This cozy cottage in historic Levy Park is close to downtown, midtown, and both universities! With a fenced in backyard for your pets and a patio for relaxing, this home is perfect for small families, football weekends, or if you are in town for a wedding.

It’s an older home that we have strived to maintain so it has some of the original charm.

Less than 2 miles with easy traffic to events being hosted at the Civic Center and many youth sports complexes. Bonus: Walking distance to midtown restaurants/bars/shops and with a quiet neighborhood that is safe and walkable for your and your pets!

Sincerely appreciate the property upgrade when our original property had a repair issue. Jamie relocated us to another property which was in a great location and had a large back yard for our furry friend. The home was inviting and decorated in a great retro midcentury tone. I wish I was a kid and I would have slept in the upstairs attic room with the most adorable sleigh beds and fairy lights. Thank you for a great stay and accomodation.

Not at all what we expected! Neighborhood is seriously sketchy to start with. Key pad entrance through the covered parking area. Opening the door you are greeted with a super dingy, moldy smell - like a house that has been left stale for about 50 years. Air fresheners trying to mask the odor. Looks like anything from a second hand store has loaded the space and never been cleaned. Pillows are dingy and stained. Couch cushions/pillows and beds look like you will no doubt leave with bed bugs. Windows and doors are super old and rickety. Chipped and missed tiles in bathroom, cracks in the ceilings, Broken panes in the windows toward the back yard. Back yard has a few chairs but looks like a frat house hang out. No way on planet earth could we sleep in this place. Straight up creepy and gross! Walked in and literally walked right back out…. Had to make alternate arrangements for the evening. Called VRBO to rectify and get reimbursed. No go, since I “did not take pictures and owner feels like this space has no issues”. I have used VRBO for years and have never had an issue nor left a terrible review. This is my first. And, apparently I am out all associated fees for a stay that never took place. Shame on VRBO! No idea how anyone gave this place 5 stars. 1 star is actually too many. STAY AWAY!

Charming house near Mid Town with fenced in yard

We were so lucky to find this pretty gem of a house with everything we needed plus close to mid-town. The garden was fenced and had plenty of room for our dogs to run around and play. House was very clean, pretty and not far from shops, restaurants and great parks etc. Found it very relaxing and waking up to the pretty garden with a coffee in hand was a tonic! Would definitely stay here again!

This house is located in a cute neighborhood that's close to all that midtown has to offer. The house had everything we needed for a two month stay and a great yard for our dog to run around in.

Clean, great communication, interesting old house with character. The location wasn't quite what I was expecting as the neighborhood didn't have the same charm and it was a little further to walk to grab food.

Such an incredible host and a charming house to stay for a couple of days. From accommodating several off schedule requests, to recommending great places to eat and shop, to always responding super fast to any communication we sent, we could not have been happier that we found this place to stay.
