About this bed and breakfast
Quaint 2 BR 1 BA Guest House nestled in the trees by USNA stadium. Enjoy Annapolis historic charm in this rare 2 BR 1 BA guest house w/ second story balcony. Equipped with a fully furnished kitchen to host the perfect weekend or extended stay. Walking distance to the Naval Academy Stadium and Upper West Street. 1 mile to downtown and the Naval Academy. Plenty of outdoor space for celebrating or enjoying a getaway. 2 free off-street parking spots. Pets welcome on a case by case basis. Sleeps 7 guests comfortably.
The Space:
First Floor entry has seating and small storage for extra bags/luggage. Up the stairs to the second floor leads to the kitchen with all amenities of home, breakfast nook seating for up to 7.
Off the kitchen is a covered back porch with lounge seating and string lighting.
Living room has large sectional sofa, TV, and table seating for guests comfort and enjoyment. Rollout bed is available in back bedroom closet, and living room couch folds out into a full size bed.
Each bedroom has a king size bed and television. These bedrooms share a large oversized bathroom with double vanity. Stackable washer dryer also located in bathroom.
Outdoor includes covered second story deck with lounge seating, fans, and string lighting. Covered backyard patio area with large dining table with seating for 6 and outdoor tv for watching the game. Half charcoal, half propane grill available for guest use outside of the apartment.
Please realize that this property is a "2 on 1" - it shares the outdoor area with another unit - a single family home that is attached to this unit. While this property does have a private entrance, there is the possibility that other guests will be present on site during your stay.

Two parking spaces on site with free street parking on adjacent streets. Driveway and paths are lit. Guests will receive unique private code prior to check-in for use on their private entrance. Guests are able to access both upper and lower patio and backyard spaces.
Other Things to Note
We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front porch, back deck, or front or back yard***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) We assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

Great location, conveniently positioned between suburban conveniences (Target, McDonalds, Starbucks) and charming hubbub of "old town." The property had everything we needed (including an umbrella on an extremely wet day). Especially appreciated keyless entry (really handy when our group went in separate directions). Immaculately clean and well stocked. Big bedrooms. All good!

Our daughter is located right across West Ave on N. Homestead. It was great just walking across the street. to be with my family and only 1/2 mile to the church. I thought having 1 bathroom might be a problem but it wasn't. The host are friendly & accommodating. We would definitely book this property again.

This property was perfect for an Annapolis get away. Spotless, great location and well stocked. Nice deck and view of the yard. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to return to Annapolis.

This property was great! The owners were very friendly and communicative. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed including bathroom soaps and shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies.
The two king-sized beds were extremely comfortable. One of my kids slept on the couch, which was also comfortable with lots of extra bedding, pillows, and towels. The back deck was a lovely spot to have coffee in the morning and unwind from the day in the evening.
I would definitely recommend this property as a home base for visiting Annapolis and the D.C. area. We toured several colleges in the area and had no problems getting to the Eastern Shore, Baltimore, and D.C.
We’ll definitely be back if my kids choose a college in the area!

Excellent property.
A beautiful apartment, so nice I could live there. Approximately 7 minute Uber ride to downtown Annapolis (about 12 dollars) and a short walk from some shops and fast food outlets.
Host was excellent and communication was no issue at all.
Annapolis a lovely town with plenty shops and restaurants and it is very easy to visit Washington from here.
I only wish I stayed longer.

This property and it's owners were great! Fast communication when I had questions upon arrival - even got in a little early! Very clean!
Apartment was stocked with all the amenities! Bathroom soaps and shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, etc. Even some beer and wine in the kitchen!
2 king sized beds were plenty for us - huge closets if you need them. Lots of extra towels, too!
10/10 recommend this property. We are so happy to have stayed here!

Four of us stayed here for the weekend of New Years. The kitchen was stocked with gadgets and coffee, anything we needed to clean, anything we needed to get cozy, etc.
The apartment was adorable and the owners couldn’t have been friendlier!
