Great historical building. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, almost too much, but so many newer places have poor water pressure.
The rooms are very small, the TV is the size of a computer monitor or smaller, there is no mini fridge in the room to keep cold drinks or snacks. They should upgrade TV’s and add a mini fridge to make the rooms much better!

Great location in the very center of town along with convenient free parking. Although an historic building and decor, the amenities were very modern; i.e., the shower/bathroom; etc. The bed and linens were VERY comfortable--right up there with five-star hotels that offer their bedding for purchase!
Early May is the offseason, so the hotel restaurant was not open nor were there many options in the historic downtown area of Jackson. I would suggest the continental breakfast offer a few more choices such as toast and toppings other than just plain cream cheese for the bagels--there are individual packets of peanut butter and jams available that would be nice.

Limpio, bien ubicado y personal simpático y atento.
Relación calidad-precio caro.

The hotel is a historical building but renovated... Great price! The staff - Holy in the next morning is super nice and helpful!
When checking in, the staff was not so welcomed and friendly...

Lovely Outstanding Historical Hotel in Jackson’s historical area. The hotel is a charmer. The elevator makes access to the rooms most convenient. The staff is friendly and most helpful to make sure your stay is most enjoyable,
Nothing!

It was minimal. Just enough to start my morning.
I prefer not to use a microwave to heat up my food.

Das Hotel aus dem Jahr 1858 war sehr schön renoviert.
Zum Continental breakfast waren viele verschiedene Zutaten vorhanden, aber keine Marmelade/Konfitüre.
Zimmergrösse war grenzwertig.

Very comfortable, bathroom floor was heated, bed was comfy, history was interesting, staff was friendly. This is a historic hotel with lots of antique furnishings. Great value on room cost and we strongly recommend

Beautiful old hotel, gorgeously renovated. Brand new elevator. Seemed very dedicated to accessibility. Friendly staff. I loved all the artwork and "ghost" ambiance. The bar downstairs had just opened, and the bartender was super lovely to us. Room had a gorgeous bathroom. View of the town was cool. The breakfast in the morning had a good amount of options and went until 10am on the weekend, which I thought was nice.
It was over 100 degrees, so the AC was our main priority. Once we got it working right and got the auto-shut-off turned off, it worked well, but it was super complicated to program the AC. Bed was not particularly comfortable.

The staff was friendly and welcoming.
We booked a return visit.

Overall, we had a good stay there. We didn't get to walk around Jackson very much. However, it would be a great place to stay if we had a few hours to visit some of the downtown area stores. Easy parking in the parking lot behind the hotel.

Jackson area is beautiful and fun.
Request was for a Queen bed, what they gave was a full size, the Hotel says it was Queen. Not

Breakfast was quite minimal even for a continental breakfast.
Maybe more fresh items. Virtually everything was prepackaged

Beautiful old hotel ,very clean with lots of antiques. The rooms are small but comfortable and lovely decor. Staff was friendly. Nice area downtown with a lovely creek behind the hotel. Parking was free.
Most stores downtown are closed on Sunday. Next time I would like to visit on a Friday or Saturday to see the shops. The restaurant at the hotel was also closed. Would be a good idea to post it as closed when you book the room.

Very clean, nice location, good parking very good and varied breakfast options. You are right in the downtown area with several restaurants and bars close. I myself did not use them, I was with other friends in town.
I had problems with the TV working, I had to use two remotes to make it work and was having problems with it, despite telling the staff we never got it to work dependably. I just used my tablet and watched u-tube, the internet worked great. I was not there to watch TV anyway. Some of the furniture was poor for using daily. Looks pretty and period but did not work for me. I like a chair that is comfortable, not at straight back wood chair that is 19th century. Parking is out the elevator door and a short walk across the bridge over the creek to the garage (at the police station). There was a restaurant in the basement that was not open , I am assuming it is seasonal, many shops down town were also closed. I was there in early April 2023 and the was still quite cool in the mornings and evening.

Charming, extremely modernized inside for such a historic building. also, a surprisingly good value.
The hotel restaurant has been closed since the pandemic.

Quaint place, I love old history in western towns. I was happy with my stay except 2 things. One the shower didn’t stay warm more than 34 min and the sink wouldn’t drain very well. Other than that very lovely place updated to todays standards and large rooms. Bed a bit to firm for me but comfortable. I didn’t take advantage of continental free daily breakfast since I’m not a morning person and don’t need coffee in the morning.
Had a nice view of downtown Jackson. Hotel was quiet since I stayed on a Sun and Mon and not many people were there and the ones who were, were quiet. Front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating.
If it were a pet friendly hotel I would visit again. Parking not close so prepare to walk and carry your luggage upstairs.
Cool showers and slow draining sink. You can hear everything outside, cars and people talking loudly.
4.5
Friendly staff, comfortable space. Great breakfast and beautiful building.
Only minor hiccup was figuring out where to park (parking structure under the police building behind the hotel.) It's not far away, and once we figured it out our stay was great.
4.5
Towels in room for one person
Room small & cramped
One desk chair & tv so high couldn't use chair
Lousy breakfast
Was nothing we liked
