We had a great stay this past weekend for my mother in laws 60th birthday. Everything was wonderful, except the hot tub could have used more chlorine so it had a terrible smell day 2 & 3. Also, we didn’t pay attention to the description so we didn’t realize there wasn’t central air. That was on us but the window ac and fans worked perfectly. Thank you for a great stay! Would def stay again!

Loved this rental! It was clean, comfortable and willing to host our dogs. We are so appreciative of all this rental had to offer.
We really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of comfy beds, a nice hot tub, and a nicely stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend this rental. I overpayed for the dogs, soneone contacted me and we resolved the issue. Was so grateful for the honesty:)

Our group had a fantastic time. Only 8 minutes to Timberline and 5ish minutes to Canaan. The location could not have been more convenient and the cabin was a great size.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sam's Cabin. Good location, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels,
and much appreciated fans in the bedrooms. Especially loved the hot tub under the stars. Very easy renting process and quick responses to communications.

The property was perfect for our needs and we give Mountain Reality extra points for the beautiful snowfall. Becky and Matt helped find us this place when we discovered the property we had rented was not available until the following week. They were outstanding in finding solutions -- with good cheer and efficiency. Great people. Wonderful agency.

Plenty of parking at this house, the driveway isn't straight up a mountain either. The hot tub is nice and faces the forested/wetland area, really pretty and serene.
We had a lovely stay and are looking forward to another visit to the Valley. The MountainTop Rental team is always wonderful to work with. They are my go-to team when booking a rental in the Canaan Valley/Davis area.

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained. The land surrounding the home was beautiful. Decor was simple, which was appreciated with 6 kids under 9. Hot tub was clean and easily accessible right on the back patio. Covered front porch with a swing was nice for morning coffee. N/a

We had 10 people in our family group. The hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived. The mattresses were a good quality pillow top. We brought and used fans; the loft was a little warm in July (the kids didn't mind). We enjoyed our stay at Sam's Cabin. We did not see any bears.

The yard was very spacious, the views from the property are wonderful, and the hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived. We enjoyed the fire pit every night.

I liked the open common area with natural light and the large yard with fire pit and grill.
The property is a great place for friends and family to enjoy a leisurely time in a beautiful town! I only had one brief interaction with staff but they were prompt.
