The location was great. Multiple state parks, Davis, and Thomas are all within an easy, 15-minute drive. The house was comfortable and clean, with a large deck and firepit out back. Lots of ceiling fans kept the temperature comfortable during summer temps. The downside was that the grass was overgrown, so we lost the yard space which we were looking forward to having for kids to run around outside.

The house was beautiful, well maintained, and provided some much needed rest and relaxation. The hot tub and giant bean bags were the perfect touch, not to mention the easy to operate fireplace and privacy of the woods! The hot tub was amazing! They were very nice and helpful

This was amazing New Year holiday and made so much better with this house. The weather did not cooperate but we cooked in the large kitchen with everything we could wish for. The kids had room to play and the scenic view from house with all windows is unbelievable. Hot tub was just what we needed after day of exploring Dolly Sods, Blackwater falls and town of David and Thomas. Will definitely request this one again. Becky is amazing. I call and she always provides me with exceptional properties!

No one offered any further explanations or went the extra mile to help. I was sad my parents left early. with Becky via internet only the person I spoke to on the phone about the fireplace and internet was very kind. the person who came by was amazingly prompt and very polite. Even though they were able to do nothing they were kind about it.

Well equipped with everything we needed. Nice spacious place to stay. My only request would be an extra tv in a seating area so kids could watch and adult could watch without one of us having to be in the master bedroom. Also some were eating needed done around property. All and all it was an amazing place to stay and if we come back to this area we will chose this place again

This property was perfect. Even with no AC in the middle of July the house never got above 72. The property has everything you need for a getaway. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. Property is located perfectly between Davis and Canaan. Last house on a dead end road makes for indescribable views of the stars. Fire pit got used nightly and hot tub was used all day. Thanks for the stay. Hope to get to come back soon. Only thing is they could have used a weed eater right around the house because everything is really overgrown.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is amazing, the weather was perfect. Even without AC in the house the temperature never got above 72 inside. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything anyone could ever need. The locals are all so nice and helpful. Thank you for everything and we will be back to visit again soon. I loved everything about this property. From the amenities to the location of the house. The view of the night sky is breathtaking. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we have.

I really wish some one would have come mowed when we requested it, so we could have used the yard and the fire pit. that was a real let down. we had brought marshmallows and sticks to use the fire pit. I would have also help the local community for we would have bought fire wood to use the fire pit but since we could not get there we didn't buy any. other than failure to mow when requested the staff is very helpful.
