unprofessional staff and condescending managers if you aren't fluent in Spanish.

El personal muy amable, el cuarto cómodo y muy limpio, y el desayuno fue muy sabroso y abundante. La ubicación para le peregrinación a la Basílica de Guadalupe es ideal.

Some staff were nice

Messed up booking and wouldn't let my partner in room for 12hrs. Half plug sockets didn't work. Had coffee machine in room, but only 1 mug. When we asked for 1 more mug and a spoon, we were told we would have to buy a plastic set from them

Lo unico es la ubicación hacia las zonas turisticas, es de contemplar aprox 20-30 mins para los principales lugares turisiticos

The location of the hotel was away from the busiest part of the city!

I was on the first floor and my family and I could hear the traffic very early in the morning! Not too bad in the evening time!

Very comfortable, perfectly clean room, great place to stay.

The staff is simply great. Kind, knowledgable, and very attentive. I had made a mistake with my booking and they helped me right away, no fuss, just quick, kind, problem-solving action and within minutes I had a new reservation and new room. Taxi, everything arranged. Some even went out of their way to help me with a gift I needed to bring back home. Amazing.

The location, I was told, is a bit difficult, but I am not sure about it. The internet could be faster, but it's OK.

Nice place. Modern. Clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Huge room and extra-large bed. Breakfast is simple but delicious. I had asked for a quiet room and got what I had asked for, but ...

... despite a big window, there was hardly any daylight because the window looks onto a dark and tiny inner court, and as if this weren't bad enough, there is a plastic film all over the window which makes the room even darker. I wouldn't stay in one of these inner rooms again. The outside rooms get too much noise from a very busy street so for me those are unfortunately not an option either.
