Your “backyard” — a 725-acre paradise, known as Van Sickle Park is unlike any property you have seen before. These exclusive residences range from 2,870 or 3,616 square feet with four to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and two-car garages, large enough for everyone!
Spread out in comfort and convenience with this three-level, five-bedroom townhouse as your home base during your next adventure to Lake Tahoe's Heavenly Ski Resort! Older kids will love the first level's spacious entertainment area, where they can stretch out over the comfortable sofa to watch their favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. This level also includes a table/chair set with three stools and a large bedroom featuring an en-suite bath.
On the second level, you'll find a handsome living area lined with attractive floors and burnished wood accents, with an open-concept floor plan that encompasses the kitchen, dining, and entertainment spaces. Head out to the private covered deck to kick back with friends next to the built-in fireplace or cook up something special on the gas grill. The second level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a large bedroom with an en-suite bath. Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath, plus a shared bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
Throughout the home, you'll find reclaimed barn wood floors, custom character alder cabinets, natural stone floors and counters, a built-in sound system, heated bathroom floors, and multi-zone heat and air conditioning. This architectural gem allows you easy walking access to internationally acclaimed Heavenly Ski Resort and Van Sickle Bi-State Park right next door. You'll also be minutes from beaches and renowned golf courses, and mere steps from fine dining, an ice rink, shopping, and trails that drift off into that national forest of a backyard.

Great location, beautiful property and friendly staff. You’ll really like this place.

Nice place for a family ski vacation. Good location; good house. Only thing to be aware of is the gondola - walking there is a challenge if the ground is snow covered (they work hard to keep the way clean, but the walk is very slippery if the road and path are not clear. Also, the gondola does not run in windy weather (not running for 3 days for us) - and if it is not running, the shuttles are very quickly overwhelmed.

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to village, sledding and gondola. Only downside was gondola wasn’t running.

Gondola Vista #8 was absolutely beautiful. We had comfortable beds for our party of nine, plenty of utensils, dinnerware, and cooking ware to fix family meals, and adequate seating for all of us. The young adults loved being near the gondola and Heavenly Village. The older adults loved the fireplaces to sit and enjoy while it was snowing. Fantastic place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! The furnishings and interior decor were incredible. It was the perfect location to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with friends. We went hiking on a nearby trail and never once had to drive anywhere for anything. It’s a short walk to the village, and the condos were incredibly quiet, despite it being a fairly busy weekend.

This is a beautiful house and we had a lovely stay. Everything is new, the furniture is comfortable. The location is great! Walkable to restaurants and bars. Great to have a garage. Lacking outdoor space, but it's a wonderful excuse to get to the lake! We made a big family dinner.

The house was awesome. Very luxurious home, great location, easy access and lots of space.

Great property for multiple families traveling from Arizona, Washington state and California. It fit all of our needs during a 3 night stay. We wish we would have stayed an extra night to do more together. Only request was to have an extra set of ping pong paddles so we could have a friendly ping pong competition. The house only came with two paddles. Not a big deal since we were mainly outside enjoying the great outdoors!

The house was beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all nine of us. We loved the golf carts for rent. It was fun to step out of the house and explore Van Sickle state park right in the backyard. Thanks for a great house for our family vacation.

Lots to do.
House was beautiful, lots of area for us to spread out.

Location was excellent, quiet and clean neighborhood. The house was built with high quality materials. Everything was pretty new and clean, would love to stay here again in the near future.

We went Memorial Day Weekend for a bachelorette party. The house was clean, well organized & provided ample directions for working various amenities (wi-fi, fireplaces, etc). We had quick communication with the host throughout the stay while we had questions. Location was perfect & well lit at night.

Terrific location, steam showers, great bedding, neat place. Only drawback was hearing the next door neighbors walking up / down stairs. That's the hard part about Condos, otherwise it was really great place.

Thanks that’s it
