The Space:
Walking into your beautiful, comfortable downtown retreat, the spacious open floor plan is light and airy - lots of windows. Your private cozy balcony is accessed off the living room.
Full modern kitchen with granite countertop seating. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2nd bed room has a queen bed. There is a 2nd full bathroom, and a full capacity stacked washer and dryer in a laundry room. The pullout sofa in the living room allows sleep-space for 2 more guests. All the convenience, all the style you'd hope to find for your TC stay.
Please note: The Keurig machine was removed from the condo. There is a drip coffee maker available for use.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to a residents-only vestibule with an elevator and electronic lock for extra security. Common areas CCTV-monitored for added security.

This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided.
Getting Around:
You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage.
Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES.
HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.)
OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street (between Cass and Union Streets, which is one block to the west, and 5 blocks south.)
Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.
EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.
Other Things to Note:
Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Great location- we could walk everywhere we wanted to be in Traverse City. Condo was super clean, well decorated, comfortable and more stocked with basic items than most rentals. Katy was very responsive and professional. This is an excellent property!

Great location, super convenient amenities, close to town and food, big bathrooms & bedrooms. Usually the photos are better than the VRBO, not this time!! Great kitchen!

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home while taking in the vivid colors of the Traverse City area. This location is just one block away from all of the downtown shops and many of the excellent restaurants. It was well-stocked with the basic needs for a weekend stay. We all unanimously agree, it was the perfect get-away for some family bonding and relaxation!

This property exceeded our expectation. The kitchen was full stacked. We had all the amenities we needed including washer/dryer and a parking spot. They also left us a couple of nice personal touches which we very much appreciated.
The location as well was ideal. The management company was responsive when needed at all times. I would give this stay more than 5 stars.

Great location, so many restaurants/shopping in walking distance, easy access to all the wineries, had everything we needed! Katie was very attentive in answering any questions we had. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was incredibly clean, and showed exactly as represented in the photos. Great location, just steps from the downtown businesses and Katy was was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Place was everything we needed. It was just a short stay but the condo was perfectly clean, the parking ramp is a huge plus. Can’t beat the location if you are looking to hang out in town.

Our stay in TC was great; the property was a perfect location for both bopping around the downtown area (walkable to several shops & restaurants) as well as being a great central home base for the multiple day trips we took seeing Michigan’s beautiful sites.

We were very happy with our accommodations. Our only complaint was that the thermostat kept resetting to 71 degrees while we were sleeping. It might have been us not setting it properly but besides that we were very happy and would definitely stay there again

This condo was in a perfect location for us! Right downtown Traverse City, it allowed us easy walking access to local shops and restaurants. The Condo is one of the best we have stayed in. It was exactly as represented, and so well equipped! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We will definitely rent this again - perfect for an "up north" get-away!

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend (4 people). The location was key, being able to walk to restaurants, shops and out dancing at night. Check-in/out was seamless. Very nice to have the free garage parking with the condo. Definitely will stay here again if back in the area.

BOOK THIS PLACE!
Our stay was amazing! This place is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. You can walk to everything you need. My husband slept like a baby in the master bed…he said it was so comfortable. This place was also quiet and couldn’t hear any neighbors.
Condo has well stocked VRBO kitchen for every level of cook.
Street Parking was easy and the parking garage is literally right around the corner. $24 a day
Be sure to hit the local breweries and if you’re a small group (2-3) traveling…hit up TCWinegirl to book a winery tour on either peninsula. My husband and I were picked up in a beautiful Lexus, driven to 4 wineries, educated about the different wineries in the area, and had a blast!! Be sure to ask for Kate!!

Perfect location
Loved this property - well decorated and very comfortable. Easy walk to dining and shopping. Would definitely stay again! Only downside was lack of an included parking spot, but lots of available parking garages nearby.
