Chybí skříň nebo háčky na oblečení, ostatní je super.

Location in the middle of the golden circle was very convenient. The cabin was well set up and very serene.
It would have been nice if the hot tub worked, though it wasn't advertised as having one.

The house is a good size and close to some beautiful places (by car).
The house is situated at a very dangerous spot. This says it has parking but due to snow conditions we had to park far away. Moving inside and outside of the house was hard and dangerous. We almost fall 5 times. There was snow and ice everywhere and the pavment was full of holes, we had snow up to our knees. Despite talking to the owner and asking to shorten our stay or just clean the front of the house he decided to ignore our request. Honestly i wouldnt recommend no one to stay here and i will not be coming back.
Also if you intend to book this for the hot tube, don't do it, the water is dirty it looks like it hasn't been clean in a while.
Overall it seemed promising but it was more of a nightmare then anything else and don't expect the owner to help you or facilitate your stay, your comfort and safety isn't his priority.

Good location on the golden circle, good chance to see the northern lights. Warm and comfy bed
I can’t recommend this property for a few reasons. There were two dead mice inside when we arrived and another live one in there. There were mouse droppings everywhere including the cupboards, we had to clean everywhere before we felt comfortable. The cabin is not easily accessible in winter as the path is not cleared. You have to park next to the road and carry everything through sometimes knee deep snow, not easy if you arrive in a storm as we did. The bathroom smelt really badly of mould and the floor had a clear hole in/moved when you walked on it. The owners don’t live nearby so just message you saying ‘you’re on your own when you’re there’, making any issues like these impossible to fix like you’re just stuck with them. The cabin we stayed in was not like the one advertised in the photos (they look much newer). Not worth the money we paid.

The location was fantastic and we were really excited to use the hot tub
The hot tub wasn't very clean and the jets weren't working in it, although still nice at around 39 degrees. The property wasn't fully clean - dining table had crumbs on and hairs all over the bathroom. No tea available or milk pods (in all other places we've stayed this week it was standard). The places needs a bit of TLC with some rotten/chewed skirting boards and one blind fully broken off in the living room.

The location, peaceful & quiet. Near to the golden circle and able to travel to Vik and back in a day. Enjoyed the hot tub. The accommodation was clean, warm and comfortable and well equipped. We had everything we needed thank you.

Dirty, no towels and linen , nobody answered us, we paid for room for 3 people but there were only 2 beds. We called again and again but no one answered.

Location was convenient and having a private hot tub was very nice.
Cabin is pretty small

The location was good for us.
It was not clean and the photos online were misleading. No one responded to my request to check in early, even when I called.

The location was good.
The pictures on this site are of the nicest cabin, which does look nice, from the outside anyway--we drove past it several times. The cabin we got was nothing like the pics. It was outdated and dingy. There were no extra linens, things were broken. There was no grill or outside seating. There were two windows with no shades, which is ridiculous in the land of midnight sun! We had to drape our jackets and precious towels (no extras) on the windows to darken the space for sleep. Beware if you book because chances are you won't get what's in the picture. Also, when we got our instructions for checking in a few days prior to our arrival it says that in winter you have to park out by the highway if snow is expected because they don't plow. Out by the highway is a loooong way away with luggage, groceries, etc. Definitely don't book here for a winter stay! The wind blew in through our closed door--we welcomed this because it's summer and quite warm outside, but in winter I don't see how the place could stay warm. Also, the instructions said that the hot tub (which we didn't use) only works 50% of the time. We are now in an equally small but well appointed, clean place in Vik that is even better than the pics. We're glad to be out of Sula Guesthouse.

it’s in a great location for the Golden circle tourist spots.
The accommodation wasn’t very clean when we arrived. we spent the first hour of our trip cleaning the dust from services. The hot tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned for some time the filter light was on and the water was full of various debris. it’s ok for a night but not for a prolonged stay.

Location is great to visit all the Golden Circle attractions. Easy to reach, clear and easy to follow directions provided upfront, self-check-in gives a lot of flexibility regarding the arrival time. Nice view (sunset) and hot tub.
For a family of four with teenagers, the cabin is quite small. Cooking equipment very basic.

The room was a very modern room and with hot tub and nice view. Hot Tubs are on 24/7 which is great as you don't have to wait for it to become hot. This room gives easy access to golden circle and the other spots nearby.

Great host, easy to find, beautiful scenery and excellent hot tub! Even in extreme weather it was incredibly warm and cosy. Will definitely come back

it was in a good location for sightseeing and seeing the Northern Lights, and the hot tub was really nice. It also had good Wi-Fi.
the kitchen area in Cabin 20A was poor, the kettle was broken to begin with and we only had a two stove hob which had aged badly so it burnt when used, the images displayed showed an oven and microwave but they were not present in the cabin and therefore the food we bought prior based on the images meant we couldn’t cook it and had to be thrown away. Some of the pots and plates were dirty on arrival and there was rubbish left outside from previous guests.

