&B. Jules & Pam really made us feel welcome. Comfy bed and excellent breakfast. The room has no view but this is more than made up for by a delightful shady garden. About 3 minutes walk to the beach and esplanade.
Nothing.

Lovely welcoming hosts, couldn't do enough for you. Really comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast in the garden (the weather was beautiful). Great pressure in the shower.
I've tried hard to think of something to put here, but it was all great.

The accommodation is located within the ground floor part of Osborne Lodge, which is down steep steps from the street. We stayed as part of a cycling break on the island. The owners, Pam and Jules were very welcoming and friendly, and provided us with assistance in getting our bikes down the steps and into secure overnight storage. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Pam and Jules, and the cup of tea provided shortly after arrival was very much appreciated. The accommodation is well located for the eateries in Ryde. After a comfortable night's sleep, Jules provided a fantastic cooked breakfast which set us up well for the next leg of our cycle trip. Thank you for a great stay.
Not a criticism, but potential guests should be aware that the room is not en-suite. Guests have sole use of a good private shower room across the hallway, and towelling bathrobes are supplied.

The location was perfect for me. The breakfasts were exceptional.
Hard to pick something but the only thing that I would have preferred would have been for the room to be en-suite although I was still happy with the arrangement.

Large choice of cooked or continental breakfast served in a pleasant room facing the garden
I found everything ideal for my needs with the central location and very amenable hosts

The property was a real surprise. The owners had made it very special but were keen to share it with us. It was an oasis that was hidden from the road. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing- we enjoyed continental whilst having cooked breakfast prepared according to our wishes.
Everything had been thoughtfully provided.

I was not just staying in a bed and breakfast, I was sharing the hosts home. There was nothing else they could have done for me that would have made me feel any more welcome than I did throughout my stay. I was provided with a great breakfast, a chat over morning coffee and a catch up at the end of each day. I won't go back to stay and that is only because I stayed whilst waiting to complete on a property purchase locally. If you want to stay somewhere that provides an onsite restaurant and a bar than this is not the place for you. However, I have no hesitation in recommending Osbourne Lounge and its marvellous hosts to others. A great find, I only wish I had found it earlier when I needed somewhere to stay in Ryde.
Nothing to dislike from my experience.

Pam & Jules could not have made us more welcome from the time we arrived until departure, nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfasts were much nicer & certainly more than you often get when staying away.
They were very helpful & offered us use of their nice garden whenever we wanted, which was a bonus we did not expect.
They pointed out a couple of nice locations to eat in the evenings which were spot on.
Overall a great stay in a nice handy location for the town, hovercraft terminal & bus depot.
Not something we did not like, but for others going there make sure you go to the correct address (number 16) & not 16A like us! I’m sure the owner of 16A must have this problem often. :)
