This was the best experience we’ve had at Lake Tahoe. RNR was professional, accommodating, responsive, and very pleasant. Facility was recently renovated and clean and in a perfect location. Well use RNR again.

Overall, we loved this place. Being right on the lake was magical. Like other reviews said, the decor is very dated, but it was very clean. There were some stains on carpet in living room, but all other carpet was clean. The bedding on all the beds was good quality. The kitchen was well stocked except no olive oil. The king and queen beds were comfortable, but the ladies who slept in the twins said they were uncomfortable and the bed frame moved around a lot any time they moved. Even tho it sleeps 10, there’s not seating for 10 on the couch. They need a sectional to be able to seat more. This wasn’t a big deal to us, but the TV is old and complicated to use; they need a smart TV for guests. The location was prime; we walked to get donuts and walked up to Heavenly Village. I would definitely stay here again!

Start with the good. Excellent location and view of the lake. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Fred the neighborhood bear came by a couple times which was incredible to see. Now the bad. Pictures are obviously taken when the place was new. Carpet is stained, couch is ripped, kitchen and bathroom tile floor need deep cleaning. Neighbors very close but mostly friendly. One day we get notification that our water would be turned off for 6 hours the next day. We had 7 women who needed to eat, shower, use the toilet etc... One of us was ill and in bed and couldn't go out for food or water. They apologized and brought bottled water and told us how to poor the water in the toilet tank so that it would flush. Also advised us to fill the bathtub with water and use that for toilet flushing so we could save the bottled water for cooking. Just what I wanted to do on my long awaited vacation. Next day the railing on the front steps was painted. We weren't told and there wasn't a "wet paint" sign. Clothes were ruined when arms were placed on the rail. I was offered $150 as compensation.

I stayed here with friends for a ski weekend at Heavenly. The view is unbeatable! The pantry was stocked well with essentials for cooking. We comfortably fit 8 adults and all enjoyed the property.

We had a GREAT time in Tahoe and the condo in Lakeland Village was a highlight of the trip. Unit #635 was fantastic and everything as described. Situated right on the lake... the views are bare none the best whether it's first thing in the morning or at sunset. We had 6 adults here and plenty of room. Stores and restaurants of all sorts are close by. Would highly recommend staying here and we would for sure come back.

The house was amazing and was in a great location. It was so close to everything and was super nice being right on the beach. It was super nice having the beach right out back and then the hot tub right down the way.

We loved the location, the place was set up great every thing was ready for us when we arrived, 4 parking pass on the table, information and rules very clear for us to understand and fallow. The kitchen was well set up and had every thing we need to cook our meals. But the place was very dirty, cobwebs every where, the oven was very dirty, it need a deep clean. carpets stained all over the place. Cabinet had years of abuse wood and stain all rubbed of around all the hardware. The place has been well abused and not kept up with and needs a remodel. Even the couch pillows had lots of stains on them, it felt dirty. :( If not for that if would of been a prefect place.

With the exception of ants inside and out as well as the high window not having a shade to block the intense sun during an extremely hot week for Tahoe, our overall stay was very nice. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The late check in and early check out times also took a couple days away from the overall stay which was disappointing.

Beautiful location, cannot beat the lake front location! One side of the property (with a couple of big windows) is along a walkway to the beach, so if you have the shades open, you will see people walking by. We enjoy people watching and ran into the owners of our favorite local deli because of this! The kitchen was amazing - stocked very well with everything you need with very good quality products. Property description says "Coin/card laundry facilities are available in the main lodge" which is true, but it should also state clearly that there is no washer/dryer in this unit. We have been staying at LV for many years and don't recall one of these larger units (not including the lodge units in the front) ever not having a washer/dryer. Still, it was not a deal killer for us. There is a large TV in the downstairs master bedroom (not mentioned in description). Three stars on property condition was due to a number of things that needed to be fixed or cleaned that we reported immediately (bent window screens on all of the bedroom windows, very dirty white fan in a bedroom, loose wall outlet sticking out from the wall, bedroom lamp that didn't work, a set of blinds not working and need to be re-strung, cabinet light over the bar was not working. Was disappointing having to spend part of my vacation taking photos, texting and emailing back and forth to resolve. Gave 3 stars on condition instead of less than 3 because the staff at RnR were VERY quick to respond and take care of what they could immediately! Note the windows in this unit are a bit difficult to move (somewhat sticky and rough sounding) and the property manager said it is because they are original windows from when the property was built in the 1970's! We did not have anyone stay in the loft because it was so hot up there (despite using fans and windows as recomm). Despite our initial poor impression, we would stay here again due to the great location and RnR's taking care of everything so quickly!
