I loved how close to State St. the apartment was, it made it really easy for us to wander down there for dinner. I really appreciated that I didn't have to pay for parking either since it was a residential area.
I think the neighbors were a bit loud but that is to be expected and there isn't much the property can do about that. As far as the amenities, I thought the apartment had everything I needed. The only thing I might suggest is getting a full sized ironing board. The one in the room kept collapsing and it wasn't large enough to iron a suit or dress comfortably. Other than that I would definitely say it met my expectations.

Clean close to State Street
Parking

Super aesthetic, convenient and organized
The only downside is that the window faces the street and there is only a blackout curtain so if you want privacy you have to deprive yourself from natural light :/

Stylish, grosses Bad, bequemes Kingsizebed. Gepflegte Anlage.
Keine Aussicht.

It was very cozy and conveniently located to many local restaurants and other points of interest.
I can honestly say there wasn’t anything I would’ve changed.

Location was perfect. Central but quiet without the hustle and bustle of downtown. Very walkable to downtown. Perfect for walking my pet around town. Decor was nice and minimalist, but still warm and cozy. Love the little kitchenette, had everything I needed. Bathroom was nice and spacious.
The room was a little on the small side. The inside door trim was coming off the wall from catching on the door lock mechanism. The fridge is a bit loud at times.

The unit upstairs (3 bedroom/2 bath) is clean and bright. The living and dining areas have the open concept, so it is a good space to hang out.
The unit has a pottery Barn feel-like interior and vibe, very nice cool relaxing color scheme.
Location is about a 9 minute walk to Arlington plaza on the other end of State St.
Easy to get hold of the property manager by text or phone call.
Street Parking is a hit or miss. Some days you might get lucky to park in the street close to the unit building.
Some floorings are not of same level.
Have to be extra careful not to miss a step in the kitchen and in the main bedroom.

Very nice accommodation. Very clean, very quiet

Nice place, with everything you need inside. The location is also great, just an 5 minute walk to the State St. shops. There is also a good selection out f restaurants. The place was very cozy and was great for my short stay in Santa Barbara.

The staff was stellar!
4.5
Lovely finish, well decorated and beautiful room
Very small for the price you pay, so if travelling with a lot of luggage space may be tight
4.5
Location was excellent for walking to State Street and Santa Barbara Yoga Studio. NO trouble with parking, there was always street parking available. The place was clean on arrival and check in was easy. Will book again!
4.5
Nice location, clean private. Street parking was not a problem at all.
All was great.
4.5
Location, generous space and large window.
The fireplace helped a great deal to aid in drying out our soaked clothes and suitcases…as we arrived during a severe rain storm on February 4, 2024
The Hospitality service was exceptional as they responded to problems immediately. Thank you to Misty, Dee, Arielle and the entire team for their help.
We were generously compensated with a US VISA gift card…which unfortunately we will find difficult to use as we’re in Canada. Possibly a credit to our US VISA card would have been easier for us. Not to worry we’ll figure out something.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable…too soft
Kitchenette needs an upgrade…better planning…possibly a toaster
Tile floor was cold…possibly consider an alternative floor like wood look vinyl…..that can accommodate a wheel chair
It took forever for the hot water to start…almost 10 minutes…..everyday
The fireplace had problems…but was quickly fixed. The maintenance person was also exceptional
The bathroom needs an upgrade. The plaster parging on the shower walls needs replacing….with possibly a tile
The pebble flooring of the shower area was awkward to stand on.
The sliding door from bedroom into bathroom was an awkward arrangement with the opening of the clothes closet door into the sliding door.
Possibly shifting the door opening to the left slightly to accommodate the sliding door which could be opened to the right instead of left. The wall to the right would have to be increased slightly to accommodate the size of the sliding door and the top hanging rail would have to move to the right to accommodate the sliding door.
Consider replacing the shower head
It was odd not to have anyone come in over our 2 week stay to refresh towels and take out garbage….not really a problem….just unusual

Convenient location. Very simple access. Cute and cuddly.
The view from the bed to the windows. The main window by the bed is of the neighbors wall and roof. Not much for a view. However the window directly over the sink looks right into the neighbors living room. So if you’re in bed, better be dressed or covered. Better to keep the blinds closed.

Great location.
Cleaning fee is high for a single night stay.

The bed, pillows and bedding were SO exceptional comfy we didn't want to get up!
ZERO privacy in the bathroom is a real problem and a huge design flaw. If you must have a siding barn door for ADA purposes, at least make it large enough to overlap without huge gaps on the ends for more privacy. The hook lock seems very unnecessary.

location was great
method of entry and a bit noisy

Very cute little house, huge bathroom with a cool shower. The location was fantastic!
When we showered in the evening there wasn't any warm water left so we had to take a cold shower and were freezing after. There was hot water in the shower the following again tho, it just took forever to warm up.

Everything! So clean so comfy so calming!

Amazing amenities and private location!
Place was amazing. Loved it!

Clean, modern lovely property in the perfect residential area but only a block from State Street.

Location and convenience
There was a bad bathroom smell the entire time we stayed. I had to keep the bathroom door closed but it was unpleasant when using the bathroom
4.5
Overall not a very great experience. The room is small and smells really bad. Super loud at night, so much weird noises. Location is nice though.
4.5
The location was great and parking on the street was not a problem.
There were some standard amenities I had expected that were missing from my particular suite, such as a full-length mirror, better lighting in the bathroom at the mirror (quite dim, though rest of the room was very bright), and I felt a bit more on my own than expected. I did not realize it's really an Airbnb setup, no matter how long one stays. My mistake.

Location was great and the room was very clean & comfortable!
Deadbolt on door was broken off.

very close to the Main Street in Santa Barbara. I el appointed room with all the things needed to be comfortable for a short or long stay.
nothing…

Location
Bathroom door has a 1” gap on both sides making it visible and audible to anyone else in the room. Super huge fail in this one element alone.
