It was cheap and had 24 hour reception. It was nicely decorated and the use of the gym and bouldering wall was appreciated by our son. We had a room with balcony and enjoyed having our coffee there in the early morning. The parking option that was offered was free street parking close to the hotel. Despite our concerns due to the neighborhood feel, nothing bad happened.
The area around the hotel was a bit spooky especially if you wanted to walk in the evening. There were really no late dinning options around. Close to the hotel there was a nightclub with loud music well into late hours of the night. (We stayed there Saturday night). Our room right next to the hotel bar and we could hear the refrigerator fans all the time.

Cool place with climbing gym, skate park and outdoors stores attached. Friendly staff nice chill atmosphere
Room was a bit tight and had no windows
Roads we cut up outside and there was no obvious sign so finding it was a little tricky first time

Awesome vibe and very friendly. Amazing sunrise views of the mountains.
Nothing didn’t like. Only thing was it’s located in a new, up and coming area which at first felt a little strange but was actually fine!

Immediately I was greeted by the very kind front desk staff. I've never been to Salt Lake before and she gave me her personal opinion on where to eat for dinner. And also provided me with a sheet of places to eat any meals and where to grab drinks. Dinner recommendation was a pizza joint around the corner, which was wonderful, and a walking distance.
The hotel itself is super well kept and very fun to explore and look at. The staff in the rock climbing room was also incredibly nice. I unfortunately didn't have the time to participate in any of those activities, but if I ever come back, I'll make sure to make my trip longer so that I can.
The walk to the room was enjoyable, there was corn hole in the hallway and fun things to look at. And each room down the hall has its own private little staircase that was super cute.
The room was like a cozy little cabin. The bathroom is very modern and the shampoo/conditioner and soaps smell absolutely delightful. I typically bring and use my own, but I gave theirs a try because of how wonderful they smelt. Didn't dry out my skin or hair at all. The bed and pillows are single handedly the most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I've ever had the pleasure to rest on. There was no TV, but the cabin vibe made me want to unplug from the world anyway, so I appreciated it. The only thing I didn't love about the room, was the slant in the roof because I am tall and almost kept hitting my head. And a window to outside would have been cool as well. They provided war plugs and a few options of books to read which I thought was awesome. Overall a 10/10 stay, I have told everyone I know about this hotel.
The location appeared to be a little bit "sketchy", which concerned me at first. But the front desk staff assured me that it was a safe place.

Excellent location. Tons of space to relax/chill. Room is smaller than I expected for the price but overall a good place.
Size of the room.

It had a Rooftop bar with a nice view.
The window was sealed closed, so we couldn't ventilate the room. The floor was dirty. The deposit was precharged on our debit card by their mistake instead of the credit card, meaning the amount will be held back for two weeks or so. The gym's odour can be smellt in the entire hotel. There was no storage space whatsoever in the bathroom. There was no sound-proofing at all, mix that with a busy parking lot (especielly a bus with running engine in the middle of night), and try to sleep well.

I love that it had enough space for our teens and my husband and myself
The drinks at the bar could have been a little better

Very modern and dog friendly location. Staff was excellent. Room was good enough for 1 night

It is a great place inside of a boulder gym and a skate park – plus maybe other things that I didn't explore. I loved that two day passes to the boulder gym were included. The staff was very young and extraordinarily friendly and attentive.
My room didn't have a window.

it’s a very modern hotel!! lots of activities within.
that the rooms don’t have windows.

The "Wasatch Mountain View" room didn't actually have a view of the mountains because of a big metal divider blocking the view on the patio.
4.3
Nice overall space, with stylish rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were lovely and it would have been a nice place to just hang out and have a coffee or partake in some of the on-site activities.
The room was hot, stuffy, loud, bright, and so far away from the entrance (not to mention where we parked the car) that taking the dog out in the middle of the night was a whole undertaking, complete with walking through several blindly bright sitting areas and very loud Rihanna music playing at 5 am. It's not great for dogs, and because of the extremely loud thrumming from the industrial air vent from the gym directly outside out room it really wasn't great for us either.

very interesting hotel- it had on-site ski store/rentals, climbing gym, yoga studio, coffee shop, bar, skate park (!!). very cool high-ceiling rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, great location. definitely would stay again!!

Love this hotel. It's kind of pricey for the smaller room, but we still enjoy staying there.

Staff are all amazing people, bouldering room is huge and A+, $10 Uber to town, awesome free coffee at the cafe every morning, this place is awesome.
Wouldn’t been helpful to have a mini fridge in the rooms.

super fun unique friendly environment. walls are kind of thin on the smaller rooms. but it’s fun to wake up and hear Wutang. their bar is open. a food court called Woodbine is open across the street. it would be rad if they provided napkins 😂
walls kind of thin

It looks really cute and housed in a converted granary with industrial flair. It is a “boutique hotel” and has some nice touches in the lobby areas. The King bed I slept in was comfy. I liked the essential oil bath toiletries and the shower and bathroom were beautiful and aesthetic with new subway tiles.
I would have had a better experience in a Motel 6. I know this is a new hotel, and all the rave reviews on Booking had me believing it was worth the price for a night’s stay. Boy was I wrong.
The pictures led me to believe that it would be an average hotel room with a window and working facilities. When I entered the room my heart sank. No windows at all. My King room was like a jail cell with zero access to outside light. When lights were off it was like a tomb. Skylights could have rectified this issue (they were in the lobby areas). it was like sleeping in a large closet.
The decor also left a lot to be desired…like it was halfway done and jerry rigged. I think they were going for climbing gym aesthetic but it looked harsh and slap dash. The TV was not the best. No steaming services (Xfinity). No coffee, no coffee maker, no complimentary water (I’m pretty sure they will over charge me for the two Liquid Death cans that were left in the room).
The water in the shower and water pressure was weak and I couldn’t get the water steam hotter than tepid. Not a great feeling on a cold December morning.
They are also partnering with retail spaces selling climbing and sportswear. You get to have a pass for a discount in items and buying. This seems rather pathetic and an obvious cash grab. The free Wi-Fi doesn’t have basic protections and the hotel website is a page selling outdoor items.
I guess if you like decor and feel of a place reminiscent of the old USSR or youth hostel this could be a good option. Franky, I can’t see how anyone would enjoy staying here longer than a night. Luxury price for an ugly room.

The rustic industrial interesting decor and background music. If you are active outdoorsy person, the rock climbing walls, weight room and neighboring skate park is nice. Nooks with couches and chairs to read were a nice touch.
Two double beds instead of one queen so we had to sleep separately. No fridge or coffee pot. Geared towards sporty active 20-30 somethings. A little too rustic for comfort.
4.3
It is in the same building as a boulder hall. The vibe is young and active.
The room did not have windows eventhough advertised that way. The staff was extremely rude.
