***Reviews*** Here is what our guests are saying about this home:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amanda, May 2023
Anthony was a very responsive and great host. The house was in a great location and it was easy to walk to various restaurants, shops and parks. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms (toilet did not work properly) and Anthony was quick to respond and ensured it was fixed that day. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our stay.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rick, April 2023
We loved Anthony’s home. Me and three of my buddies came to Louisville for golf, bourbon tasting and the great restaurants. The location was perfect, walking distance to several greet restaurants and bars. We especially liked Jack Fry’s restaurant and Epiphany for craft cocktails.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rich, April 2023
This was the perfect place for a few of us to fit very comfortably while traveling for work. Central to Louisville in general and very walkable in a cool area, we especially loved The Eagle for eats and the Outlook Inn was our nightly dive to hang with all the friendly locals. Anthony was super friendly and communicative. Awesome stay overall!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jaron, April 2023
This place was great. Most notable elements are the comfort of the beds, and the peacefulness and the proximity to cool shops, most notably Wiltshire Pantry Bakery. Seriously, go there every day. Anthony was super communicative and made me feel confident that I had all the information that I needed. The battery went out on the entry pad and he had it fixed in no time! Would 100% stay there again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amanda, March 2023
We stayed here (there adults, three teenagers) for a track meet the kids were competing in. It was the perfect location, quiet and a pretty street of blossoming trees. We were hoping to have a blender to make smoothies for the kids and Anthony had one delivered straight to the house! He was always super responsive and super helpful! When we ran out of garbage bags and dish detergent, he had some delivered within 30 minutes. We loved that there were four bedrooms, so everyone also had their own private space to get away and rest. The place was very clean and terrific for gathering each evening for a dinner. Highly recommended!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pam, Dec 2022
Anthony is probably one of the best Airbnb host that we’ve stayed with. We had an urgent need for a place to stay at the last minute and he communicated with me immediately. He stayed in contact to make sure we did not have any problems upon arrival. He even sent the maid service to make sure things were neat and tidy when we arrived. This home was absolutely great. It is within a block of many pubs and restaurants and shops. We walked to dinner every night. I recommend jack fry’s as a great place to eat and Flanagan pub had great corned beef and cabbage and Molly Maloney as well. It was far enough away from the hustle of city life yet very convenient when we wanted to dine. We took several walks around the neighborhood just to look at the interesting architecture. This place is nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The home was very clean and well stocked for all your cooking needs. We will definitely be back.

This is a great cottage in the highland. The walk for coffee in the morning was short, great restaurants in walking distance. Great response from owners. Would love to stay in the future.

This house was perfect for my family. We needed a house for four close to a facility to make traveling easy for mom and comfortable for my 95 years young grandma. It was awesome and the host was super friendly, and responded to my every email in a more than timely manner. We were so impressed that we are going back for another two weeks.
Thank you Tony & Christine for making our stay feel like home!

The property was lovely - exactly as pictured, very clean and in a great location. The little yard was so nice for our pup! The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating - even on Thanksgiving. Tony was by far the best host I've ever had. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great time staying here. Tony answered all my questions promptly. There are great restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance but just far enough away that you don’t hear the night-life from the house. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family of six. My little boy enjoyed taking a bath in the outside tub and being able to see the birds and an airplane while in the tub. Would certainly book here again!!

Despite being a little uneasy when pulling up to the house, we were immediately pleased walking through the front door. Everything was very well laid out, clean and in very good condition. Amenities were all there, there was plenty of room including two island seating areas and a decent family room. The unit was close to many cool restaurants, bars and a great bakery...all within walking distance, and just about an 8 minute drive to the Galt House and Yum Center where all our activities were scheduled. Tony was super kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay close to downtown.

Great spot for a long weekend! Tony was very responsive and easy to work with.

We are a 3-generation family group. The home was clean and adequately stocked. The nice Great Room allowed all of us (7) to be involved in the conversations. The side patio provided a quiet place if you needed a get-a-way. The home is close to Baxter Street and its' shops, bars, and restaurants. We walked to Baxter for a few stops.
One advisory. The home is up 5 steps from street level. Once to the porch, there are 2 more steps without a handrailing. Once inside it is 2 steps down to the bathroom and lower-level bedrooms. There is no handrailing there. The stairs to the upper level is not completely railed. As we are senior citizens, we had to take things slow.

This house had pretty much everything we needed and it’s in a neighborhood that has bars & restaurants that are close enough to walk to (we enjoyed Dittos, Taco Luchador, Holy Grale and Quills coffee shop)
There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers.
added bonus: it’s a very dog-friendly area. There’s a dog park about a block away. The house even has a dog crate.
Host was helpful and gracious. The house had some nice cooking supplies like oil, etc. Very comfortable!

The house was really nice inside, had some amenities. We had a couple very minor issues and the host was quick and immediate with responding and fixing the issues. The house could use some minor TLC, i.e. the bathroom towel rack fell off with someone grabbing the towel off of it and the TV/Roku kept saying it was overheating, but no major problems there.
Access to lots of wonderful places was very helpful and you could walk to a lot of them too. There was plenty of room for our crew to play games and gather in the common areas. We had a great stay!

Me and my family greatly enjoyed our trip to Louisville. This property is very close to a plethora of restaurants and activities. We went to the Speed Art Museum, the Big 4 Pedestrain Bridge, and the waterfront botanical gardens. All were within 2 miles. The house itself is updated and very modern. We all loved how comfy the beds were. We did have some cleanliness issues. For example, there were dirty towels left behind and there was hair left in the showers. The owner, Tony, did address these problems and apologized. You also have to park on the street and that can be a bit of a pain. The app to get into the house was a little complicated for me. I had my daughter take care of that. Overall, we encountered some issues but we loved the house and the location of it. We would still recommend this property.

Everyone in the family enjoyed their stay at this home in the Louisville Highlands. The children had access to playgrounds, parks, a butterfly museum; the adults enjoyed restaurants with lovely outdoor seating. We would definitely return for future family visits.

Lovely House in a Great Location
A perfect place to stay while visiting Louisville. We were there with our daughter and her friend looking at UL. The spacious, updated house is on a quiet street just a few blocks from all the restaurants and bars in the Highlands. It's really a wonderful neighborhood and easy to get to everything in Louisville. We would stay here again!

Location Location Location!!
Literally in the middle of everything! Less than 20 minute drive to anywhere you want to go in Louisville. House was exactly as depicted. Had a small maintenance issue and Tony had someone there in less than 20 minutes. Great communication, super easy check in process. Tons of dining and food options within blocks. Definitely a great spot for our family. We will 100% stay here again when we return to Louisville.
