deceived by the international reknown name Best WESTERN we will be more careful in the future

mediocre, very full of Chinese like food, othoer foods are scarse and not substitute when they finished guests have to ask waiterx

full of unpolite Chinese families full of noisy kids The hotel presents itself as an international location, full of CHinese guests.T>he cafeteria is unable to prepare a decent coffee the position is very far from everywhere it is on sea-front but there is no beach and the sea 8is not for swimming

이정도면 만족도 높은 숙소. 재방문의사 충분히 있음.

가성비 만족합니다. 위치는 여행에따라 호불호가 갈릴수있지만, 하롱베이 선월드쪽에 밀집되어있는곳이 아니고 신시가지쪽에 위치해있어 한적하고 뷰도 좋고 주변이 깔끔합니다. 선월드쪽까지 택시비가 4~5천원 나오는거리인데 오가는길이 너무 아기자기하고하고 이쁩니다. 방 크고 쾌적하고 조식은 후불결제했는데 나올거리 딱 깔끔하게 나오고 금액대비 좋았습니다. 여기서 예약하면 45만동. 숙소에서 예약하면 25만동(프로모션) 보통 30만동인것같습니다. 어메니티중 칫솔도 보기드문 고퀄 칫솔임 ㅎㅎ

굳이 아쉬운거 하나 뽑으자면 조식이 즉석 요리 코너에있는 쌀국수가 돌아가면서 하루는 소고기 쌀국수, 하루는 닭고기 칼국수식으로 나오는점..(개인적으로 닭고기 쌀국수는 안먹어서), 그리고 일요일 아침에는 손님이 많아서인지 오믈렛 코너를 닫아놓고 계란후라이만 잔뜩해서 올려놨던데 이게 좀 아쉽.

Tổng quát thì tôi vẫn thấy hài lòng khi tới khách sạn các bạn.

Vị trí khách sạn và hầm để xe

Chỗ hầm để xe có nước chảy xuống kính xe và đóng cứng lại, phải rất khó khăn tôi mới lau sạch được. Khách sạn nên lưu ý và khắc phục. Hơn nữa có rất nhiều chỗ để xe sạch sẽ bên ngoài nhưng bảo vệ lại bắt tôi cho xe vào chỗ vừa sâu vừa tối và có nước chảy từ trần bê tông xuống.

- Nhân viên thân thiện, được đào tạo chuyên nghiệp. - Vị trí sát biển, view ra bến tầu, cửa ban công hướng tây, thuận tiện ngắm hoàng hôn. - Đồ dùng trong phòng tắm - Amenity rất sang xịn - Đồng hồ báo thức để đầu giường : có 2 cổng sạc đt - Bánh ngọt welcome khá ổn

Chỉ có vài điểm cần bổ sung & nên khắc phục sớm, để kịp đón khách dịp hè 2024 - Dép đi trong Nhà Vệ Sinh ( ks chỉ trang bị dép dùng 1 lần màu trắng, khách đi vào nhà vệ sinh, trượt ngã dập mông. Khách đi xuống bể bơi trong nhà trượt ngã bay văng cả đt ra đằng sau. - Cửa gió điều hoà âm trần kêu rất to, mặc dù để mức gió thấp nhất.

Bonito hotel, zona sin atractivo

Es un hotel nuevo, precioso y muy limpio. La habitación es grande y preciosa; la cama es extremadamente cómoda, el baño es amplio, no le falta detalle.

La opción de desayuno del hotel es bastante cara y cerca no hay demasiada opción para desayunar y comer. Tienes que caminar unos 30 minutos para encontrar la zona con restaurantes. La zona del hotel no es muy bonita, es más una zona de paso para ir a los cruceros de la Bahía de Halong ya que en la zona en sí no hay mucho por ver o hacer.

Great new rooms but facilities need monitoring

Big room and big bathroom. Good size gym (but no sweat towels or towels at all, or spray bottles and wipes to wipe down the sweat form the person who previously used the machine).

There was sweat all over the machine with nothing to wipe them down with. The air con was set at 26 degrees Celsius in the gym which was way to hot.

The hotel is noisy and is a destination as there are no shops or things to do in local area

Pool was very large and good for swimming

Children everywhere! Noisy in foyer and pool area. Children with glossies on crowded in to main pool rather than children’s pool. No relaxing area to sit and read by pool. We organised prior to arriving to have a king bed and not singles. When we got into the room it had two singles. The reception staff said that they could fix it because they were two busy. After I went to reception and showed them the email about the beds they said they would try,. Not great service.

It was nice and everything, really worth the value and quite possibly the most affordable 5-star hot

I like the structure of the room, the color of the interior. Bathroom was so nice and luxurious. The bed's comfortable level was ok. Lighting was very relaxing. The room is sufficiently spacious so sometimes I just want to stay in and not go out visiting places. The personal care products (shampoo, body wash...) they provide also feels luxurious and smell good. Also, the kid space on the lobby floor is excellent! My little brother enjoy bonding with other kids there! Tv's internet is stable! I watched movies all the time I was there.

The air conditioner has a mechanism to run for a while and then turn off for a while. It's not a matter for me because I had a low blood pressure and can't stand AC for too long, but my brothers in the other room complain about it.

Exceptional

Apartment was excellent and view was spectacular. My son was very found of swimming pools. Staff is helpful, friendly and polite. Beds are comfortable and on breakfast tables everybody find a lot to eat.When ever we are at Ha Long we will use this hotel again. I recommend it sincerely.

Lock of the room door was broken and it took a day until we noticed that. No harm was done and now it is fixed.

Good stay

- comfortable clean rooms with great bathroom and good shower - balcony you can sit on with table and chairs with beautiful view of the bay - friendly staff at hotel - great gym really clean and good equipment - 3 big bottles of water refilled each day in room

- extremely noisy building works beside the pool outside so it meant we had to leave after 10 minutes we couldn't relax. Also a staff member comes and sits directly opposite you to watch you at the pool which seems a bit strange as we are two adults and capable of being at the pool alone. We went to indoor pool but no comfortable lounges to relax on to read and the staff member followed us there too. - no menu in room to indicate there was room service for food and drinks - only one towel provided in room, one coffee and one of every item in mini bar which seemed odd and had to keep calling to ask for one extra which was frustrating.
