I did not like the place, I do not recommend it to people

I didn't like the place, he gave me a room without closing it, I can't close it, she sleeps and the room is open, because the lock is not working.

The toilet is dirty there is no cleanliness but the kitchen is clean and there is a lot of noise from the sounds of the washing machine

Horrorosa

A minha experiência foi tenebrosa , não tive eletricidade. Imagine- se o que é passar a noite num lugar desconhecido e completamente às escuras . Quando abri o incidente com o Booking , não se mostraram responsivos ou sequer cooperantes para encontrar uma solução . Um serviço muito muito mau , acidentes acontecem , mas a atitude que se tem depois define a gerência. Acrescento, ainda , que quando fiz check in os lençóis estavam com uma mancha enorme e horrorosa que pedi imediatamente para retirarem .

Ótima localização, lugar limpo e confortável.

A localização é ótima e o Frank é muito atencioso. Não escutei a primeira e segunda vez que me ligou, tentou novamente e ainda esperou eu chegar pra dar orientações. Só tenho a agradecer.

Very good

We utilised the shared fridge and nothing was taken. The location was within walking distance from NOS alive festival. The host was lovely.

The shared bathrooms were really smelly. Needed intense, air fresheners or more regular cleaning

Friendly,clean, economic acommodation in the nice suuroundings

Very friendly personel. Room and the whole apartment cosy and clean. Good utilities in the kitchen. Close to the tram. Close to the recreational areas. Supermarket nearby. Some afordable little restaurnats nearby. Belem is a vey nice district, hreen with fresh air.

Thin walls - a bit noisy. Some more shelves, a chair and a little lamp would provide more comfort...

Very good

Location was good. There were 2 bathrooms available and well equiped kitchen.

Check-in only in exact time, but staff waited for us and showed everything. Although room was clean,we saw a cockroach.

AMAZING ! Best place in Lisbon !

Everything overall was amazing ! The facilities were clean, the staff were lovely, check in was easy and location was perfect ! Perfect for couples or even solo travelers.House was perfect size and lovely to come to after a long day sightseeing.I can't recommend this enough and I will be back :)

the toilet was so dirty full of hair and the shower doesn't work properly you can listen every in the room next to you the room I chosed wasn't the same that i got

Worst experience ever

My experience was terrible, unfortunately.

Unfortunately I booked this property and when I arrived the bed sheets were full of hair and clearly used by someone, the room and toilet were dirty. I contacted the owner of the property that told me to change the bed sheets by myself. The flush toilet was also not working properly. I could not spend my night there due to the lack of minimal higiene conditions. I had to find a solution somewhere else. According to the most recent reviews in booking, it looks that the property is not being cleaned sometimes. The owner refused to refund me which is very sad.

Good location, poor amenities

The location is next to one of Lisbon's main touristic attractions, the Tower of Belem. From that point, you can walk on a seaside promenade until the Vasco da Gama bridge. The neighborhood of the guest house is generally a quiet one, with the exception of a train that passes from 5am to 11pm every half an hour or so.

The house is an old Portuguese house that was turned into a guest house. So it's not soundproofed at all. For example, if somebody was passing on the hall to go to the bathroom during the night, we could hear them. The shutters of the room were not closing properly. There was no AC. Because we traveled in November, when the temperature was bearable, we didn't miss having one, but I don't want to imagine how it would be to sleep in a room without AC in the summertime. The mattress of the bed was very lumpy, and so quite uncomfortable. The owners seemed to not pay attention to minor but important aspects, such as: - stocking the bathrooms with enough toilet paper - changing the guest's towels if needed or giving the guests more than 1 towel per person - stocking the bathrooms with enough liquid soap - having enough power sockets and wall hooks in the rooms

Can be a bit better but was good :)

The sanitory facilities could have been cleaner and more fulfilling ;)

Lack of essentials in the bathroom, lack of proper ventilation in the room. Felt a bit stuffy in the night and could not open the window by the virtue of presence of flies.

Great quiet room, location and welcoming owners.

Very friendly, supportive and welcoming owners. Nice, quiet and clean room and bathrooms. Great location with lovely restaurants around the corner.
