You could not pay me to stay here again. Rude and unprofessional.

The location is ok. Kitchen is very basic but has everything you need for a short stay.

Besides the place being damp and moldy the biggest issue was the owner who also lives in the house. During our stay she was arguing and fighting with her son in the middle of the night. It nearly ruined our vacations.

Clean and solidly furnished one-room basement apartment with shared kitchen (we didn't have roommates at the time). The owner gave proper instructions for moving in and using everything. Suitable for a short stay.

An unbearable smell of damp spreads in the well-furnished apartment. Ventilation does not help. It is very annoying that there are sheets and other linen hanging from the upper floor covering the only window, which also causes additional humidity. The outdoor area with two deckchairs and the mini garden are not arranged and suitable for sitting in company with hanging rags.

Definition of Suite: A living room connected to one or more bedrooms. (A room with one or more bedrooms and a separate living space). The area of the Suite rooms is usually between 70 m² and 100 m². For Mini Suite or Junior Suite: Single room with bed and relaxation area. Sometimes the sleeping area is in a bedroom, separated from the living room or living room. Junior Junior rooms are usually between 60 m² and 80 m² in size. Guests of Sonia's Houses must know English or Portuguese and must have WhatsApp to receive directions on how to enter the "suite". Guests should not expect someone to say "Welcome!" because the hostess will not appear. Instead, they will receive a dubious link via WhatsApp, through which they must pay the city fee online. The so-called "suite" is a 12 sq.m. room with a private bathroom. All this is 1 meter underground like a cellar. Together with another such "suite" a vestibule with kitchen equipment is shared.

Well-equipped room in an accessible suburb.

I liked that this place ended up just basically being an apartment for me and my boyfriend since the other room wasn’t booked at all during our stay. And it’s out of the city so it’s not very hectic. The neighborhood it’s in feels safe once you actually go out and explore. But it’s definitely a suburb. Laundry services are super close, easy to use, and not very expensive. The bathroom is super awesome and that shower is made of my dreams!!! ALSO… BIG PLUS… the A/C is flipping awesome and it can get that place almost too cold if you let it.

The smell when you walk in is pretty overwhelming. I got used to it so I didn’t even notice it by the end of our stay. It’s also pretty noisy around the place until midnight. There’s a dog next door (that I really loved honestly) but they would bark off and on and were let out in the backyard until midnight the nights we stayed. If you are out late though it’s not a big deal. The last thing that was not very great is the location is pretty far out of the city. We had the opportunity to go nap in the middle of the day if it was too hot or we were doing too much, but we didn’t feel we really could here because it takes about 40 min to get anywhere good in the city.

our room was in a renovated garage and smelled a bit moist, but the owners are aware of this and try their best to deal with it. It's not bothering if you keep the window open. The location is close to the train station which is good, but the train is not included in the cheap city ticket (only bus and metro) and it doesn't come very often (every 30 min at night).

Perfect place just few minutes from crowdy centre of Lisbon

Awesome location, just 300 meters from train and bus stations allows to reach centre of Lisbon (Rossio), Belém, or Sintra in a very short time. If you wish to take a short trip farther from Lisbon (ie to Fátima) train to Oriente takes about 10 minutes where you can find all busses. The place is very clean and comfortable, kitchen is also clean and have all necessary appliances.

Lovely stay in a very comfortable space with a super helpful host!

The room was spacious and had a private bathroom which was great! Sónia was very accommodating and let us store our bags before and after our check-in time. The location was right by several bus stops and the train station.

The wifi was a little weak in the bedroom.

Very close to Benfica station, so super convenient. Friendly and knowledgeable host, informed us of local events in the local neighbourhood. The room was spotless. Lovely shower with good water pressure. The little kitchen and fridge is super helpful. There is a spacious wardrobe to store your belongings

Nice and safe stay well connected to the rest of Lisboa

Close to Benfica train station (30 mins to Airport if you change for metro at Oriente and less than 15 mins to city centre). Room was cozy and we had lots of towels.

It was bellow ground level and moist and humid, with a pregnant earth smell in the room. Owner mentioned we had an dehumidifier that only partly solved the issue. Everything else was great!

Very helpful and informative hostess. Quick and easy access into central Lisbon. Great kitchen facilities, but there were excellent (and not expensive) restaurants nearby so we ate out!! Quiet neighbourhood, easy parking.

Bathroom was a little stuffy, not a major issue. 'Washing machine' is a hostess laundry service.

Lovely room, great value.

Nicely equipped kitchen, with complimentary Nespresso coffee and tea. The whole space was clean and comfortable. Well-located close to transit, with restaurants near by. It was less than 10 minutes from Sete Rios in an Uber. Sónia was very responsive and pleasant. I would stay here again. :)

The linens seemed to be washed with heavily perfumed detergents.

Exceptional

The apartment is really clean, you have everything you need there. Sónia is really nice, she informed us about places we need to visit and was always available for whatever we needed troughout our stay. The entrance system is quite safe and so is the whole area where the apartment is located in. It is also really close to the metro station and a lot of bus stations so it's quite easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Lisbon. :)

Fine but I would have preferred to stay elsewhere

The apartment was decorated very nicely and the kitchen was well equipped. There was also complimentary coffee and tea available.

The walls were very thin and I couldn’t get much sleep when we had a noisy neighbor. Also the host was very weird when I asked for clean sheets on day 4 of staying there. It made the rest of the stay very uncomfortable.

Could have been more enjoyable if it wasn’t for the room we were given.

Very nice hostess who was very helpful. She gave us a lot of information and places we could visit in our short time there.

The room was not to my standard. I was disappointed that the room didn’t seem as fresh, bright and clean as it did in the photos. There was no window in the room and an overwhelming smell of humidity and stale air while we slept. Impossible to get rid of as there was no ventilation. I didn’t ask to change rooms as we were only there for 2 nights and out most of the day. Also my allergies began to play up which only ever happens when bedding, or materials around are not as clean as they could be. It was a shame as we enjoyed our time in Lisbon and again the hostess seemed lovely.
