- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras that face the upper entrance/garage, lower entrance, and garden area. They do not look into any interior spaces
- The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) allows guests to access the lake and strips for a daily per person fee. The fee is paid on-site at the ALA office, where a waiver must be signed by each guest wanting to access the lake. Guests are prohibited from using the parks, fishing dock, Lone Pine Island, and the Village docks
- The property has a strict maximum occupancy of 10 per the Arrowhead Lake Association
- This property does not offer air conditioning
