Good room with conditioner, comfortable bed, very nice location near straight line of the bus to Venice. Friendly and polite staff, good breakfast like for Italian people. Also they offers tickets for the bus the same price like outdoor. Room is not far from the market of Mestre, so you can go for the dinner there.

Perfetto equilibrio tra location, rapporto qualità/prezzo,pulizia e accoglienza

Tutto perfetto: la location con la fermata di tram e autobus per raggiungere Venezia in 20 minuti praticamente di fronte, la pulizia, la ricca colazione che generalmente non si trova nei b&b, la pulizia, la frutta e le bottigliette d'acqua gratuite in stanza, l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ma soprattutto l'estrema disponibilità, generosità e il forte spirito di accoglienza del responsabile, Saad. In tanti anni di viaggi, non ci è mai capitato di essere trattati con un tale livello di autentica generosità in una struttura ricettiva. Da quando siamo arrivati, Saad si è premurato di farci sentire al massimo della comodità, donandoci indicazioni dettagliate e oneste sui sistemi più convenienti per spostarci, risolvendo per noi piccole incombenze, come il procurarci i biglietti degli autobus, gli orari per il trasferimento in aeroporto, l'invito a prepararci nella sala breakfast dei toast da portarci dietro gentilmente offerti da lui, i numerosi caffè offertici e gustati in compagnia, ecc. La nostra vacanza, anche grazie a lui, è stata priva di sforzi e molto, molto confortevole! Inoltre è stato molto bello sentirci accolti come degli amici e il clima familiare che si è creato. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui e faccio i miei migliori auguri a Saad per la sua avventura professionale! Continua così!

Perfect bed and breakfast in Mestre

Our stay was perfect. The choices at breakfast were very good, lovely pastries, meat, cheeses etc more than enough choice. The cappuccino was wonderful. The apartment and the room we stayed in was large, spotlessly clean with lovely personal touches, stem roses on the tables and by the bed, with complimentary fruit and water. The owner was very helpful, he recommended a restaurant where you got a discount which served lovely food; and sorted out travel passes for us which was very much appreciated. The location is perfect with tram and bus stops across the road, taking only 15 minutes to get into Venice. Mestre is a nice place with plenty of bars and restaurants. I would recommend this Bed and breakfast and would stay here again. We had a wonderful visit to Venice.

El lugar se encuentra muy bien comunicado para ir a Venecia, el anfitrión Saad es muy atento y dispuesto siempre a ayudarte, el desayuno suculento y la habitación muy cómoda. Repetimos seguro.

Proprietar/ manager serviabil , disponibil si atent la nevoile clientilor , curatenie in toata locatia,pozitia imobilului ( 20 m de statia Mestre Centro ) vizavi de transportul in comun spre Venetia sau gara ptr.cei care vor sa mearga si in Verona ... si 3-5 min.la pas pana la terase ,magazine,cafenele si un Centru Comercial COIN !

Nu neaparat il consider ca un " minus " dar as sugera ptr. micul dejun si oul ca aliment de baza !( fiert,ochi,omleta nu conteaza felul in care este pregatit )

The perfect week

Saad and his family were the perfect hosts for our 7 night stay, made it home from home, and couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect, breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal for popping over to Venice as tram and bus just across the road. Mestre itself is a lovely town and worth exploring in its own right if you want a bit of time away from the crowds in Venice. Would stay there again and highly recommend this B & B. All recommendations for the apartment. The apartment is comfortable, very clean and has an excellent tram connection to Venice (15 minutes drive). Parking is provided and is located right across the street from the apartment. Sabi is a very helpful and kind host who is there for any help and suggestion.

Everything was perfect, especially the host who explained everything to us and took us to buy the tourist tickets we needed and went with us to the bus that goes to Venice. Bus station is few meters from the apartment. Breakfast was great. We will be back for sure.

Superb

We spent 4 nights at this place , Saad the host was very helpful and dedicated to his work. He offered help a lot . The location is great as it is only 2 minutes far from bus /tram station where you can be in Venice in 20 min., The surrounding neighbourhood is well- serviced. I enjoyed my stay in Mestre this time . The room was clean and big . One thing to RECOMMEND : If you are two travellers or more , contact Mr.Saad to arrange a car to pick you up from the airport ,as it will almost cost the same bus fee. (20 euros one way , bus charged 16 euros for two adults )

The bed was a bit squeaky .

I highly recommend this property. The room was spacious and neat. Its location is very accessible if you take public transport. Bus and Tram stations are just across the road. Saad is a very pleasant and friendly host. He Explained us everything we need to know for venice and mestre. He is so helpful. He got us The tickets for buses and boats. We had very tasty breakfast and recommendations where to eat with discount. Room clean and tidy. You feel that is your home. Dont miss the opportunity to stay here if you are visiting venice. 10000% worth it to stay in B&B venice friends.

The manager knows how to work: polite, satisfying any of our needs, excellent level of cleanliness.

The attitude, the cleaning level, the fresh roses in the vases, the breakfast, the parking free by the manager opposite the room, the tram and bus station across the street, everything! This room was one of the biggest surprises !

Super comfortable stay. Saad, a manager of the hotel, is careful and helpful. We were given a room before check in time which was highly appreciated after sleepless night in a bus. Breakfasts were delicious, especially pistachio croissants and cappuccino. Mr Saad gave us many tips which helped to plan our stay in the best possible way. The room was clean and cozy. Bus stop to Venice is in 2' walk. It took around 15' to get to Venice. We had a great time in Venice. Many thanks to the hotel staff and to Mr Saad for his hospitality!

Excellent value in the center of Mestre

Clean and comfortable, a perfect budget choice (for Venice standards) with excellent hospitality, right in front of both bus and tram stations and with plenty of dining options nearby. Breakfast and a parking spot are included, which was an important addition for us.

Breakfast could have had more variety, but if you are staying for a day or two it won't matter at all.

Perfect location and great hosts! The apartment was very comfortable with 1-2 minor exceptions. Transportation to Venice is right in front, breakfast is good.

The washing machine had not been cleaned for a long time and we needed to spend a good half an hour on cleaning it although its usage is paid separately

Nice apartment with super easy access to Venice

Very central location, easy access to Venice. Owner is friendly and super helpful. Breakfast is good. Apartment spacious and comfortable. Nice welcome package, including fresh fruits and flowers. I felt safe in the neighbourhood, also when coming back late evening from Venice. In front of the building there is bus and tram stop which generates some noise but it is not particularly disturbing.

Very clean. Very modern, the painting, the neutral color of painting, the furniture, the facility. The safe place. Close to buses and trams going to Venice. The breakfast with a lot of choices. Coffee, cappuccino, americano, tea,water. Very pleasant place.
