They falsely advertised a roof top area however, once there, we were told this is not available to guests and only for private events. The rooms also didn’t not have a fridge or iron.

good location near Roma Norte
The internet was terrible and I had to postpone work calls because it was so bad. Considering they are in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world you would think they could invest in an internet connection that worked.

Very central location
The room is small and dark but clean
The hotel is very old fashion and would need to be redecorated.
The bathroom is really old and the services (restaurant) aren’t great

Modern, clean, friendly staff
Very loud street facing room. Next tome I would request an inside room. They did provide earplugs and sleep masks.
2.0 / 5.0
Property is central located and accessible to many amenities.
Beds are really uncomfortable in comparison to the location and how the property looks nice from outside.

I’ve now stayed at this hotel multiple times during my trips to CDMX. It’s great value for money and in a wonderful location.
Nothing.

The rooms are clean and get serviced by the cleaners everyday, free bottles of water which is a plus. Location is excellent and quite safe for a female traveler.
They don’t have any refrigerator or kettle in the room that makes it hard to store anything or make a morning coffee. They only have blue/white lights in the bathroom so if you’re used to warm/yellow lighting, you may note this.

central location, clean, very friendly and helpful staff
WiFi was not consistent and varied by floor and time of day. would be nice to have an option for coffee in room or lobby (and not just at breakfast)
3.5 / 5.0
Nice lobby, friendly staff, nice room with large bed.
For the price I think they could offer a bit more, for example Netflix on the TV which wasn’t available. Also the rooms are pretty standard.

everything ok

Location. The hotel is located in a great place, closed to restaurants and good coffee places. It is a walking distance to various landmarks.
NOISY. The area is very noisy. Close to the hotel there are several hospital or health care centers. At night you can hear ambulance and cars constantly.
BREAKFAST. We book our room with breakfast included. However, we only had breakfast the first day. There were not that many options and the quality of the food was not great.
ROOM. In our room, the shower was kind of small, and the water runs out the shower to the toilet space.

The location is perfect - safe and close to everything: Historic Centre, nice restaurants closeby, Reforma district, Polanco...everything on foot. The beds are confortable. Taxi to the airport cost 220 pes.
The reception doesn't offer any tours but it was not problem for us.

Location was excellent, the hotel itself was clean, rooms spacious, the staff always eager to help.
The housekeeping had to be reminded on some days to clean the rooms, but otherwise it was great...

Good location, easily accessible from the airport and close to many good restaurants.
Staff
if I was really picky, I’d say the water pressure could be better but this is something you can find all across Mexico so wouldn’t fault the hotel too much for it.

The hotel bartender made both amazing drinks and gave us so many great tips for Mexico City - Daniel. Thanks so much!!

Good location and check in and out. Good service
The brekfast was very bad in my opinion non people from Europe will like it. When you choose your room try not to be with view to street . It is very , very noisy.

I love this hotel. It's my favourite to stay in when in Mexico City and is great for the price.
No complaints here.

Good location, near many great restaurants, a 7/11 and the metro.
Bed was very comfortable and the shower was large with good water pressure.
Sadly there was no kettle in the room.
Also they were cleaning the carpet on our floor loudly when we first checked in at 16:00 for a while and then for the rest of our stay the carpets on our floor were convered with white dust sheets. Not a huge issue, but a slight negative.

good location. room was nice
terrible shower. all the rooms have windows into a central atrium where staff talking and doing things on computer in the night echos and is disruptive
