No volvería a ese hotel.

El desayuno, el restaurante.

Habitación vieja paredes y azulejo sucios. Cucaracha muerta. Muchos moscos en la habitación. En el baño del lobby al bajarle al agua de la taza, se desbordó agua y materia fecal por la coladera.

nivel location, friendly staff. way simple perception of hotel

very simply equipped. parking lot is too small. could lower tv volume. sheets of bed could be better fitted

A European feel, very nice city.

The size of our room was good. There was hot water. The WiFi was good. We got fresh towels every day. It was a short walk to the main Avenida and there were many choices for dining, and also nice outdoor cafes and parks.The neighborhood was quiet. There were plenty of blankets to keep warm at night.

We were at first directed to an interior room which was not what we had booked. After some time we were moved into a balcony room. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The room did not have furniture or hangers designed for taking your clothing out of the suitcase. (No drawers) My husband did not care for the breakfasts. I thought they were ok. The orange juice was fresh and the coffee was very good. You also got fruit and a Mexican style entre. We had expected heat in the room but the entire hotel was unheated. It is standard throughout the city.

pool was under maintenance, would of stayed somewhere else if i knew it was out of service.

My stay at Qualitel was very comfortable and it is within walking distance of the centro.

The breakfast was delicious and each day the menu was different.

The wifi was not very reliable and made it difficult to stay connected with family.

Staff was great but the internet and breakfast was a disaster. Needs some changes.

Staff were friendly and really helpful. It was clean and a short walk to the center of the city. I felt a family atmospher and indeed it did cater to mostly that when I was there. I like that and enjoyed seeing it although sometimes the children and even the parents were a little loud it was still great to see.

Definitly the wifi was intermittent. When the hotel was full the internet was very poor. Really should have a bigger dinning area. Maybe even two areas for breakfast if the place is full. Should have option for breakfast, or even buffet where a second cup of coffee or a bowl of cereal.is possible. But queuing for a table is wrong.

Great staf . Great customer service . I like that you can also reserve tours with them to local turíst Cities

The room I had was was a single bed . I dislike that the headboard was in the way of the Wall charger in this room . So I could not use my Phone and charger at the same time I had to leave my Phone chargin in the bathroom

Very relaxing and friendly people.

Everything was excellent, especially breakfast and also in the downtown area.

NO parking lot.
