Ming was super helpful and prompt with all communication. The cabin was decorated to give a homey feel with upscale items. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, small appliances, and was well arranged. The game room was decorated very nice, and we enjoyed playing the games. Board games and puzzles were also provided. We enjoyed the deck, the hot tub, and the fire pit. It was a great place for our family get together. We loved it.

Wonderful home with a lot of nice touches. The hot tub was the best I've ever been in - seat speakers, foot jets, etc. and the living room couches were super comfy. We spent an entire week there an never ran out of things to do.

Our first time visiting Hocking Hills and we choose to stay at Mings wildcat cottage! The house gorgeous, the pictures and listing truly do it no juatice. Ming has everything you cpuld possibly need already in the home for you. From walking sticks for the trails to speakers in the basement for entertainment. . The basemeent is a huge space with arcades and a pool table. The bedrooms were extremely clean as well as all 4 bathrooms and completely stocked with everything you may need. The kitchen, again was very impressive, all newer appliances with every type of cooking aid you could want. Mings communication and friendliness goes above and beyond and we are looking forward to coming back this summer.

We loved that the house is centrically located so it’s not far from any of the hiking areas. We spent the first evening exploring the area around the property and were delighted with the streams, rock walls, and waterfalls we found.
The beds and other furniture were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and stocked with anything we could have needed.
We spent three days hiking all over the Hocking Hills area, and spent our evenings enjoying the leg/foot massager and soaking in the hot tub. The pool table and arcade games in the basement were a lot of fun too.
My kids (ages 11, 9, and 6) have already requested a return trip!

Thanks for a great time Ming. We loved your home and felt it was really well stocked. Kids loved the video games, pool, hot tub and leg massager. Everything was above and beyond.

Great cabin, plenty big enough for our family of 5 yet still has a cozy feel. We enjoyed the indoor wood-burning fireplace, which is hard to find in Hocking Hills. Would definitely recommend this cabin and we would stay there again. Special thanks to Ming for finding a pair of eyeglasses that we left there and letting us know right away so we could come get them.

We go to spend the Christmas holiday at hocking hills every year. This is the first year where we stayed at a place that had more than enough amnesties and things for our visit! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the owner was extremely helpful! We never had a problem with internet, which is usually always a problem. The hot tub was amazing and the whole property was clean and quiet! Not too far of a drive away from the park or the stores. This place was awesome and we highly recommend! Thank you also for our little gift when we arrived!

Love this place! It was our second time staying there and it was just as great as the year before! The owner is super sweet and makes any communication you made need feel like you’re talking to a friend! We even had farm fresh eggs waiting for us! We didn’t need for anything!

The cabin was just what we needed for our trip to Hocking Hills. Very clean and comfortable. Close enough to the hiking trails and restaurants but still secluded and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

The house is in a really nice setting with a lot of trees. All of the seating arrangements inside and outside of the house were very comfortable. The front porch rocking chairs were so enjoyable, and the back deck furniture was also nice. We enjoyed the fire pit, it came stocked with wood and marshmallow roasting sticks.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has a lot of miscellaneous things for you to use in the pantry, spices, there was pancake mix and hot chocolate, keurug coffee, cooking implements.
We had great communication and suggestions. The Internet was spotty, we did not get Netflix up and running, but we were happy to be off of our devices for the weekend.
(The whole area as we were driving around the Internet is very poor. I recommend downloading the area maps from Google Maps so you don't get stuck somewhere without directions. )

Ming has done a wonderful job making this house everything you want for you vacation in the beautiful Hocking Hills area.
The 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is not only comfortable but nicely decorated with all the amenities you can think of. To name a few…toiletries, spices, coffees, food etc.
The beds were very comfortable with great sheets.
The hot tub on the deck is very private…actual the whole house is private so I could let my registered service dog play in the backyard after helping me all day.
Communication with Ming was not only easy but enjoyable and helpful.
Very convenient to all the major sites and we loved them all.

What a fantastic place to stay! We had a blast! This place has everything and we will definitely be back! There were six of us and it was never crowded. We grilled, ate on the deck, sat on the porch, had a fire, went for a walk and just relaxed! It was a great time!

This cabin was absolutely beautiful! Ming was so easy to work with and her communication was great. Check in and out was so smooth. The cabin has everything you would need, she even left us fresh eggs that we enjoyed for breakfast. My family and I went to Hocking Hills for a wedding, it was our first time and we definitely plan to go back to get to experience it all! Thank you for opening your home to our family :)

We stayed here to attend the Big Foot festival in Logan and hiking the Hocking Hills waterfalls. The house is roomy and comfortable. Our host had EVERYTHING we needed available (including chocolate) to make the stay easy and feel like home. Hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of a long day of hiking.
Be prepared because the house is off the beaten path, but that's what makes it super quiet and relaxing. Also, there was very scant cell service (we have 3 different t carriers and no one had reliable service)... and the WiFi was not even strong enough to play a movie. It was cloudy and it may be satellite wifi? We didn't mind! We talked and the host has lots of games for the family to play. Would definitely come back next time we head to Hocking hills. Close to Logan and attractions in the area.

This was our first trip to Hocking Hills …grandparents, parents, and kids. The house was a perfect location, secluded and beautiful setting yet within 10 to 20 minutes of most hikes and activities we wanted to do. We lovedthe back patio and cooked most of our meals on the back grill. Ming, the owner, was so lovely. Helpful, communicative, responsive. We would absolutely stay in this home again. They were big comfortable rocking chairs on the front porch, there was a fire pit for roasting s’mores. The kitchen was stocked well with necessary dishes, tools, etc, and there were spices and oils and a few other kitchen ingredients to use if needed.

So perfect
Amazing place. Super generously stocked. Open concept and clean. The Internet was a bit spotty and slow, but overall everything was perfect. Ming was incredibly responsive and helpful. The hot tub was clean and functioned well. The back deck is huge and a perfect place to hang out. Beds were comfortable and it was completely silent for sleeping. Recommend 4WD vehicle for the road in and driveway. We’ll be back for sure. Best VRBO we’ve been to. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

Gorgeous cabin in the woods
We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and had the best time. The house is clean and as described. Only 20-30 minutes from most of the hiking we wanted to do and 10 minutes from the marina where we rented a pontoon one day. Wifi is pretty spotty and none of us had service so just be prepared to “unplug”. Ming is a fabulous host and we will definitely be back again!

Just as listed
Beautiful house with everything you need. Located within minutes of Logan for restaurants and the brewery and winery. Great for after hikes with a hot tub! We enjoyed playing their board games too. Super quiet at night. Loved outdoor solar and fairy lights. And you can still see tons of stars from the huge deck. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful updated cozy woods!
We loved Ming’s place — so many lovely touches throughout — and so close to everything we wanted to do! We were 3 adults and 3 young adults and we felt we had plenty of space. Will definitely be returning!

Peace and Quiet
This property is located in a rural setting while still being very close to restaurants and businesses in Logan. Owners are super responsive and very generous with stocking coffee/hot chocolate/pancake mix. Cell Phone service is spotty at the house but overall we truly enjoyed the detox time. We would definitely stay here again.
