About this house rental

Locally owned and managed, our 1 story beach house is located close to the beach with the community pool right outside the back door. The community pool is open seasonally, March 1- Nov 1. There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles with the neighborhood overflow is located directly across the street. Our favorite part is the large screened patio with electric grill and door out to the community pool.

All bedrooms are on the main floor, no stairs, in this single story house! The master suite has a King bed, a private bath, and cable TV. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and a TV. The 3rd bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 twins, each with a trundle). The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa. The private garage features a ping pong table, and all of the beach gear. The Ping-pong table can be folded for storage if you are parking a motorcycle or golf cart in the garage.

We are dog friendly, up to 3 dogs, no size limits. No pet fee (our pups are like family). We ask you to crate your dogs when they are left alone in our home. There is no fenced yard so dogs must be walked on a leash. The Dog Beach at Pier Park and the Dog Park at Frank Brown are our favorite pup-friendly places.

The beach house has a flat screen TV and cable in the living room, washer and dryer, and 2 full baths with tubs and handheld shower heads. Linens, bath towels, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, full size coffee pot, crock pot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, pots/pans, dog bowls, dog beds, beach/pool towels folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, and a wagon are all provided. WiFi, board games, puzzles, are all available for the days you want to enjoy the day out of the sun

The screened in patio has 2 love seats, 2 chairs, electric grill and a great view of the community pool. The neighbood is gated after 9pm. The neighborhood amenities include outdoor pools, outdoor shuffleboard, playground with swing set.

In the winter of 2020 we purchased our first beach rental but it is not dog friendly per the HOA. As a family of 5 with 3 German Shorthair Pointers who think the are our children too, we wanted a place where our pups would be welcome too. This was a new purchase in 2021. This location is just perfect. Plenty of room for all of our family and our fur babies. The beach is an easy walk for our teens but I prefer to drive, and park at the county pier.

We truly hope you love our beach house and PCB as much as we do. We are local so if you need something, we are only a text away.

Please note, if you have rented a golf cart for your stay it must be parked in the driveway or garage. The overflow parking is for vehicles only, the HOA does not allow golf carts in the over flow parking areas.

Our beach house is equipped with a smart lock, exterior security camera and a doorbell camera for your security.

Cancelation Policy:

If guests wish to cancel their reservation, the rental fee will be refunded as follows:

100 % if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date

50 % if cancelled 15-29 days prior to the Check-in Date

No Refund if cancelled 0-14 days prior to the Check-in Date

Cancellations due to weather:

Refunds due to weather are issued only when mandatory evacuations are issued by local government. If a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the property the unused days will be refunded.

Refunds are not granted if you cannot travel due to being diagnosed with COVID-19. We recommend all guests obtain travel insurance so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds are given when a mandatory closure of the short-term rental is issued.

Just as the title states, this place was like home at the beach. They had everything we needed to make this a perfect stay and it felt like home. The place was welcoming and comfortable. From pots and pans to a spacious refrigerator in the kitchen, the rooms were set up great. They even had extra doggie beds and food/water bowls for my fur babies. Perfect access to the community pool, all stuff you want to take to the beach without needing to buy them yourself. Very convenient location to stores and Shipwreck is basically a 2 minute drive from the entrance of the community. I can go on and on about how wonderful this place was but all that is needed to say is I will keep coming back to this house in the future. I may even plan my trip around this place’s availability it was that good. The owners were very helpful and communicated quickly during the booking process. 5 stars isn’t enough in my opinion.

6 of us and 2 pups stayed for 5 nights. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were so comfy w Plenty of pillows! Dog beds, dog bowls! Had door code and gate code before we headed to FL, and host was available to answer any questions. Laundry pods, dryer sheets Dishwasher pods were provided, as well as body soaps in shower! .7 mile from beach. Will book here again.

This rental was fantastic! The home is well equipped and stocked, and clean, and a very enjoyable stay! The property manager was very responsive. We found the coffee grinder was broken when we got there, so I emailed her, got a very quick response, and a new coffee grinder was ordered and delivered by the evening. I love that they even made my dog feel at home by having a blanket and a clean bed for him too!

We planned a week long trip to see friends who live nearby, and grandparents staying in the area. Our vrbo was amazing, but our trip was hampered by a medical issue with one of our kids. We still had fun, but didn't get to do everything we wanted to. Our vrbo was a great place for our daughter to rest and heal though.

This was our first family vacation and from the moment we walked in the door I was in love with the place. The beds and pillows was so comfortable. The shower heads felt like I was getting a massage. The place has everything you would need. Grocery store is right down the road so that was very convenient. We are definitely staying at again next year. Stayed in July 2023, Family of 7. The unit is extremely clean, located close to the beach and has everything need close by, the pool backs up to the back patio which is great when you want to relax and let the kids hangout. Would definitely recommend and stay again

We loved being able to bring our pets with us to this listing. The house was spacious and right next to the pool! I would suggest adding small rugs by the front or back doors inside to stop sand from being tracked into property. Overall, property was close to attractions, the beach, and pool and my family would definitely stay here again.

My friends and family enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we loved that Susie is so pet friendly and easy to reach, not that we needed her for anything because everything was perfect. Thankful for the welcome binder with all the useful information. Though my mom had to be rushed to the hospital and spent her time in the ICU (hospital information in the welcome book) being at this house allowed us to become closer and maintain the kids busy on being kids. My brother and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table, beach toys, and the pool which is only a few steps from the screened seating area in the back of the house. We loved the open concept and sharing common areas. Mom, dad and sister have made it back home safely. Thank you:)

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Unit was as advertised, clean, well stocked, and comfy. Host was excellent, responded quickly, and was easy to deal with. Central location made getting around easy whether to beach or restaurants/shopping. Dog beach was very handy with free parking across street. Would rent again.

The owner is fantastic! Very attentive and great communication. The location really wasn’t within walking distance of the beach but, as mentioned in the description, it was a short drive and wasn’t that big of a deal. Also, neighborhood is very busy with cars going in and out constantly at all hours of the night. The house was very nice, exceptionally clean and even had kitchen amenities and beach supplies that are not always provided. This was a huge plus for us!! Like huge plus!! We definitely appreciated the fact we could bring our furry baby and he loved his toy that was a gift from the owner! Pretty cool!! Overall we had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this property.

It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we enjoyed this stay. The house has a good location, also it is comfortable and clean. Susie provides everything you need for the stay, we felt like we were in our home. There are many restaurants around to go to eat outside and the pier park is a good place to go with family or friends. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Panama City Beach. We had an amazing stay at Mrs. Williams property. Her listing was spot on and the home was so cute and convenient. One of the best parts was the fact that we were able to bring our pups along with us, they are like our children and we take them everywhere with us. We really enjoyed our stay with Susie !!! There’s no bad to tell , great host very very welcoming and nice , checked us in way earlier than expected , was very generous and giving !!! We loved staying here. The location is great and close to everything without being in all the hectic mess. The house is cozy with everything you need.
