This was our first time in the Bahamas. This was a great location away from the business of downtown yet just a 15 minute drive from downtown. The on property restaurant was very good and the property amenities are excellent.

Condo has an amazing amount of space, very clean, off the beaten path from the major hustle of the two giant resorts. Nice beach, plenty of pools for relaxing, close to grocery store for supplies. Has everything you’d need for a family or friends getaway. Kitchen pots/pans and pillows could use some upgrading is only even slight negative. Definitely would come back with the rest of the family or friends!

This is a VERY clean, large condo with 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Layout is open and bright. Nice balcony is large and has outdoor furniture on it and 2 ceiling fans. Each bedroom has large TV's and the main room has a huge TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. New appliances, including washer and dryer. New toaster, blender, and enough dishes/glasses/silverware. The only thing I would suggest is having some large plastic bowls and larger fry pans or pots in case you want to cook something. The amenities of Palm Cay are wonderful! Beautiful pool, private beach access, tennis courts, a really nice playground for kids, a putting green and a full service restaurant and bar and a cafe for breakfast/lunch that serves Starbucks. Beautiful marina with charters you can hire. VERY safe -- gated community with a security person, security patrols and either fences or walls around the property. This location is about 20 minutes from the downtown Nassau/Paradise Island area. Several nice restaurants about 10 to 15 minutes away on the way to Nassau. Grocery store (Solomons) with pretty much everything you would need to stock the condo with food is minutes away by car. I will mention as in other reviews, that if you want to use the amenities you have to pay $10 per day per person and you can buy a week pass so you don't have to go back each day. It was worth it for us because we used it every day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

This was our first time visiting the Bahamas so when we booked we really did not know much about the island, hotspots, nightlife, etc. Although the condo is absolutely beautiful and has all of the amenities we were looking for it was quite a distance away from any entertainment or restaurants. There is a cafe for breakfast and the Pink Octopus for lunch/dinner. The menus never change so to give for multiple meals is not ideal. We would have liked to know the walk was a good 15 minutes and that the unit was on the 2nd floor. We traveled with my children and MIL so all of the walking to access anything was difficult. One big item for us that would have been so helpful is for management to have the Wi-Fi information at the property. We were in a panic as our phones did not work at all unless we were connected to Wi-Fi. We had to walk back and forth to the restaurants to try and reach management which was stressful. Also, having some games, pool toys, beach chairs, a wagon, anything to provide some entertainment that we cannot pack in our suitcases would have made the stay a lot more fun. We definitely plan on returning ti the Bahamas but would not stay here again. Great for people who like to be Off the beaten path or have no children. Management did help us out as our flight was earlier than check-in so they let us put our suitcases in the unit while it was being cleaned. Would highly recommend visiting Atlantis and a catamaran to Rose Island Beach. Thank you for our stay!!

Great property, however access to Gym was expensive $50.00 per person. Beach access was $10.00 per person per day. It was assumed that access would be a part of the rental of the unit. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Unit manager was accomodating and polite ,response to questions could be bit more timely. Overall it is a great property and the unit and host were great. I would definintely recommend this property. Thank you to the host for allowing us to use your property.