A lovely little cabin suitable for a couple, I dont think it’s quite large enough for 4 even if there is 4 sleeping areas
sofa bed was comfortable and radiator very powerful and kept us warm throughout our stay
Hot tub was great, 39 degrees during our stay
Beautiful views surrounding the area
Very close to Geysir, Kerid Crater and Thingvellir National park
I wish I would have known when booking that in the winter months you have to park away from the cabin on the main road due the event of being snowed in (I completely understand the principle of it) there’s 3/4 spaces there and most of the time they were all full and we had to park in a ditch on the side, not enough spaces for all guests.
In normal weather conditions this walk to the back cabin where ours was would take you 2/3 mins to walk no problem but in the deep deep snow that we had it was a dangerous walk and took us over 10 minutes not to mention in the pitch black darkness as there was no lighting, it would have been nice if there was someone that could come out and clear a path as it really isn’t safe
Our cabin was covered in snow on the decking and again really quite dangerous, we spent a good 30 minutes removing the snow from the top of the hot tub just to use it.
I am completely aware the weather is ever changing in Iceland but I think things should be made ready for us and then during our stay maintained by ourselves.

The cabin was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub was nice, the cabin was very warm and tight. The bed linens were nice. The location and view were fantastic.
It was extremely unwelcoming. We arrived in the dark, the road was not plowed, the sign for our cabin was not visible so we had a hard time knowing which cabin was ours. We found many other numbers on other cabins but not ours. We were only sure we had the right one when the key code worked and we got in. Nothing was shoveled or plowed and we had to wade through very deep snow from the car all the way to the door. We had to shovel out the doorway before we could even get it open. There was almost 2 feet of drifted snow ontop of the hot tub. The door mat was tiny for three snow covered adults to go in and stand so the floor was soaked even when we wer very careful. It was not clear where the linens were for the third person and it wasn't until after searching around that we found them before we got a reply email about where they were. The towels were small and one had a big bleach burn hole in it. A cabin with a hot tub should have extra towels so you can use the hot tub and shower. There were no face cloths. We don't use apple tv so we didn't have an apple log in so we couldn't use the tv. There were no instructions for it either. We normally wouldn't have need for a tv but we were totally snowed in on Christmas day and would have loved to watch a movie. As for being snowed in, we live in a very snowy, cold place in northern Vermont, US. We are hearty and strong and very used to snow. We were on vacation in Iceland and expected winter conditions, waht was not acceptable was how ill prepared Sula was for the conditions. On Christmas morning we had a reservation to go to a hot springs. We couldn't do that. We sat in the cabin watching a man from another cabin shovel for hours to get to his car that was stuck halfway to his cabin from arriving the night before. He was joined by two other guest as they shoveled the entire driveway out to the road.

PRICE AND NORTHERN LIGHTS.
Other guests already in our cabin, so we had to change the cabin. Sheets only for 2 persons and we were 4.

Location
One bed instead of two (what was ordered and paid)
Poor absolutely unresponsible service (shower gel was added after 3 messages and calls).
Forced to clean the shower drain myself.

Everything you need. Very clean. Well cared for and loved.
A bit older facilities. Probably time for new towels and a bathroom exhaust fan to negate moisture.
8.0 / 10.0
Enjoyed the separate spaces (bedroom, bathroom, living room, deck and hot tub). Felt very spacious for two people. Liked the large couch and dining table. Enjoyed being able to watch tv during dinner then move to face the couch. Parking was right in front of the house. Hot tub was warm and ready for when we checked in!
Wish there was a vent in the bathroom as bugs got in since there are no screens. The shower does not have any shelving so you have to leave toiletries on the floor or host on the shower head. Also the bedroom has a heater so it can get very hot and dry in there, Again, biting bugs get in when the window is open. Storage is an issue if you have lots of baggage or are staying for more than a night or two.

Nice location, wonderfull, abadonded place.
3.0 / 10.0
It wasn’t clean, especially considering you are paying for cleaning service. There was no construction about the hot tub and how to change water, so if you wanted to take a dip you would have to go to the old water that others have used. The dishes weren’t clean, the essentials in the drawers were also not clean.
Also the furniture could be a lot more convenient, since it’s such a little cabin, the coffee table and the two chairs were way to big.

Great location to visit the Golden Circle. Close to Selfoss and Laugarvatn. We enjoyed the individual guesthouses as we were traveling with another couple.
The bed is located up a step set of stairs and was a little tricky to navigate in the night.
