Recomand cu incredere

Hotelul are o poziție excelentă pentru a vizita orașul. Recepționerul extrem de amabil, ne-a furnizat toate informațiile solicitate. Camera era dotată cu un mini frigider și un ventilator, iar patul a fost confortabil, per total un foarte bun raport calitate/preț.

Cabina de dus foarte înghesuită și zgomotul stazii până seara, târziu.

Como dije en su otro alojamiento , que no pueda saber si puede alargar la estancia hasta el mismo momento . De resto todo genial y de hecho repetiré seguro .

bañera con manchas de oxido. ruido tremendo en la calle (transporte a y de hotel con carros sobre ruedas de hierro) Toldos rotos en todas ventanas.

DESASTRE DE HOTEL

Su ubicación es muy buena, en Calle Castillo, centro de la ciudad, calle peatonal muy comercial y de bastante tránsito de personas

Instalaciones muy antiguas, todo bastante obsoleto, sin mantenimiento, sin aire acondicionado, sin limpieza, todo bastante sucio, sin iluminación suficiente, recepción sin personal la mayor parte del día, no limpiaron ni viernes, ni sábado ni domingo, tampoco pasaron por las habitaciones para hacer la cama, ni limpieza de baños, ni pasillos ni zonas comunes. Seguramente, el peor hotel de toda la isla, con diferencia.

Céntrico y amable pero necesita poner aire acondicionado

Lo céntrico que era, la amabilidad del personal y que sea petfriendly

Necesita adaptarse al cambio climático. Hay un ventilador en el techo pero necesitan poner aire acondicionado urgentemente. Era diciembre y hacia mucho calor en la habitación, no quiero imaginarme si hubiera sido julio o agosto con el calor que ha hecho en Tenerife en los últimos veranos.

Hotel de 2 estrella con buena ubicación

La ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad.

Al ser un hotel 2 estrellas no te puedes esperar mucho, la habiatación se ve antigua, no tiene A/A, la cama era muy incomoda, el agua caliente es por termo eléctrico, así que te puedes quedar sin agua a mitad de la ducha, la habitación daba al exterior y se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle.

Our purpose survived as transit. However u can’t have a pleasant n relaxing stay if you want.

It is located in the heart of city. Very happening and lovely location. For us itz transit and hence it worked

Das Hotel ist für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen gut, für länger nehme ich zukünftig ein anderes Hotel.

Die zentrale Lage.

Der Duschkopf konnte nicht aufgehängt werden. Ein Minikühlschrank war so laut, dass er Nachts ausgeschaltet werden musste. Mein Zimmer lag an einem ca 5 x 5 Meter großen Innenhof, da bekommt man alles von jedem mit.

FATAL, MUCHO CALOR Y SIN AIRE

El personal, majo

Ruido, habitaciones interiores, un calor horrible dentro, si aire acondicionado solo un ventilador que tendría unos 20 años ya que literalmente funcionaba fatal, en fin, un desastre. Solo con el calor que hacía ya la estancia no vale la pena para nada. Paguen 10€ más y se van a otro hotel decente porque este es un desastre

Buena ubicación y buen servicio.

La ubicación se encuentra en todo el centro y que había un ventilador portátil. El chico de recepción nos atendió estupendamente, y nos contó algunas curiosidades.

Que también había un ventilador de techo pero no funcionaba muy bien porque no daba aire. He estado en cuatro hoteles diferentes y en ninguno ha habido aire acondicionado sólo ventiladores así que supongo que será algo normal en la isla pero con la calor que hace no estaría de más que hubiera aire acondicionado. También me faltó que hubiera más enchufes. La ventana no tenía persiana así que podía verse todo de las otras habitaciones porq las cortinas eran un pocotransparentes

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located literally in the touristic heart of Santa Cruz. There are numeros restaurants around for any taste and vallet

The rooms in the hotel do not have Air Conditioning and this is a big issue in summer time. You will try to keep your window open, but it can be way too noisy outside. So in my case I had a few really frustruating nights(

Definitely good for the price

I had to do a booking for that same night, including a late check-in. Everything was very nice, specially the staff. I went there as a solo traveller for one night and they made me feel comfortable.

Situation is ideal if you want to be in Santa Cruz centre.

The location was great if you wanted to be in the centre of Santa Cruz

It was very hot in the room and because of the noise of neighbouring rooms/properties it wasn’t really possible to keep the window open. Even very late at night, radios, tvs and voices made it difficult to sleep. The wifi was intermittent too during busy periods. The staff were lovely though.

Nightmare few days

Only localization . In the center where everything is close

Room was small and no sun light. Feel like in a basement No cups to make a coffee/tea, no spoons . We had to buy ourselves No contacts next to beds. Contact charging ONLY with turned on light Bathroom has door with glass so person who still sleeps will wake up when somebody goes to the bathroom. Beds uncomfortable. No wind and feeling air in the room. During stay we coudnt sleep as some person ( we thought animal) was making all the time noices of apparently sickness . Every 5 min- very loud- all the time- during night as well. Hotel seems checked in sick people who might transmit something to others!!! While telling this on the reception we heard only lies that this person is leaving soon(?) But in the same time women didnt know who is this person. And if I know (??) Who is he/she.This is absurd. The sounds were discousting and disturbing our staying and mainly night. For sure rest of the people had the same feelings but 3 night for sure Hotel didnt do anything to identifing this I dont recommend totally

Ideal central location

Traditional accomodation with ideal central location. Despite being so central there was no noise disturbance during the night. Appreciated the table and chairs and the fridge was a bonus.

The two steps into the building would be a problem for wheelchair users.
