About this house rental

Beaches, amusement parks, zoos, dining, shopping, whale watching, sailing, and more can fill your time in San Clemente, the beach town with a small-town feel.
San Clemente is home to the world’s greatest climate, some of the most famous surf breaks, and is ideally located halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego (about 60 miles to each). It is 30 miles from John Wayne International Airport and a short drive to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm.
All rentals are 30-day minimum stay.
The home is located so conveniently that once you arrive, you do not even need a car to enjoy the city. In summer months there is a free trolley that runs to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. Amtrak and the local commuter train, Metrolink, stop less than a mile from the house.
Casa de Marquita is an eight-minute walk to the beach, a park, and the 2.3-mile coastal trail for walkers, runners, and bikers. The coastal trail runs the length of the city and is a quick walk to the pier and its many nearby restaurants. The house is just a few blocks from Avenida Del Mar’s numerous restaurants and shops.
The completely remodeled, 2300-square-foot home, features on-site parking, four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, laundry, a large backyard facing a tree-lined ravine, a large balcony, two living rooms, and more.
Traveling with multiple families and worried about who gets the king-sized bed? Worry no more. Everyone gets the big bed. The three-story home has three bedrooms on the top floor, all with king beds. The lower level has the fourth bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed, its own living room, and full bathroom.
We provide all you will need for a day at the beach: towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, ice chest, boogie boards, and a surfboard. A street-legal golf cart with parking permit for free metered parking within the city is also available.
High-speed internet (AT&T’s 1GB fiber), three smart TVs, a Trager grill, linens, and a kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, and cooking equipment is also provided.
There is no better place than San Clemente to spend a month exploring and enjoying all that Southern California has to offer. Case de Marquita is ideally located to get the most out of your stay in this small town by the sea.
