Good location, easy to get to different tourist spots. Family Mart downstairs, next to gas station, supermarket nearby.

The staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The pillows are too soft.

A value for money choice.

A New, cozy and clean boutique hotel. The balcony is good. There’s a Family Mart next to it. Free parking is a bonus.

Not much food choices nearby. The bathroom is small but very clean. The pillows are too small and too soft.

Small boutique hotel, very clean, convenience store located in same parking lot, lots of parking space, 24 hours staff.

I liked the 7th floor better with view of ocean where I stayed in Dec 2024, but there were no rooms on 7th floor without snacks/drinks. I stayed in a lower floor room with city view which was a bit noisy with the traffic. The rooms were similar. When I changed my reservation to add one more day, the price jumped significantly. I checked in a bit after midnight due to my flight and the front door was locked. I rang the bell and staff opened the door. For safety, it’s good thing but after stepping out of elevator, the hall lights were off so it was difficult to find my room. For safety reasons, I think the lights should be on. The staff did turn it on temporarily while I went to convenience store and back to my room. Also, somehow the towels did not smell good. I feel I would utilize the cafe if there were food and not only drinks.

翌日におきなわマラソンが開催されることをフロントの方が丁寧に教えてくれ、翌日の予定の参考になり助かりました。

幹線道路沿いに立地しているので、反対車線からホテルに入れなかったのが、少し残念でした。

The staff were very friendly, especially the female staff.

The sell point is that the property was clean, as well as the room. I like having a convenience store close by and rental car available up front, even though I didn’t use the services. I like the smaller boutique type of hotel. I like the ocean view and separate toilet from the bathroom. The balcony was nice with chairs.

The pillow was too soft. I used 2 pillows. I wish there were ocean view rooms with separate toilet other than the deluxe room that came with drinks and snacks. I wish the cafe had more options.

物美價廉有機會會在入住的

樓下就有超商位置不算偏遠車位多停車方便但戶外較多房間乾淨有空氣清淨機空間不大但兩大行李箱沒問題床位兩人合適不會太小盥洗用具不錯有浴缸提供冰水機

조식 정말 돈낭비 + 빈대 혹은 벌레물림

1. 조식 정말 돈 낭비!!! 절대 비추입니다. - 규모있는 호텔이라 1인 2만원정도 내고 조식을 먹었는데 다른 호텔에서 무료로 제공되는 간단한 조식보다 치킨정도 더 있는 수준이었어요. 밥, 반찬1-2개, 된장국, 빵, 소세지, 스크램블, 치킨, 음료수, 샐러드 정도였습니다. 어쩐지 넓은 식당에 조식먹는 사람 1-2팀이 다였어요. 조식을 2만원씩 받으면서 이렇게 제공하는 호텔은 처음봅니다. 2. 숙박중 빈대/벌레 물림 이것때문에 후기쓰기로 결심했는데 11/27-29까지 숙박했는데 28일 저녁에 다리에 빨간 벌레물린 자국이 연달아 있어 설마 빈대인가? 걱정했지만 색이 옅어서 아니라고 생각했습니다. 그런데 오늘(11/30) 보니 저렇게 빨갛게 부어있네요. 호텔숙박도중 물린거라 29일 공항에서 물린것은 아닙니다. 어제 귀국후 찝찝해서 옷을 모두 뜨거운물로 빨았는데 지금도 너무 찝찝합니다. 빈대 방역에 좀 더 신경써주세요.

pleasant and comfortable stay in Chatan

price, location, comfort, cleanliness, and great breakfast. i know this is silly but their toiletries are top notch, and theres a bathrobe and slippers you can use.

no microwave in the room. Need fluffier pillows. Beds are on the firmer side but that is expected in japan.

Newly remodeled hotel and so everything was new and clean.

Not much negative to say about the hotel itself but the breakfast place can be slightly better with more food choices or so. While staying the menu was the same.

Very new hotel, the room had a lovely balcony that we enjoyed breakfast and drinks in the evening from.

Overall it was pretty great! The water in the water machine tasted off though but that's the worst I can say.
